Employee takes 1 hour and 10 mins of lunch...way too long, was not informative at all in answering my questions...and when I did ask she refused to answer unknown reason, she ended up cashing my check anyways...took way too long doing it as well. Will not do business again or recommend that place.

I think that it went good but I have a complaint. I know that some body missed place a check of mine and would like to know what happened to my other check.

I have had some really great experiences here and very helpful staff. My last experience was not so great, but the others have been really great and I will definitely go back. My bank is a web based bank, so sometimes paper checks are difficult to manage. Grateful to ACEI wanted to add that Carmen is really great. I was there again next week. She is super professional and your company is lucky to have her. I forget the gentlemans name that works there is fab, too. Thanks so much for your help always.

I went to this location with my buddy and this woman was so unhelpful to him it made me embarrassed just for tagging along. She asked for his his drivers license, then work stub, then deposit history, current checking balance and finally after doing all that she wanted his managers number. I had to calm my buddy down cause he lost it. He refuses to deal or review with this location anymore but if u see an extra large fat lady behind the counter know that shell be wasting your time. Absolute horrid place, looks like a no-good-sketchtown. I cant believe people actually go to these places.

I ve with ace for awhile and havent had anything negative to say I had a couple of issues but ace helped me no problem thank you ace.

Terrible experience the two times I have gone. I tried to call but it wouldnt go throughm also the attendant didnt explain what I needed correctly. I had to leave and return with extra documents multiple times. I got denied 3 times once for not verifying employment although I provided payment, bank statements, contact numbers and my office number. His reasoning was that we didnt have an office. I explained that I work from home and within the home of clients since I was a contractor. The second time was because he couldnt verify income although I gave him an invoice of the sessions I was paid, my bank statement with highlighted deposits and showed him my account on my phone with the most recent deposits. Hmmm something is not right. Lastly, I was rejected cause he couldnt verify my bank account. Again I gave him a blank check, a statement, and a review of my recent transactions. He said my check didnt have my physical address. I explained that I dont receive mail to my physical address so it was impossible. He suggested for me to change that on my check then have them mailed to me. I guess he wasnt paying attention when I said THE MAIL SYSTEM DOES NOT MAIL ANYTHING TO MY PHYSICAL ADDRESS. They send everything back. Maybe next time instead of being properly prepared Ill be shady and photoshop my check to make them happy. Terrible

These people are rude and do not have customer service skills what so ever the manger is worst they don’t know how to communicate with customers they act extremely irritated and have a shitty attitude I will be going further to get this handles I really dislike this location but it’s the only ace in South Bay
