I called so many days but no one ever pick up the phone

STAY AWAY!!! This review is for the Xe Do Hoa Phat Which claims to have power outlets at every seat, wifi service, restroom, reclining seat, complimentary lunch sandwich, full AC and heat. When arrived, they claim they dont have a driver for the big bus so we are stuffed into a small van which do not have any of the listed service, and they still charge $30 per person for the small van with non of the service listed earlier. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!! Will have to write an FTC complaint for false advertisement. If this can get negative stars, it would, because this is a SCAM. STAY AWAY.

The company is not clear to you how much they charge for each oversea shipping. They are not honest or consistent with everyone about their charges.
