Its been a while since Ive been into a nail spa due to Covid so I was a bit apprehensive in going in for a pedicure. The staff there made me feel safe as they took every precaution for my safety as well as their own. My nail technician did an amazing job. My feet are happy and I will definable be back again.

I paid 42$ for a new set of acrylic, for my birthday … I did change my mind a few times but still….. the way the lady put on the frost glitter didn’t even stay, I couldn’t understand her the whole time getting my nails done, certain fingernails are thicker than the others, she didn’t put my diamonds where I wanted them, and it’s not even day 3 and they also look a week old! Super disappointed and the place is uncomfortable n cluster phobic. The tools she Also used on me were NOT sterilized!! She just pulled a filing head out a random altoid container! I will not be going back unfortunately. IDK how this place is rated 4 stars Smfh ! She even looked at my nails after all done and still didn’t fix them. Proof is in the picture. They need more up to date training…. This is NOT 2005 no more. She tried though. But damn….

Ok nail place. Called the day before to make an appointment if possible for Christmas Eve. They said they were going to be open and I came in early in the morning. Two other ladies were in there getting their nails done at the same time as I was. The ladies/techs were quite nice but all in all will probably not be returning. The shape I was looking for is not what I walked out with. Additionally the acrylic was laid on sort of thick and uneven on certain fingers (see some photos), and when I mentioned it to the lady doing my nails, she kinda brushed me off saying it was ok. She did file it down a little bit but since it had been laid on poorly, it was going to be difficult to fix. Even when filing it, she was kind of annoyed. The color selection was average, some sparkle colors and regular glossy colors. Lastly, my color bubbled after taking a shower the same day I got them done. I will be calling to ask them to fix it. Will give an update on what comes of that.- Cost: $35 for new full set of acrylic with gel color. $20 for basic pedicure- quality: below average- poorly laid acrylic. Poor color quality. Poor shape. Good length.- time: pedicure and acrylic done at the same time. Total time= 1 hr.- service: nice, semi polite. Was not offered anything to drink (other reviews mention water tea coffee wine)UPDATE: the salon fixed the two nails that bubbled free of charge.I still feel that all in all, the acrylic quality is poorly shaped and laid. The fine filing after the acrylic was laid is also done poorly. If you’re looking for a really good new full set, I would not recommend.

Its my first time in the area, and didnt now that it was by appointment only. They still took me in, and did my nails perfect! The only thing that I did not like, was that there was stuff from the acrylic left on my finger and under nail. Besides this, def a spot I will come back to!

I have been meaning to write an excellent review on the Pro Nails Design ever since it became my go-to salon in San Jose. I have tried many, many, nail salons in San Jose and this one is by far the best! Ive had consistent excellent work here. It is a smooth running operation. It is always best to make appointments, they are always jam-packed. It is very easy to make appointments online and you can also call. They updated their pedicure stations and they are very comfortable. What sets this facility apart from not only having excellent work, is they offer coffee, tea, and wine and are extremely clean! Ive never felt that anything at this salon was dirty or not properly cleaned. They are very kind here as well. Every manicurist that Ive had has been professional and friendly. My favorites are HANNA, but honestly if I had anybody here I would be okay with that. Thank you for being an excellent nail salon!

They are amazing at dipping powder and Ive been one of their loyal customers because of the consistency in their work. Youll regret not visiting this place sooner!

This is the best nail salon I have been to hands down! Not only are the workers amazing and kind, they are all very talented. LILLY did my dipped manicure and listened to everything I wanted and made sure I liked the color, length, and shape of my nails. TINA, who did my pedicure, was so gentle and kind and took her time making sure I get the most out of my pedicure. It was very easy to make conversation with them and enjoy my time there. I will definitely be a regular customer from here on out and recommend everyone here. If you want beautiful nails and to be treated very well, then this is the right spot for you!

FINALLY I found an amazing nail salon in downtown San Jose!!! Ive been looking for a quality salon with great customer service and quality work that lasts AND is a great value.So happy that I found it here. The women are all so friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to provide the best quality service and my special requests.The gel manicures last a solid 3+ weeks and they offer free touch ups for the first two weeks if anything happens. Their prices are standard but again, for the best quality I have found I am happy to pay.I definitely recommend checking them out!! Ask for Hanna or Lilly. All the staff is very talented but these are the two women I go to and they do not disappoint!

