On my first appointment they sent me to the wrong office which was close so they had to reschedule the appointment. I had to wait another four weeks since the surgeon is only there once a month. The day before the new appointment I got a call from them saying that they didnt receive the paper work and they had to reschedule again! Finally the day of the appointment I had to cancel and now they are charging $250 dls. What about my time? The front office was very rude an unprofessional.

Just had my Exam and Cleaning and I honestly have to say I had the best experience! The staff are all very friendly, you can tell they all enjoy working together as a team. The Dr. explained to me in detail all dental treatment I needed and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend this dental office!

From the front desk to the dentist chair everything was great. Friendly and Professional staff. Office is clean and staff made sure Covid protocol was in place.

I don’t usually do reviews, but I had to make one for ACCU DENTAL! If you guys are looking for a fast check in experience this is the place. Also, if y’all are looking for a very clean and good customer service dentist office, THIS FORSURE is the place. I’ve been coming to ACCU dental for I believe 4 years now and let me tell you that they are the most nicest people I’ve ever met, from the receptionists to the providers to everyone who has helped me in this office. They take really good care of you! They are both my general dentist and ortho and they provide the best care possible. Any questions or concerns you may have they are always willing to help. My sister recommended them to me and believe me, there is no other dentist I’d go to..please check them out they are the best!

Dr Lily Patil is hands down the best Dentist I have ever had. She takes her time to explain in detail what is going on with your teeth. She is thorough to collect information about medication that can affect gums and oral health.Perhaps what is most compelling is that she is unhurried, calm, reassuring and very kind. One feels completely safe with her. All questions are answered and explanations are simple to understand.I am a very nit picky person and continue to ask the same questions about my teeth. Dr lily will always refer back to my older X-rays and show me how things have changed and point out what has remained healthy.She helped me find out about my dental insurance coverage which is so helpful. Additionally, she has a gentle hand and I always am pain free in her expert hands. Do not hesitate to go to this dental office and please do ask for Dr lily. It is rare to find a doctor with as much integrity, knowledge, patience and skill. Her staff is amazing as well.

I hadn’t visited the dentist in much too long and knew there would be a lot of work to be done. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and understanding. The wait for an appointment was not long at all. My insurance hasn’t kicked in yet so I paid out of pocket for this visit and prices were fair. They were able to schedule me my next appointment as soon as next week! Dr. Lily did my exam and I have nothing to complain about, didn’t hurt at all and she explained all my issues in detail to me tooth by tooth. Happy I chose this dentist!!

This place is so unprofessional!!!!!! Went to get my wisdom teeth pulled. They said I needed to pay 1040 for 3 teeth!!!! Mine you my insurance covered it ALL!!!!!! So instead I just did the 2 that were reasonably priced that was still 320 out of pocket!!I called my insurance to make sure what they cover and don’t cover and when they told me that I didn’t need to pay ANYTHING I was livid!! To take advantage of your patients like that and lie and say that your insurance doesn’t cover anything is unprofessional!!!!Now it’s taking them like 2 months to refund me my money!!! But it was so quick for them to take it!!!Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

DONT GO THERE. Bad experience! They were supposed to mail out their application forms, which they did not. They wanted signed their late fee for appt cancellation. This is medicare, so patient does not have funds. This should have been disclosed before the appt. And, they would not budge on it. Better to be safe than sorry. Looking at the other reviews, its good that decided to leave.

It was my first time coming to this office Ariana, Rocio and Dr. Lily were very atentive they explained to me thoroughly all the procedures that needed to be done on me . I definitely recommend this office to the public .

Was running a bit late and called in to let them know, they told me to reschedule. Almost impossible to get a time slot thats convenient for you, they only have 1 orthodontist working for all 3 south bay offices. They dont seem to care for patients only their bottom line.

