Last minute truck rental you got me in the truck got me what I needed got me the size truck I needed and got me in and out quickly and efficiently this was a great staff here I like the stuff I appreciate the customer service that they provided me here

This was THE WORST rental experience Ive ever had! Terrible management!! When we checked out the truck the rep told us not to worry about the scratches or dents in the truck. We highlighted only big dents (it had 30K miles) on the paperwork. HOWEVER, when we returned after towing the entire time, a different rep checked us in and found us responsible for a dent on the bottom of the bumper (towards the pavement) that we had to lean way over to even see. There is no way we could have dented it since we were towing the ENTIRE time and it was impossible. THEN to make matters WORSE, they sent it for review and upon review found us responsible for EVERY SINGLE DENT that the first rep told us not to worry about, that the second rep (except for the bumper) did not find us responsible for - over $2.2K in FALSE damages. It is the MOST unfair and ridiculous treatment I have ever had from ANY rental company. Do yourself a favor and never go here, they are out to get peoples insurance for unfair damages. AND if you MUST go here take a video of your truck (I wish I had). They are treat their customers horribly and are not a reputable business. Instead they try to get customers to pay for repairs on old trucks in their fleet!!! HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

Super great customer service very nice and humane voice work here they really call the extra mile to assist you with your rental and they get out of their way to make sure that you are safe when it comes to extra measures for covid cars for extra clean and sanitized Im extra pleased with the whole service and experience

This place has gone down hill. Have rented here many times. Now they believe in first in last out and taking 20+ minutes to just drop off a vehicle. Must be new management?More empathy, energy to help customer and make customer feel welcome and valued that seems missing now.Flip side trucks last couple have times have been newer with lower mileage and not as dirty and overall fresher.Update 7/24/2018Continues to be understaffed. Last several times renting have been short staffed and can never pick up or drop off. At lease rent a car will pay for Uber if theyre too busy or understaffed. Not rent a truck. Figure commercial rentals would be treated as well as consumer rentals.

Great service from start to finish. We did a one week across country rental and the vehicle was in great condition, drove perfectly, pick up was quick and return was even quicker! Highly recommend!

The staff was friendly and efficient! but the van had been in an accident, so a wind gap caused a lot of noise during the drive.Enterprise has always been our go to for van rental!

I have been working with Enterprise for over 3 years both for cars and cargo vans. Their service is always friendly and professional and they have always been able to answer my questions with respect to roadside service and added liability protection.

Rented a Ford 3/4 ton. 1000 miles on it. Great weekly rate and service.

Rented a 26 foot truck with over 100K miles on it. The driver side seat is a hazard. The springs were shot on the seat and any bump, dip, had it not been for the seat belt, would had gone flying out pf the seat. And lose control of the steering wheel. This was a very dangerous situation.

They offer newer trucks that are clean, dependable, & perform much better on the roadways than most of their competition. Friendly & helpful staff made it a pleasant experience.

We called to rent a 16 foot cab over with a lift gate and Kevin helped us plan, if it wasnt his idea to pick up the truck the night before the timing wouldve not worked for us. Dave was also amazing, he went out of his way to get measurements to make sure everything will fit! Returning the truck with Dave was so painless! Thank you guys!!! We are 100% satisfied.

The Truck was clean, gas tank full and ready to go when we arrived.The Service and follow up by Employees was excellent.So good I have actually referred others.

Great place to rent a truck. They every thing from a cargo van to a box truck to one ton pick up truck that can tow. Joe and Calvins customer service is great.

Decent service, poor internal documentation. I had a negative experience at another location previously and this location helped me out. However, the person who helped me with the pickup didn’t document any agreements so it made for an awkward return.

Car was not washed n ready for my appt but I love the car

Rented here two times with two different experiences. First was great, everything was as expected. Second was pretty awful, everything I expected from my first experience didnt happen and was basically called a liar for referring to my first experience when I asked why was it different last time. It was like renting from two completely different places within a month of each other.

The only commercial truck company I will ever use. value you as a customer

I represent a moving company in la area and got stuck without a truck in san jose i try penske ryder they had no trucks and got hold of adrien from enterprise.she was super nice,quick response professional and with in the hour she set our company on a business plan and got me a great rates for our company .thank you adrien,lupe,francisco and i belive david you guys awsom!!!!!!

Pretty decent service the truck was really beat up and they have some weird policy where they cant run your card twice if it doesnt go through the first time you have to use a different card I was quoted one price online then they charge tried to charge a different price it didnt go through and then they could not run it again after I put the money in there if I would have known ahead of time I needed that much money in there I would have put it in so that it would have gone through the first time but they did not honor the quote price for the deposit

Not impressed. We had placed a reservation a YEAR in advance and they still didnt have the truck we needed at the appointed time. Plus when we returned their call they had no idea what the issue was so we made a trip there to find they didnt have our truck. They did eventually get us a truck which is why they got 3 stars.

Price is negotiable. Very fast check in. It is very easy to switch car.
