Great service many options for office such as phone answering service and live receptionist to name a few

The billing and invoicing in this place is a FRAUD. I just filed a complaint against BBB. I had a monthly membership which I terminated; but they continue to invoice and bill me on a monthly basis. There is no way to cancel the membership and no assistance from anyone and no way to stop the monthly billing. Amazed that they can get away with such fraudulent practices.

They never returned my deposit, and erroneously double charged me every month that I was a customer. Customer support is non-existent if there is a billing problem. Spend hours on hold, and get spuriously hung up on. Stay away!

I have been a client here at Regus for 2 years now, and I love it! The facility is very well maintained and a very clean environment. Not only is the atmosphere positive and comfortable, it is the staff that really makes this place my home away from home. They are all wonderful ladies, they are very friendly and always say Good morning when I come in, and Have a good evening! when I leave. They also make small talk during the day and dont treat me like a client, more like a friend.The kitchen is always well kept and clean. They do a great job at keeping up with the dishes in the sink and the dishwasher. They are very accommodating and will go out of their way to help us.I also love the bagels they provide most Fridays! It makes for a fun work environment, and gives me something to look forward to for the end of the week!I dont plan on leaving anytime soon!!

Ive been with Regus for six months and I really like this business center. It is located very close to the airport, it is actually walking distance. It took me only 12 minutes to the Terminal. The facility is maintained very well. The kitchen is very clean and organized. The team here is very professional and friendly.

I am glad that I picked this center among many business office spaces in the Silicon valley. This is also the best Regus center in the San Francisco bay area. I have been to a few and this is the best. Very spacious, nice interior, easily accessible.The best part of this center is the front desk, specially Grace and Lindsay. They are professional, courteous and very helpful to small businesses. They helped me so many times with business logistics, supply issues etc.

I go to this place for my SAT prep class, arranged by the Princeton Review. We go there on Saturday and Sunday, and use the conference room. There is plenty bottled water available, and they refill the stock every week, which is nice. The room is also very clean, with a nice whiteboard. There is also a break room, which offers free coffee, for those who need it, and a Pepsi/Coke vending machine. My only complaint would be the WiFi. It requires the booking confirmation code, but, when my instructor put it in, it didnt work. Otherwise, great place!

I’ve been a Regus client for more than ten years and I’ve selected Regus at three different companies and at three different locations internationally. The Gateway Place location is my favorite office as it is central to Silicon Valley and just minutes to San Jose Airport. Mardin, Gigi and the rest of the team are always professional, helpful and they create a great first impression for our clients. You cant go wrong with this team.

I had been a virtual office client of Regus at a different location, but often had the need to rent day offices at this location. I find the staff here very welcoming and friendly, and professional. They were always willing to happily assist whenever I needed it, as it wasnt my regular center, and I was unfamiliar with the various facilitt features. When it came time for my business to lease physical space, I chose this Center largely because of the updated and modern feel and the professional staff. Also, this location is accessible to freeways. I am always able to quickly identify my location to clients by telling them it is near the San Jose airport. There is always plenty of parking including a gated, covered garage (for tenants). This is now my second year as a tenant of this specific location. Mardin and her team manage this center very well.

We are newly moving into Regus from this coming month, and so far, the experience has been great thanks to many supports from staff team. Looking forward to getting started in this nice location!

I have been working in this Regus location for the past year. We rent five other Regus locations throughout the US and Canada and this is the best I have seen so far. The staff makes you feel very comfortable and they are friendly. Last month I had to move to a bigger adjacent office and they set up the internet and phone connections in a few minutes.Most importantly, when you work in a remote office without a lot of colleagues at your location, it is easy to feel alone on an island but Mardin and her team (Monica, Jevon, Jamonique, Gigi) makes us feel so comfortable that you dont miss the camaraderie and the support you get in a regular office.Sam