Awesome staff and quality work. I’ve had my braces and crowns done here. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen for my visits. I always gets compliments on my new smile. 😁

They’re always trying to make you pay out of pocket even for things that are covered by your insurance. I get 2 deep cleanings a year as part of my insurance, this year I called and to get my annual check up and a cleaning and they told me right away that my insurance had been maxed out and I’ll have to pay out of pocket for it. I told them that I have not been to dentist a single time this year and my insurance shouldn’t be max out because I haven’t gotten anything done. They said they’ll check but never got back to me and when I called back they told me the same.

Everyone is very nice. They explain everything and tell you the price and treatment plan.

Ive been going here 4 years now they have very good service and they have spanish employees who help translate.

Great Dental office!!! I was referred by my coworker who would always brag about her dentist and how clean and nice it was. I can’t believe Ive driven by it so many times and never saw it. The front staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Lili examined me and did treatment on the same day. They made sure to answer all my questions and explain the procedure, along with insurance coverage. The whole process seemed seamless and I felt like they truely cared about me and weren’t just after my insurance( like most other offices). I would highly recomend ACCU Dental!!

Accu dental have few locations but I like to visit one here on story, very friendly staff well organized also my first visit got my x-rays and cleaning which I needed the most! And my insurance covered most of it, front desk made treatment plan and 2nd visit coming soon. Thanks accu!

I’ve been a patient here for 3 years now. Very convenient financing and payment plans. I come here for my general dental and Invisalign treatments. The staff is very nice. All the doctors, Sunny, Vanessa, and Myra. I’m usually in and out for almost all vists. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a dentist and/or orthodontist.

They are very welcoming and a great energetic bunch. Im never nervous when I go to the dentist (as I typically am) and they do great with following up on any charges you may incur prior to going about the procedure.

In my personal experience this is the Worst investment I have ever made and dental office I have visited. I got invisilign here and would not do any other dental work when they asked me to do it there since I got my invisilign. They tried to push me to get a deep cleaning without doing a examine and later another dentist said it was not needed. They tell you what you want to hear to get you to commit to services but later show no integrity to their patients about office hours, dentist availability, clinic you will have a appointment at, commitments made to patient. I am completely disappointed in this dental office, and myself for trusting them with my dental care

Staff is very kind, they always take good care of me and my family when we come in and are willing to work with you in ways to make payments.

I was told that insurance would fully cover my wisdom teeth extraction but a year and a half later, I receive bills that I owe $2000. Then after sending one bill to the wrong address, they sent my bill to pre-collections. I just cant believe they would try to take money from a full time working student. Sadly I had to pay the amount because pre-collections was harassing me. Just be careful with this dental place

We got here 15 minutes early to fill out paper work. Finished the paper work a minute before the appointment but waited an additional 30 min before even getting to see a hygienist. When my fiancé got into the room with the hygienist, they told him that he had one cavity, left the room, came back with the dentist and changed their story and said he had 3! He’s only had one cavity in his entire life so. Then, they said it would be $400 to get the “cavities” fixed. After that, they quoted him $800 for a deep cleaning which he didn’t need. Luckily my fiancé was smart enough to figure out that they were trying to scam him. The staff was really nice which is how they trick people into thinking they’re being helpful when really, they’re just trying to charge you more.Update: my fiancé got his teeth checked at his hometown dentistry and they said his teeth are fine, no cavities what so ever.

I had a very bad experience with the insurance coordinator, she seems very unreliable and inappropriate for the work she performs, I paid money for the Xrays to be emailed to another dentist 2 months ago and my husbands Xrays were not forwarded and I called at least 4 times for it to be forwarded, than finally she told me that she needs my husbands signature, all this time I was unaware of this, the communication skills and good customer relationship is missing, dentist Lilly is great, but the office people need some counselling.

Excellent personalized attention, the doctors explain your treatment to you and treat you with a gentleness that makes you lose your fear of dentists and you are left with the desire to return to this clinic. The assistants are very nice young people, as well as the reception ladies.
