Cant say enough about how easy it was to work with Kyle and Marge. First of all, Marge is the best. Shes super organized and responds nearly immediately- she gathered all the information she needed in the morning and managed to schedule me that afternoon, which was great because I was in a time crunch to get rid of a stump during a foundation excavation. Kyle showed up, gave us a thorough run down of how he was going to approach the job, and then got started. I had expected him to take longer than he did, but he worked so quickly and efficiently. He was great, super respectful of the space and very communicative. Awesome attitude and generally we just enjoyed spending time with him after the job was wrapped. As a woman working occasionally in the trades, I sometimes run up against men who steamroll me on job sites, dont listen to my directives or condescend- Kyle was the absolutely opposite and it was so refreshing to be treated with kindness and respect.

Kyle came out today to take out our stump from a 20 year-old Shamul Ash. The company that took down the tree didnt grind deeply enough for us to plant a new tree. Russell, the estimator, and Kyle were both very professional, and Kyle stood by the price estimate even though he had to spend more time on the stump than he expected. It was important to him that is was taken out completely so that the new tree has the best chance to thrive. He even gave me great advice for planting the new tree!
