The service is fine. But the drop off takes forever.After a long wait for an appointment I had to wait for over 40 mins to drop off my car despite of an appointment. All they say is that someone will assist you as soon as they are free. Why not hire more service advisors?

Poor customer service, everyone is running, walking around like a chicken without a head. walking without direction not knowing what to do.. the guy that was helping me out after the service, came up to me with a stack of papers asking for signatures without explaining me nothing. So I kindly asked him to explain to me what kind of service was perform to my vehicle, he looked at me with a plain expression..no patience, he looked upset for me asking him a question

On 6/13/2020, I was greeted with Art Bosemann (sales person), Winston (sales person) at Stevens Creek Toyota at Kiely Street. They both said that the 2009 BMW Model 128I at their dealership is a great car and that the vehicle would run for another 100,000 miles with no problem at all even though it is sold As-is. With their professional assurance, I trusted them and made the purchase for $8,336 on 6/13/2020. On 07/05/2020, I noticed smoke from the engine and brought my car to the dealership on 07/09/2020 day. Carlo Galvez from mechanics department took my car into the car service area, and after a few hours, he told me that the technician looked at the car and found nothing wrong with it. Then on 9/14/2020 only three months after I purchased the vehicle with about 3000 miles driven, the vehicle broke down on the freeway and stopped running completely. I called Winston on 09/15/2020 and he said that he could not help me and would only inspect the car if I pay the entire diagnostic cost and that I needed to talk to the used car sales manager Jim. I went into the dealership on 09/16/2020 and talked to Winston and he said he cannot do anything, and so I went to talk to the sales manager Jim. Jim said that this car was sold as-is, so he does not need to look into what was wrong with the car nor does he have to do anything about it because the car was sold legally to me. I told him that both sales people said this car is reliable along with the well known dealership gave me confidence about the reliability of this car, so I trusted them and trusted this dealership and bought this car. And now that the car broke down only three months after I purchased it, my response is nothing we can do about it? I told him that this is unacceptable and unfair and that their customer service has been extremely unprofessional. Jim then told me to leave the store! So, I went back a few days later on 09/19/2020 and talked to Jim again, and Jim said the same thing and asked DJ to walk me out of the store. I felt completely insulted with their actions. I then went to the New car department and asked for assistance from the General Manager and was provided an email. I emailed Ray the General Manager on 09/21/2020 stating my experience with this purchase, and after 5-10 email exchanges, he finally authorized to tow the car to their mechanics to inspect the car on 10/15/2020. After one week, there was no status, no updates, no phone calls, and no update on their online systems either, so I called on 10/25/2020 to ask for an update, and Carlos the mechanics said that they are not going to fix the car. I had to email the GM Ray to try to get this issue resolved and he emailed back to tell me that I need to talk to DJ the sales manager. DJ called me and gave me three ridiculous options: 1. $4000 refund, which is half the price I paid for the car, 2. a $7000 credit toward buying any car in their lot, or 3. have the broken car returned to me! After such horrible experience with talking to at least 5 different representatives at the dealership, numerous visits to the dealership with insulting services to get me out of the store, and after two months of numerous email and phone exchanges, why in the earth would I trust them again to buy another car from them and go through such horrible experience with them again. Their mechanics stated that they wont even fix the car, which proves that there were major problem with the car all along, which is opposite from what Art and Winston had emphasized how great the car was. I sent an email to Ray the GM on 10/27/2020 that these are not acceptable options and that after such horrible experience with not only their unreliable car but also their rude staff, I will not accept any of the options. This dealership had disappointed me time and time again during the course of 2 months of communication, and it has been nothing but stress and frustration. They still have my money and my car and now threatening me with a lawyer. Think again before going to this dealership.
Carlos in the service department is great! I love the text notifications because its easy to keep on top of how my vehicle is doing. Im always able to drop the car off and know Ill get expedient and quality service as long as I make an appointment. Theyre usually available within the week and have a great range of time slots. Plus, with Toyota Care, I dont have to pay for any maintenance done for a good long while.
Ive felt that every service manager Ive dealt with here has been very nice and helpful. Will gave me some honest answers about what kinds of service to do. John had also used his experience to make some money - saving suggestions. Essa gave me helpful tire advice that I was ignorant about before. The text notifications of when my car is ready are very helpful. Am added note about Jose, who works outside - he heard my apology for bringing a very dirty car, and gave it a quick complimentary wash.

Not trustworthy. I changed the oil here. When I change the oil elsewhere. The old motor oil is very dark. This has never been the case before. I hope you received the money and really changed the oil for the customer. I also changed the gearbox oil here. A total of 5-6 hundred dollars. Im thinking now that I need to go to a reliable place and change it again.
I worked with Cindy ONeil who was honest, helpful, patient and extremely knowledgeable. It was a PLEASANT EXPERIENCE because I worked exclusively with her and it is because of her that I decided to BUY from Stevens Creek Toyota and will be doing all of my maintenance there as well even though it is an extra drive for me to do so. I highly recommend Cindy.
I like this place. They are very professional here. They sanitized before service and again after service. The mechanics are quick at finishing the job at hand. I would recommend coming here for your service instead of some the other dealerships around the area.

We took our Highlander in because it was making noises in the right front. It turned out they had neglected to torque the lug nuts on the right front tire when our Highlander was in for service 2 months ago.