This place was really great. I have been to some nail salons that werent very clean but this place was. They had fresh packaging for ALL of their tools which I really liked. And also put plastic lining in their foot baths. But overall Very nice people and good prices. Definitely will be back

I love this space! Its really nice and elegant! The service is really good. My no chip manicure was really well done and lasted me over two weeks. The pedicure is also long lasting! Will definitely make this my regular spot!

Really friendly staff! I was in & out within an hour which is super quick considering I didnt make an appointment! (one of the nail techs informed me their salon is usually by appointment unless theyre not busy)I went in for a gel fill & color change. Ive been in San Jose for awhile now, and hands down this is my favorite nail salon. Ive tried different nail salons, but this one has been the most professional, clean and organized nail salon. Im pretty indecisive and picky when it comes to colors, but the have THE best selection, almost every gel color they have, they have the regular polish to match, for those who dont wanna pay extra for it. But I guarantee, its worth it. HANNA is THE best, never had a bad experience and TINA is too. If you are unsure of where you should go and who you should see, you wont be disappointed here.

This was an amazing place.My boyfriend and I went to get a pedicure. We got there about 8 minutes late but they were totally amazing.I got an ombre set and it was amazing. The young lady who did it was named HANNA and she did great. Price was very reasonable. I made another appointment to take my daughter and I will defiantly be a frequent customer!!!Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. Great service, great staff.

This is the first time I come here because I was desperately needing some pampering with my nails.I am a regular at some other place but I might just become one here since the service was good, the place nice & neat and its closer to my area. There is great selection of color, massage chairs for pedis and everything seems clean and quiet.Overall, I do recommend this place. I will have to update to see how the quality of the nail polish is. But everything else was very nice.

LILLY is the absolute best!!!! So sweet and helpful. I have never found a salon in the area that my manicures dont chip or peel up within a week .. until i came here!!! Ive also had a tough time with nail strength / lack of growth due to poor gel elsewhere. LILLY started using dipping powder on my nails and weve seen great progress in my nails getting healthier and stronger! So so happy with my manicures every timeId absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. Great service, great staff.

I went here to get my nails done for a gel manicure with nail design. The girls that worked on my nails were super meticulous. They made sure to take their time fixing up my nails before applying a single coat of polish. I have been to this nail salon a few times now. I have always had good experiences here, but this time I was totally blown away by how great of a job they did.Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. Ive been going here for about 5 months now and I must admit Im never disappointed! Technician treats my nails so well.I come here to hide after a longs day of work and they are so kind to me, as they can tell from the obvious stress on my face, I dont want to do to much talking but they always make me smile and laugh.

First, I was super excited that they open early on Sundays! Great service and people. I didnt have to wait long to be serviced. The atmosphere is very relaxing, clean and just a great Pro Nails Design experience.This one of my favorite nail spots. They have never disappointed me. They listen to what you want and provide suggestions that are very helpful.Its a drive for me but worth it.

This is my favorite salon. They are better than any big city place out there. Skill set is amazing and I am never disappointed. They are so personal and and professional. These girls have had the same staff for years and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

My daughter and I visited after a difficult week of medical treatments and had a wonderful time. We both got the 60 minute pedicures and will never be happy with our salon at home again. After our toes were beautifully painted, we got a 10 minute neck and shoulder massage while our polish was drying. It was just what we needed after a long week. We were there around 1:30 on a Wednesday and it was very busy when we arrived. This is definitely a crowded salon. I always want a pedicure to feel like a relaxing spa experience and it rarely does. Here, it did, despite how busy they were . I thought the price was reasonable for the quality of service and will definitely go back the next time I am in San Jose.

