The Central YMCA has a Group Schedule of 5-6 instructor-led classes every hour between 6:00AM and Noon, with an equal number of afternoon/evening classes running between 4:00 and 8:00 PM.They have free childcare so parents can attend classes knowing their children are nearby and safe.It’s a great place to meet people who share an interest in a healthy lifestyle.I highly recommend you stop by for a tour and check it out.Prices for monthly membership are reasonable - and reduced pricing is available for those who can’t afford to pay the standard rate.

This is a YMCA Silicon Valley Central. One of the larger YMCA. Pool seems uncovered. Entrances at Emory, Taylor, and the Alameda.
