I received my new Genium knee from Pacific Medical. The service provide by their Prosthetics Bret Laurent was totally outstanding. He took his time in explaining the benefits of Genium knee and system. He is indeed a people person, a good listener and easy to work with.

I never thought that Id be writing a review for an orthotist, but here we are! I have to commend the excellent experience that I had with Bob Patterson at Pacific Medical. Our son has had plagiocephaly since he was a newborn, and weve hemmed and hawed about getting him an orthotic helmet for several months. In the end, weve decided that his plagio has improved enough not to proceed with a helmet.Throughout the process of getting evaluated and several head scans for my son, Mr. Patterson was phenomenal to work with. We never felt like he was trying to push a helmet on us. He always made us feel comfortable and was honest and informative of our options.