We did not have appointments but were seen immediately for shellac manicures. We really enjoyed the peaceful environment and very sweet staff. .We look forward to visiting again in the near future! I love Pro Nails Design and would not go anywhere else. I am a steady customer of HANNAs but would go to any of the women there.The place is immaculate, the women are friendly, and social. I always get gel manicures which are done to perfection and the salon has more gel color choices than anywhere I have been. Also, HANNA gives the best pedicures of my life (and I have gone to a lot of different places in the past)!! My feet are not easy, but HANNA takes excellent care of them. I am a very fussy person when it comes to beauty appointments so I hope whoever reads this will give Pro Nails Design a try.I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

This is my favorite nail salon . Professional and friendly service, and they treat their regulars very well. My no-chip shellac manis easily last two weeks. If youre coming during a busy time, it helps if you call ahead and make an appointment or at least give them a heads up that youre coming.💞

After discovering this place I dont think Ill ever go to a different nail salon! The atmosphere is so relaxing and friendly and the nail techs always do excellent work. They always make me feel very comfortable and make sure theyre giving me exactly the kind of nails I want. I feel so at home here, and Ive always had a smile on my face walking out after a mani.It can be kinda busy sometimes so make sure you call ahead if you can, and youll be able to sit down right away and get taken care of.If youre looking for quality service, great people, and a relaxing environment this is absolutely the place to go. I went to Pro Nails Design for full acrylic set and gel manicure. I love it. I highly recommend Hanna for the full set acrylic and the gel pedicure. She has a very soft hand and she did a great job on my nails.

LILLY is the absolute best! I am completely loyal to her when it comes to gel/shellac manicures. Yes, you often have to wait and she doesnt take appointments, but its worth it. I have been to countless other salons in the denver area, and none of the manicures compare to hers. She has a talent when it comes to shaping nails and the manicures last! She is also hilarious and an extremely hard worker. Every time Im in a hurry and go somewhere else, I wind up disappointed. I just try to go on my days off so I have time to wait if necessary. Highly recommended!

Really love how my gel manicure came out. It lasted about 3 weeks and my nails were incredibly in a healthy state. Im studying in # and this nail salon is my to go when Im in town

Not pleased at all. I had the ombre nails refill. She was done in 30 minutes. The shine on my nails faded after a couple of days. I have never had that happen. Will not be going back

I just saw Tina a couple of weeks ago for a pedicure. This place is awesome! Its such a cute salon and the pedi station is not cheap like the other places. No back massages here but, the service you get makes up for it. The massage was great and I didnt feel rushed. I saw Tina over 3 weeks ago and my nail polish has not chipped off nor, did my rhinestones come off!

Visited with my whole family, because it was my sisters first time getting their nails done. For fun, my parents got pedicures that they really enjoyed and decided to get massages too when they got there. Everyone here did a nice job for a great price.

Excellent! I wish I was a local. My spa pedicure included a long foot massage and good leg massage to the knee with lots of moisturizer, not skimpy. They use the pumice stone not a razor blade. Yay! A nice surprise, hot stone massage. Ahhhh!! Very nice job on nails and design on big toe. I have had people do crazy stuff for design but she nailed what I wanted. No pun intended. I would absolutly be back

Ive been coming to Pro Nails Design for a few years. Theyre clean and very professional. I normally see a different tech every time I go. They all do a great job which is why Ive been coming here for so long. The past few weeks, however, Ive discovered a hidden gem of a tech who is not only great at what she does, but is a pleasure to talk to.LILLY has been my tech this summer and I honestly wont trade her for anything! Shes sweet and attentive and full of patience with my already complicated self. Im extremely indecisive and I tend to stick to what I know. Well, this summer, shes certainly broadened my horizons with my choice of colors, and today, I left with a beautiful, neutral pink, dip manicure. I had never done dip before but she suggested it after having removed acrylics myself and having some pretty bad ridges on my nails. Im so happy with the outcome and my newly discovered love for the dip powder.I hope Pro Nails Design is aware of how amazing LILLY is and how lucky they are to have her. As long as shes there, Im a happy customer. Thank you, LILLY, for breaking my out my nail shell and opening up a whole new world of colors and experiences! Thursdays with her are my new favorite girl therapy sessions! Haha

Woaaaah! I just had the most memorable pedi of my life, this is the most satisfying feeling in the world. Your feet will feel baby smooth & sooooo soft, ask for the jelly pedi, this also includes a hot stone massage.Its my first time here & I will be coming back here, the staff is all very sweet and nice, the place is very clean and welcoming.

I went to Pro Nails Design for first time and got a Mani and Pedi with Gel polish, and it was absolutely the most amazing experience I have ever had at a nail salon here. Tina and Hanna are great! They take their time and are very attentive to their customers. My nails looked awesome and massages that came with my mani and pedi were so relaxing that it made me forget about my crazy that I had lol. I will definitely be going back for future services and will be telling my friends and family to go there as well.
