If your looking for a good work out check this place out. I highly recommend them. Classs are always different and challenging.
I love the variety of workshops by different instructors. They are always encouraging and help with modifications. Super support for newbies.Workouts are an hour. Easy to sign up on an app which helps in case there is a last minute cancelation - they can message you. Other participants are really helpful too - it’s a great team approach as the culture is built on encouragement. Highly recommend for a hard, full body workout regardless of your fitness level.

Challenging, flexible 1hr or 30min sessions. Trainers are fantastic. People in the classes are there to work hard, sweat, and do it again the next day! Plenty of free parking to the rear of the building. Its great! You should try it out ☺️.
I did the 28-day challenge, and it was the thing that finally clicked! I eat better, work out harder and feel amazing. There is no substitute for working out with other people! The accountability and sense of community that comes with Fit Body Boot Camp is fantastic. I lost 13 pounds of fat, gained 9 pounds of muscle and lost 9% body fat in 28 days. Highly recommend!
Fit Body Boot Camp is awesome!!!! All the instructors push you to achieve your best results. You dont get left behind thats for sure & when you leave this place you sure do feel like you accomplish a lot in one day. Definitely check this place out if you want to make life changes.
