We were really impressed by their services. Very professional services at reasonable pricing. Had booked 2 movers to in-state 1BHK move for 4 hours. On the day of the move, looking at the #contents, the company offered an option to use 3 movers for 3 hours instead which is cheaper than what I had initially offered pay! (I badly underestimated how quickly they can pack and move things :) They finished the whole move within 2 hours (including the time move the furniture around the new apartment to explore different configurations)Excellent services, I would recommend.PS: Docking off one star because our coffee table got scratched & flooring had a minor scratch during the move. But I still felt the overall service was impressive & professional

I was looking for local movers in the Bay area. Called up few movers and got the quote from them. I found most of them way too expensive and some of them were not available for the dates I was looking for. Then I found Apartment movers and called them. They responded with a quote ( the best I found). On the day of moving they called me a few hours before the scheduled time. Two of them arrived on time moved all the stuffs in less than 2 hours for a 1 bed room apartment. Highly recommend their service!

They were pretty efficient and finished the move in half the time we anticipated. This was my second time using their services and I was just as satisfied with their services.

These guys are amazing. Helped me move my stuffs from 4th floor to my new apartment within 3 hours. Very friendly and professional. Also their hourly rates are way lower than some known big moving companies while maintaining the same services.

Very reasonable pricing. The movers were quick and professional. Taking out two starts for two reasons. They left behind few things that I had to move on my own and it took an additional hour of effort. They refused to move the clothes in the closet using portable wardrobes. I enquired about why the movers did not take care of it and the owners did not care to respond to my mail. I cannot take away the credit that they did a god job. Unfortunately, it was not complete.

Highly recommended. Super happy for their service when I used them for a local move. The staff is very skilled, quick and professional. They brought a big truck which was well equipped with all the furniture packaging required. I had booked 2 hours for a 1 BD move, the move was done just under time. Online booking and confirmation was convenient too.Only small complaint: Its difficult to contact them by phone.

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Booking was super easy online and the whole process was super smooth. Our team was from San Jose. Lezama and Jose arrived early on the day of moving with friendly smiles and carefully wrapped the fragile items with furniture blankets and efficiently loaded it into their truck. When we arrived at the new place they carefully and quickly unloaded it to where we wanted. We booked 3 hours and there was no hidden fees or anything. Would 100% recommend and book again. Just incredible! These guys are hard working and honest folks. Completed a short-distance 1 bedroom apartment move from Mountain View to Sunnyvale in 2 hours with an hour to spare (3 hours scheduled).Be sure to tip your movers. They deserve it!

We had contacted five different moving companies. With regard to our move from San Jose to Carlsbad California. Of the five companies, the apartment movers gave us the best service for the best price. Edward and Jose, were very conscientious and professional. They made our move seem effortless. We highly recommend them for your moving experience. These two men did more than what was expected. They added quite a bit of personal attention to us as well as our belongings. In the long run these two men did more than what was expected. Fantastic work ethic for all to see.

I would highly recommend using these guys for your move!! They were able to start earlier than expected, and worked very quickly and efficiently. I even had to step out for a bit but they continued working hard! They even helped me box up my large tv and were able to move my IKEA bed frame without taking it apart or damaging in the process. They were careful to protect all my belongings and were thoughtful about time since they charge by the hour. 10/10 will definitely hire them if I ever move again!

I hired Apartment Movers for my move today and couldnt be happier with their level of service. It exceeded my expectations. Jose and Kirk were the best - they were professional and down-to-earth guys who were champs with handling all of my belongings from a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator. My furniture arrived flawless and they even helped set it up where I wanted it. They were patient and so much fun to work with. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The team of two movers were very professional and did an amazing job getting out things from out town home to a storage facility. They were fast and worked very deligintly to meet out timeline. Our storage unit was small but they were able to fit everything in with no room to spare! I would highly recommend their moving services.

I have used their service twice. Once in 2014 and then again in Aug 2017 (booked online). Both times, it was Edward who showed up with his team, helping us do the apartment move.My experience has been excellent with these guys. For Aug17 move, they arrived sharp on time at 9 AM, as decided.Edward and his team (Bernard and Jose) :- took care of our stuff, moving it at a steady pace- were super helpful, friendly during the whole move which lasted for 9+ hours.We really did test their perseverance, strength and patience given that the house we moved to had 2 flight of stairs inside with no elevator. :-) But they were super cool, as we had discussed this stairs issue before and they still agreed to take on this work.Further, they did fix one of my Ikea day bed slider issue, at no extra cost, as part of the move.We would definitely recommend these guys, as they are friendly and its a pleasant experience to work with them.

This was the worst move of my life, and I have moved a lot. I think the biggest problem happened with the regular crew was busy, and so they got some kind of side crew to do the job. Things went downhill fast:1) They said they will be there at 12:30. I went home from work to meet them at 12. They avoided me until 3, and then called me back saying they will be back at 4.2) They damaged a some of my stuff (bike and leather on the stools), but most importantly, I had to pay $600 because of them for my HOA.3) It took them forever. I dont know if they took a break or something. I went ahead to the new place, and they didnt get there till 8.4) They insisted that I pay them with cash. I told them many times that I want to pay through the website, but they had the manager call me and ask to pay them in cash.5) The next day, they said that one of the $100 bills was fake. Theres 0 chance my money was fake. I got it straight from the ATM. I told them that I didnt want to pay them in cash anyway. They acknowledged that but insisted.6) I felt bad for the manager, as I believe that the two guys themselves scammed him with the fake bill (I have no proof). So I paid him an extra $100.He asked me to not post this, and I hesitated for a long time before posting this, but I dont want anyone else to go through this.Just make sure you get the real crew, and make sure you dont pay cash or take pics of the money before you hand it to them. Also watch them every step of the move.

On time, fast, and professional! The crew was there on time, worked quickly and carefully, and made my move as easy as possible.I had couches, tables, large tvs, lamps, and boxes. Everything arrived in the same condition as they picked it up.Great service!
