They tell you, you get a low price on Botox and then when you get in there they try to sell you everything else that they have to offer. They will tell you that the areas you ask for the Botox on its not feasible to use it.

Purchased injections for glutathione their nurse couldnt find the vein in my arm. I could see her lack of experience from her struggling to get me injected and probing the needle to be able to find the vein.

Dr. Patels office took a few days to responded to my online inquiry. Finally was able to schedule a virtual consultation and they confirmed. I asked over email if it was a phone call or video call as their email was very vague and never includes the name of the person messaging you. They did not respond before my appointment (about a couple days later). I called during business hours to ask and no one picked up. The day of my virtual appointment came and I made sure my schedule was clear. Prepped my young kids so I could have a quiet virtual appointment. My husband made sure he didnt have any work meetings during that time so he could watch our kids. Well, Dr. Pastel NEVER CALLED. I waited and nothing. I called the office. No one picked up again. I emailed. Got a reply 7 hours later saying this (copied and pasted) ------> Im sorry about that . Are you available any other time for a Facetime consult.. I will not let them waste my time again. Dont let them waste your time either.

I had my visit with Dr Patel for juviderm today, I must say, this Dr. is extremely knowledgeable and a true artist. I wanted my lips and some ares of my chin done and she was able to do an amazing job. I love the way it looks. Thanks to front desk staff as well they were on top of taking care of me till I saw the doctor. They are Great! Awesome Doctor.

Got my lips done from Dr. Patel and absolutely loved working with her. I am uneasy with needles and she made me feel comfortable the whole time! Not only was she great to work with, the office was also very clean and tidy. The results were phenomenal. My lips are fuller and the perfect shape!

The doctor has two locations and works them both daily. Which makes it hard for her to be on time to your appointment. She is always late. clarity spa near Aborn it’s clean and looks professional the one on Jackson not so much. I’ve gotten fillers with her a few times over the last two years but, she’s not very professional and she’s slightly rude.I have been trying to get a hold of her several times to dissolve my fillers and I have no luck.the placement on my upper lip is horrible. Do to that the actual product hasn’t lasted but instead it has created lumps above my lips

I truly can’t speak enough wonderful things about this facility. Dr. Patel and her staff are all so professional and on top of their “A Game”. Yvonne at the front desk is always such a delight to speak to over the phone, through texts messages for appointment confirmations and in person. She makes you feel so at ease and comfortable with your visit, I just can’t rave enough of how happy I am with this office, Dr. Patel was very informative and really took time to listen to my needs and based on that she offered only services she felt I would most benefit from, didn’t try to up sell me or pressure me to any other services or products if they where not directly correlated to addressing my concerns. Alana and Margaret are also equally THE Cremè de la cremè, they are the ladies who have provided services so far (I’ve elected to address a number of things since their prices are so competitive, thus me frequenting this office very often). All in all if your in the market to address some aesthetic medical spa concerns look no further, between the competitive prices, friendly and professional staff/atmosphere and effective top of the line Products and equipment with the latest technology your sure to be so happy with your final results.

I had a great experience at Aspire with Dr. Patel and her staff. Prior to the procedure, Dr. Patel took the time to explain the quality and the expected results of the varying products in the Juvederm line, and even used a model that I could touch in order to feel the consistency of each product. Based on the advice Dr. Patel gave me during the consultation, In addition to Botox, I decided to have Juvederm Voluma injected in my upper cheek area in order to reduce the appearance of fine lines around my mouth area and to make me look more refreshed in general. During the procedure, Dr. Patel opened the Juvederm package in front of me and was sure to show me the expiration date on the box (Ive never had another injector do this). Dr. Patel took time to ensure that the product was distributed evenly, and handed me a mirror several times during the procedure so that I was able to view the immediate results throughout the process. I must have said wow ten times during the procedure. Due to the numbing, the procedure was almost entirely pain-free. After the procedure, I looked like I had a month of straight beauty sleep. I already booked my next appointment to see her for a touch up!

Horrendous experience! First the redeeming part to be fair - Good review for Rebecca the receptionist who engaged with me in an amicable manner, letting me know about the services they provided, while I was waiting patiently for approximately 40mins since my appointment time (5:30pm). Albeit a long wait time, I did NOT mind waiting for the free consultation that I was promised by Dr. Patel over the phone. I understand some appointments run late. I told Dr. Patel about my skin issues and she goes on to tell me about the PRP method which I was intrigued by since it uses a natural body response for healing. She was informative and listening attentively. So far so good!UNTIL I ask her about the cost of treatment (after she returns from another patient - which again I did NOT mind). Now I understand these treatments are expensive (Ive paid for expensive treatments before so this is not news to me) but her justification of the cost was bogus and reminiscent of a typical salesperson. She tries to convince me that she only uses the best materials and devices and she hardly makes any money from her service fee because she is charged exorbitantly by the device companies. Gratuitous justification but ok Ill accept it.Then I genuinely ask if we customers get to see the kind of materials/devices used for the procedure, to be assured of the genuineness/quality of the device/tubes that she was touting. Now she FLIES OFF THE HANDLE! She says (to the effect) of Why would you (patients) need to bother about the brand/quality? Only we physicians would know and be concerned about the quality of the tubes (for drawing blood). Why, you dont trust me?. Now, let me remind you if you made it this far that it was a GENUINE query, not an attempt to impugn the competence or trust of Dr. Patel. I genuinely wanted to know if I am getting the best possible treatment, so whats wrong with that (after she insists that she uses product that is better than used elsewhere)? She says in frustration (to the effect of) Im DONE talking to you now, Ive answered enough of your questions...I have another patient waiting for me, a PAID customer who paid A LOT for my treatment. I was FURIOUS to be treated in such a way and asked, still controlling my anger, Dont we as customers have the right to know the quality of products used, which you confidently just touted. Why are you getting angry? I was only genuinely asking! Her reaction was tantamount to telling me to stop questioning and get out because there was another patient that was MORE important (a paid customer as she put it).She justified her reaction with No one has ever asked me that for which I replied sternly well I wish to know since you talked about it and Im sure others like me would too!. How rude of Dr. Patel! I have NEVER been treated like this in a clinic! Very embarrassing! She noticed my indignation and insisted that she will answer any other questions I had when she would come back from the other patient. Uhm NO thanks! Spare me the craziness! No angry and embarrassed customer will sit around waiting for you - the damage is DONE. And please, stop assuming every customer negotiates over the area of skin treatment after it was finalized. You told me to point to and quantify the area of treatment I wanted and I DID. How can you assume (and subsequently WARN) I was going to increase/change the area during the treatment? Preposterous! Dont take your angry out on me just because you had previously dealt with low ballers and negotiators!This scenario shows that Dr. Patel has a patience and etiquette issue, a huge one at that. I recommend anger management. Maybe some counselling for patience too. She might be great at what she does (her degrees and accolades gratuitously and excessively referenced during my consultation) but if she cant handle a SIMPLE GENUINE question (say even a mildly controversial one), then I cant recommend her at all!Your casuistry and bad attitude is not appreciated one bit!
