BEWARE...Very condescending customer service. I bought a website and little did i know it came with mandatory maintenance from their company otherwise they wont give you the passwords to anything. Instead of giving you a straight answer they give you some BS about working in a different time zone (California) and that its barely lunch time over there so just relax your work will be done. The website claims 24/7 support but Ive emailed and didnt get a response and the web designer himself told me they dont open on weekends. After asking to speak to his supervisor he sends me a voice message that he is driving home now and if he can call me later on... Full of too many excuses to call themselves professional I would not recommend this service to anyone. Save your money and hire someone local with real reviews from real clients. These guys are not what they represent themselves to be unfortunately....
