We just had our pool resurfaced by Pool Pros. They did a wonderful job, and finished within a week (we may just get lucky). Workers were all friendly and courteous. We just hired them for maintenance too. Their prices are very competitive.They are very busy so I did have to call them several times to get our project on the calendar. Once it was scheduled, it went very smoothly.

Slow on response or nonresponsive... takes a request with no response or any action taken. They start out strong on service, but have rapidly declined

Service mediocre unless they know youre watching them do their work; they dont call you back when you leave messages at office; when you need replacement supplies their quoted price is 3x MORE than anyone else...best to order the supplies yourself!

After settling down from purchasing and moving into my new home it was time for my family to enjoy the amenities that we sought after for such a long time in the city of San Jose.Our Pool was neglected for lord knows how long.. Green algae, staining and aging equipment. We werent able to get a hold of the previous pool vendor so the task of finding a reputable and reliable pool service and contractor was on my shoulders.I will admit there was some hiccups with billing however with a simple phone call and communication that was resolved.I called in for an on site visit for bringing life back into our pool and was actually given a date! This alone was enough to win me over as it seemed like I had to jump through hoops to get several other pool contractors to visit my home. They provided me with a free quote for everything! Cleaning out the algae, replastering+retiling of the pool and new high-efficient equipment.We now have a beautiful functional pool and have it maintained by the same company on a bi-weekly basis, thank you Pool Pros for being so professional!