I usually don’t have to wait long for service appointments. They are very organized and seem to have a good plan for staying safe during Covid.
I went in for a routine maintenance and was told 2 hours wait. So i planned my day accordingly. I brought my 92 year old mother and my sister to have lunch after the appointment. I waited for 20 min. in my car before someone came and said Hi. Attendant informed me that the wait is 4-5 hours. So I informed them that I was told 2 hours by the receptionist and aged mother is with me. The reply was He will see what he can do. NOT!!!Waited at the lobby and no one even came and check with me, knowing that I have an elderly. Toyota doesnt concern themselves about anything. If I am there to buy a car-I AM PRETTY SURE I AM TREATED DIFFERENTLY.I am so dumbfounded. I challenge TOYOTA to step up their costumer service and show some care. There was a recall that day-phone call should be in order for those that had appointments-management never thought of that? Or busy thinking of selling more cars. S$$$$
I made an appointment with Toyota just for an oil change, thinking I will leave an hour before the appointment they let me go a little earlier and nothing happened. The agent who touched me gave me the impression of being careless. I only received messages on my cell phone, from when I arrived until almost closing time. A working boy came from there and greeted me and told me to go to Auto Parts and ask the girls and one of them closed my case and paid and ran out of there. What a sadness, I felt powerless to follow their rules. So careless.

I called to see if they could help me with a key for my 2003 Corolla. The service person put me on hold to check then pleasantly informed me that I could come by any time with proof of ownership and they could cut a new key. And it was just that easy when I dropped by. Theyre awesome.
I have been going to this place for years because my car had the extended maintenance plan and they were great all throughout. However, over the last 3-4 visits their service center has really gone downhill. They will constantly have incorrect information on scheduled appointments and the interaction most recently was the last straw. They didnt know they were supposed to be completing a recall replacement and also didnt have the parts for another service item I had scheduled for the same visit. They had to keep my car overnight and then finally when I picked it up they didnt even want to explain the work completed and review the safety inspection.
My expirience with this toyota dealer is very low coustomer service and some the female staff at the part area lacking knowledge. The young woman did not know the diference between a master cylinder and the abs contro hydraulic module even after explaning to her the diference, gave me the wrong cost estimate and info on the wrong part. After that i when over to the cashier for help on a recall order part, both of this young woman did not want to move from their seat and their was no other costumer waiting in line. I ask THEM If they could find out if my part had come in .I explain it had been order over the phone six week ago and no one had call jet, both offer is an 800 phone number instead of helping me out. i am 60 year old and explain to them what coustomer look for in a bussiness it did not register. They really lack costumer service skill. this young woman prefare to BS with each other, then to help a client they did not what to go out of their way. I left upset, I will do everything possible to go to another dealer, this locatio will be my last optio from know on.
This place never seems to have it together. I have a Toyota Prius and every time I come in there is a price tag on things that I have gotten in the past for free. For instance if my light is out over the rear license plate just replace it or if I need to replace a headlight allow me to fix it before you finish the other jobs please. I not looking for handouts but whatever happened togood customer service. This dealership had good people in the past but I guess they allowed those good people to walk. Come people you can do better than this. 🤬

Brought my truck in for service. Was supposed to only be a few hours.Dropped it off thursday evening and didnt receive any correspondence untill saturday @exactly 6pm that the truck was ready but they were now closing and i couldnt pick it up until sunday even though i called several times for an update and left several messages for the service advisor. The service advisor said he personally checked the truck and everything was complete..... 5 minutes later he calls me back explaining that the truck wasnt ready and parts still needed to be ordered. Truck wouldnt be ready until monday at the soonest. COMPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION FROM TOYOTA SERVICE DEPT. Most people need to arrange a ride to drop off their vehicle and again to pick it up. It would be nice if i was told about the delay sooner

Just purchased a car from Dan Zhu a few days ago. I would highly recommend buying a car from this dealership (Dan) as there was totally no pressure to buy a vehicle or purchase the options/add-ons. This is the second vehicle that my husband and I have purchased from Stevens Creek Toyota. Dan took the time to answer all of my questions, let me test drive the models that I requested, and went over all the car functions and buttons before I drove the car home.
Very poor service.- I was told the service will take 1.5 hrs but it took 3+ hours- Initial cost estimate was x dollars and final was 3x. Also the amount was far more than any estimate I found on internet.Will never visit again!

Edgardo Oliver gave me the worst service. My car was there from January 2nd to the 14. I had to call a couple of times to find out what is that my car needed and he only return my call once, he told me my car might be really on Friday. Since I did not need the car, I let it go to see when he will call, he never called. finally Tuesday I go pick up my car and he gives me such an arrogant attitute. I will never go back there again.

The gentleman who showed me the cars was nice and polite, but the man who I discussed price with was super arrogant and intrusive somewhat. First time he came he got no deal for me, after going back some time he got me a bad deal which I don’t think that could be counted as a deal tbh. He ruined my impression on Toyota and I bought the competitive model from another Japanese brand of that car lmao, which I like so much :)

I went here for an airbag inflation unit recall on my Tundra. They called the wrong number to alert me that the truck was ready and after the fact I found out that the service underwriter recorder the odometer incorrectly. Jeeze.... I hope they installed the airbag component correctly.
They left me waiting in my car for atleast 20 minutes before even tending to me. After my service, when I got my car back. I had a hubcap missing.

Tho appt is for a time, it can take a half hour for intake, so late start. When my car was ready they texted even though they knew 1. I was waiting and 2. I was already concerned about 2 hr. Time estimate . So there was 6 min. Delay between time theat I saw the testIf i had veen reading book as intended instead of restlestlesslt checking Just in case messages every 10 minutes, I would not have seen it! They did Not come to their own waiting room. They did not even phone me when ready. Disappointed, as this dealer is so much closer to our home than others
I had a great experience trading in a vehicle and financing a used car. Bruce introduced me to Majid and we spent about an hour looking at vehicles with a lease option and then we looked at purchase vehicles and everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make sure my needs were met and my questions were answered. Highly recommend Stevens Creek Toyota remember to ask for Bruce or Majid.
