The team have done 2 jobs for me at 2 locations, and both were done well. They removed trees and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I recommend them highly.

Absolutely happy with their service from start to end. Walter showed up on time to give us a free estimate to take down two trees in our front yard; he was knowledgeable and gave us a very reasonable price. After we approved the proposal, he and his team went ahead and did the job efficiently and much faster than we anticipated. We are very happy with their service and definitely will use them again in the future.

I have recently requested service from New Sky Tree Service. This is my second time I have used their service. This time, unfortunately, my Two very large yet beautiful Modesto Ash trees got sick where it needed to be cut away. I have contacted Carlos on the day I found a very large limb sitting on top of my garage roof. I have ALWAYS found Carlos to be very knowledgeable and Professional. He knows his stuff and I will highly recommend him to any of my neighbors should they have the need for a tree service. I will ALWAYS appreciate that he had his crew come to my house same day OF THE EMERGENCY. I gave instruction to take care of my garden lights and the step stones I have surrounding the backyard. I have also requested for his crew to clean up everyday after they were done. I had two mature and very large trees that it took them 4-5 days to finish. They grounded up the stumps so well you wouldnt even know there were trees there. And by doing that they accidentally destroyed my irrigation system of which Carlos took ownership of it and paid the expense in to fixing it. Now, for me, that is a reliable tree service contractor, who will do anything to keep their clients content and would take ownership of any mishap that may happen.Carlos I still have that one tree at the back pine tree. I will see you again.And here, publicly, I would like to Thank You again. It was GREAT doing business with you.

I have multiple Redwoods and Maples on my property which have been pruned and maintained over the years by multiple services, but by far New Sky has been the best! I was extremely impressed with how safe and efficient they worked. They are as careful as anyone could be respecting the yard plants and anything below that could be damaged by fallen branches. Also all the trees were formed quite artfully and just look great! Carlos Diaz took lead on the job and his knowledge and expertise is the best in the business IMO. They even blew my yard and hauled away leaves that werent even their mess! I was so grateful. Everything left better than when they arrived!

Carlos replied my call fast and came for quoting at the same day. He and his crew were able to come to do the work on the next day. We totally removed 7 trees and they finished it in one day. They are professional and efficient. They cleaned up my backyard and my neighbors as well after the removal work was done. Really happy with their work.

A truly fantastic crew of arborists and tree climbers and general crew. They were on time, reviewed details of my job with me, cleaned everything up including my neighbors yards and my giant oak trees have never looked better. Ive worked with other arborists but these guys are so skilled and so talented at revealing what was the hidden beauty of my oak trees. New Sky Tree Service is worth more than 5 Stars in my opinion. The owner Carlos is not only very professional and customer service oriented, but you can also see his passion for his job. He has a ton of knowledge that he passed on to me regarding my tree which, in my opinion is invaluable.

Every one of the crew members who trimmed and shaped our oak and other front yard trees were skilled, efficient, neat and friendly. They answered our questions and made sure we were comfortable with their suggestions as they worked. I would definitely use New Sky again. The vendor never gave me an estimate for the work. Im disappointed. They were out to view the work request. Ive called several times to ask when I would get a bid, but i never received one.

Responded quickly, worked with a difficult schedule and took down a tree in a tight spot professionally after an honest assessment. Gave an accurate price range over the phone and firm cost when able to see the tree. Very pleased.

We needed specific tree branches cut because criminals were using them as ladders to easily and quietly break into our backyard. We already had two thefts from criminals climbing in using those branches. Our HOA hired New Sky Tree Service to address this and other tree trimming for the entire community. Not only did New Sky not cut those branches in question, but they cut everything else to further expose our privacy from the street. When we asked them for a walk through and to fix the issue, they claimed they cant cut anymore of the tree (since they already cut off so much of the wrong part of the tree).Also these guys cant really do a tree topping job; they go cheap and only trim from the bottom up. Instead of cutting the branches on top thats coming into our airspace and blocking the view as discussed, they cut the wrong bottom with nothing left, and completely exposed our privacy. Its harder and more expensive to cut higher parts of the tress, so even when they charge you for topping the trees at $800/tree, only the bottom will get cut. A job for cutting only the bottom part should have only cost $400/tree.
