I have been coming here off and on for almost 2 years and before now have had good experiences. I called and spoke to someone on the phone to verify the hours of operation posted online only to discover that they were still incorrect in that they are closed on Sundays meaning I had to get there today (Saturday) . While speaking with the woman on the phone, I let her know that I called to verify the hours because I was driving from Fremont to get there. When I arrived it was 4:10pm and as I entered the door, a woman from behind the counter said in a loud voice Were closed. Apparently they had closed at 4pm. I tried to explain that I had just driven 30 miles and that I spoke to someone on the phone to confirm. I was ignored and neither of the 3 employees present responded. There were 3 other customers also attempting to come in and frustrated that they were closed at a time other than what was listed. I had an emergency and I dont use payday loans often. I felt really disrespected and felt that the behavior was unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time when I was already facing difficult circumstances. I will not return.

I got a loan in the first week of November. I decided to let them cash the check. I needed another loan, so I had to provide proof that the check had cleared in order to get another loan Which I did ( a print out of my statement). I received several calls saying that I needed to pay the loan off. I informed them that the check cleared. I was told that the check had not been paid. I see my statement and there it is in black and white PAID!!! So in December the check was submitted again. So I am looking at two payments for the same loan from my checking account. So I will never do business with Cash 1 again. I dont need to say how my experience was you can tell be my words.

Online shows that it is open today, so I drove from Santa cruz just to cash my check and got to the location boom closed!!

Got a loan for $600 and the manager gave me $570She let me choose [a $600 check that in her words would take a week for it to clear because its an out of state check .... or the $570 cash]Great 😤

I was helped by Natalie today. She was very polite & courteous. She was able cash my check & help me load my card to make my bill payments online! Highly recommend this place. Nice, clean environment & nice people

Patient, secured and fast. I dont know why there are a few 1 stars, at least from my western union experience in their store, they are quite responsible for my money security.

Branch told me it would be a two week loan, then doubled the interest rate and deposited the post-dated check a week early to hit me with overdraft fees, then denied it all. Clearly, doing what they post on the wall and what they say to your face is not their forte. AVOID at all costs.

STEREOTYPING BUSINESS!How you going to inform a customer ON THE PHONE, before they come in to get an advance, IT IS OKAY TO WRITE A CHECK TO YOURSELF FROM YOUR OWN BANK ACCT, AS LONG AS THEIR IS 3X THE AMOUNT YOU WANT TO CASH OUT, and when you arrive at the store, YOUR ONLY ABLE TO CASH OUT $100?! *PER MANAGERS APPROVAL?Just because my husband didnt walk in wearing his suit and tie, ALONDRA did not do anything but $100 advance, BECAUSE HER MANAGER SAID whats 2 days? the customer cant wait 2 days?VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked for estimate about how much they would charge to cash a check. Their answer was they dont say that information over the phone so I had to waste my time to go down their for then to charge 100s of dollars to cash it!!!! Would never go back even if its the last place!

This location is so SHI*Y I went in to get a loan came in and paid it....the big Black lady behind the desk told me she would shred my check so I had to get another loan at the same time and when it came time for my 2nd loan to be paid the cashed both checks sending me to be Overdrawn in my account because I had exactly enough to pay my bills and the loan...they have refused to pay back the over draft fees their comapny created this is utter BullShi* I even called to get the name of the employee and The manager Louelle was rude and disrespectful saying she doesnt have to give the information...... NEVER GET A LOAN FROM HERE AND IF YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR CHECK BACK THEY WILL FU*K YOU OVER! VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO GO HERE

Slow service took 45 minutes just to complete my transaction, also they take advantage of the patroit act; Asking very sensitive and unrelavent information of their clients. Go somewere else; dont waste your life with their services

I like it here, for the patience they have, thank you very much, but as always there are old people laugh when someone does not know any language and in order to help what one wants to do better they make fun, and here is not the exception, but for the great help that other workers give without making fun, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
