If you dont use your card for a few months, the owner/system wipes out your money left in the card. Too bad like thief. How can they do the business like this ?. Chinese

The place seems to be well kept up and very clean considering the amount of clients. They use a money loadable card for the machines. The employees are very polite.

Owner walks round NOT ENFORCING MASK REQUIREMENT. That is very unsafe.

Horrible place times are incorrect really bad customer service I can more than an hour and a half before the place closes and the woman told me to leave in a very disgusting way after driving for almost 30 minutes to get here

Says they close at 11pm they kicked me and my husband out at 10:30pm, We walked in and uploaded money on the card that they use, they told us nothing while we were doing that but when we walked in with our laundry they kicked us out, really rude and I wouldn’t have minded if they just told us nicely to leave when we first walked in but instead they yelled at us.

These location is very clean and all the machines are working. The previous place I used to go had over ten machines out of order. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend these place. The only downside is a small location.

It’s a nice clean place and it’s really close to where I live and the old lady that works there is super nice and good customer service

LAST WASH IS AT 9PM!!! I’ve been going here for half a year, it’s super clean, super close to me, and the old lady has great costumer service. The only thing the lady asks, if you can PLEASE be mindful of the LAST WASH. A young couple came in being super disrespectful to her! Barely washing their clothes at 10:35pm knowing damn well they close at 11pm. She tried to educate them that she usually lets people wash until 9pm. The MAN began to yell at her, saying he was going to SUE her and asked if she was the owner..I don’t know who raised him but no MAN should yell at an old lady or any WOMAN for that matter. IF YOU DONT LIKE THE HOURS, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! No need to be a jerk to someone because you don’t know how to get your chores done ON TIME! There should be security to protect her SMH.

Clean w/a decent amount of washers and dryers. They changed to card use only now & you pay a $1 for a card that you can register & reload. The card machine only takes bills so your quarters wont do you any good. The attendant can seem a little off at times but its probably because shes the only one that works there dealing w/hella people and their issues. She always converts my change into bills for me though. Its always busy on the weekend best times are early morn when it opens or late at night on the weekdays. Also limited parking close to the facility due to every store front on that side of the plaza stays busy.

This place is awesome!!! They should fix the see-through door though. I didnt see it and slammed right into it.

First of all thank you to the thoughtful young woman who helped me with a modernized system. Lol and Ive worked in h8gh tech industry for 20+ years. Very kind of you since I felt like an idiot. who would have thought the process needed to anymore simplistic and consistent then the way it was? Get a bunch of quarters and keep flipping them into the machine until the water starts running?!? Overall this was a good place, lots of machines, all seem to be working and yes Sunday nights are busy

Came to wash and the system went down no one can dry or add money to dryers and I cant even finish drying. Waste of time. Also some washers have only hot water and they dont even fix them

The owners walk around stalking you which is annoying but other than that it’s kept clean and usually not super busy.

This specific LEEs laundromat is not the same with other Lees laundromats because the card that you use is not compatible to the other ones so basically you can only use the card on this specific location the card and money that you use from other lees laundromat it’s not transferable to this one Just wasted my time!!!!
