Walked in for an interview, and was asked to make sure I made time to take an exam and meet with the appropriate people. This interview was not for a position but just a formality to keep me on file. They loaded me with paperwork as soon I walked in including a background check and consumer credit report document even though they did not have a position I was immediately interviewing for. I filled out my application with everything except for the job experience which was listed on my resume (also I didnt know my previous employers phone numbers by heart) and background check but not the consumer credit report. A lazy looking greasy with his shirt unbuttoned and chest hair sticking out took a look at what I had filled out and demanded that he would not interview me unless I filled out everything. I explained to him the information was on the resume, I could provide names and numbers via e-mail along with the consumer credit report if we were to move forward with an actual position and he outright told me no. I told him to shred everything and left. No time for unprofessional greaseballs.
