I have been to this store numerous times and service was great and people are very friendly. even thru the pandemic they had the supplies I needed at affordable pricing. It’s nice to have a local go to store for the medical supplies I need. I would definitely refer them to my friends and family.

Lady on the phone said she would give me a refund for something I purchased and I was so happy. I gave them a five star review.. Then I called again to let her know I was coming down and she changed her mind from a refund to a store credit. Not to mention the last time she helped me I gave her a 24.00 dollar tip on a 66.00 dollar item. This is very upsetting. I thought I found a gem 💎😔

Ordered a lift chair and was promised it would be delivered the following week. After a few weeks of waiting I asked for a refund I was told it would take 6 days Im on day 20 now and still waiting for the refund..Then when you call the person I was working with is never in or they say they will have her return my call but that didnt happen.I ordered the same chair from another medical supplier and I received the order within 2 weeks

Ordered my gloves masks sanitizers, havnt been able to come across them at all. I came up North to help out my aunt and was referred by her to check out ABC. Service was great and I can appreciate their inventory since so many other places don’t have anything on their shelves.

Plenty of supplies from gloves, masks,wheelchair, walkers, and medical supplies. Located on bascom avenue South of West San Carlos avenue and North of Moorpark avenue in San Jose.

They are a great little medical supply shop, especially for disabled/elderly gear, but they keep changing locations, which isnt updated in Google Maps, so I always have to call them first to obtain the correct address. They could easily claim the business and keep the information updated, but I dont think the owners are very tech-savvy...they probably wont ever even see this review of their own business haha!
