Update:I Just finished my 2nd and last challenge today and feeling terrific. I have lost a total of 45.6 lbs through both challenges!! I am so grateful for the coaches that pushed and encouraged me daily. Im so thankful that coach Brett believed in me when I was hesitant if I would make it. It wasnt a walk in the park but it is very rewarding when you succeed. It was a mental, physical, and emotional challenge (especially the 2nd one). Ive learned a lot through both challenges and this has been a wonderful journey. I will continue on with what I have learned and highly recommend others to try it. Be ready for a great start for a better life! Remember, if you dont put in the work then dont expect unreasonable results.This is my HONEST opinion and not biased by anyone in any shape or form.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------If youre reading the reviews, you are probably skeptical like I was when I was contemplating about doing the challenge. Well, let me give you my HONEST opinion. If you are looking to change your life for the better, then look no further. The coaches here are AWESOME and supportive. The encouragements and form corrections during workouts is important to get you started on your journey to where you want to be. 6 weeks ago, I was 23.5 lbs heavier and did not believe in achievement fitness and myself! Now, I feel so much better about myself and even made new friends during classes! Not to mention, my triglyceride, cholesterol, and glucose levels all went down (bet my doctor is impressed!) SINCE I started my first challenge. Its normal to be skeptical, but give yourself and Achievement Fitness a chance to make the best change you can in your life - which is to be a healthier you!
ACHIEVEMENT FITNESS6 WEEK CHALLENGE REVIEWI began the Achievement Fitness, 6 Week Challenge, on February 27th of this year and finished the first phase this past Saturday. This program was easy to follow as the directions and diet and exercise were very simple. The coaches, Aaron and Steve (alphabetically because I couldn’t decide who was more important than the other), are both excellent and inspiring. They always walk the room and double check the participant’s form to prevent injuries. I have arthritis in my knees, as well as injuries to my neck and shoulder, so there are some exercises that I simply cannot do. Aaron and Steve would help me find an alternate activity or method so that I could continue the exercise without causing more damage. At the end of the six weeks, I was able to weigh in at 22 pounds lost, two pounds more than my mandatory goal, and I am able to move on to the next 6 Week Challenge without additional cost.When I put down the deposit, I was a little concerned about getting ripped off, but after starting the program, I realized that I couldn’t possibly enroll in any other boot camp program without paying much, much more. This program is more valuable than the deposit, which really makes participants accountable to themselves. I have found that my Diabetes is improving, as well as my blood pressure, and I have made so many new and significant friendships with my workout mates, whom I love. Exercising in the dark with street style murals on the walls and black lights and strobes, and with loud, rock music energizing you through every step is amazing and the hour is gone so quickly. I also thought that “eating clean” would be so much more difficult than it was, but I was able to maintain the diet and my body feels so much better. At the end of the first six weeks, I am stronger, I am healthier. I am better.
The lady(wife of owner) is cunning and did not stop collecting money from any account even after 1 month notice. Finally, had to call my credit company to block them and refund the extra charge they collected.
I successfully completely the lose 20lbs in 6 weeks challenge at Achievement fitness on Dec 10th/ 2016. I would not have done this without the amazing coaches and the positive atmosphere of this place!!!!From the high fives as we workout to the corrections in form from the coaches to keep us from injury to all the words of encouragement that YES!!! you can do this!!! Make your body work and tell your mind to SHUT UP...LOLThe workouts are hard.....but Ive never had so much fun working so hard in my life!!!! Thank you to My new AFF family I am inspired by all of you and I will continue my journey to getting healthy and stronger right there beside you all giving high fives and hoping one day to inspire someone else to make this a way of life!
What can i say achievement fitness is a life changer for me I knew I needed to lose weight but had no idea how to start. I saw the post on Facebook and was very interested in the idea of a coach who will help you with food planning and working out sounded great to me! It is life changing having someone there to answer questions and encouraging you all the way. The first couple of weeks i worked so hard followed the diet to the T did all my workouts but did not lose the weight. The coaches were there encouraging me and letting me know it will happen dont worry.They also changed up my diet to try and get things going on the 3rd week i had lost 6 pounds and it kept coming off at the end of my challenge I was down 15lbs I never thought that i could really do it. BUT I DID! With the coaches help. I Love that they are there for you 100%. All the people you work out with are amazing and so encouraging it makes you want to be there and want to come back that is a huge thing for me. I am so thankful i found Achievement fitness! You have changed my life for the better. Thank you!
I just finished up my first 6 week challenge on 12/10/16 and let me tell you, it was an amazing experience and I lost a whooping 21.2 lbs. I was a bit skeptical at first because it just didnt seem like a possibility. I thought that my love for food would stand in the way of me achieving this goal, but the incentive to get my money back was one that really pushed me forward.I started off with this mentality of getting my money back, but towards the end of week 5...my mentality changed to wanting to continue on this journey of transformation and being able to roll over to a second challenge to lose another 20 pounds. I have a long way to go before reaching my end goal, but the truth of the matter is this is an amazing community full of support, encouragement, and high levels of energy.The Coaches are amazing and they always push you beyond what you think you can achieve. Im obsessed with this place and I cant wait to take on my second challenge in January!
By far the best program you will ever find in this area. Great coaching staff who really cares about their students and provide help and support every day. I personally highly recommend you to take part of their 42 days challenge program in which you should drop at least 25 Ibs in 42 days. Developing the habit of waking up 5 am for a workout session, starting your day with meeting interesting people at this fitness facility and then getting to work early in the morning is truly a life changer, and you would only appreciate it when you take part in this program.

I just completed my first challenge at Achievement Fitness. In the beginning the workouts were hard, but they became easier, however they were never easy. Then they change up the routine so your body does not get used to it. I would say the diet is the hardest part because of all the temptation we face here in America with all the easy options and fast food. Preparing meals is key and following the instructions AF gives you. If you can do that you can be successful too and meet your health goals to become the you that youve always wanted. The staff and support from other members helps and you may make new friends. Best of luck to you and if you are considering a weight loss center or gym consider Achievement Fitness!
A good friend gave me the inspiration to join a 6 week challenge. I came it on a Saturday morning 80% skeptical if this is for me. Now 6 weeks later and 23.6 lbs lighter, I couldnt find any other words to express my appreciation to all my Achievement Fitness family. They will be there to better your form, challenge you more every workout days and acknowledge when you are doing an awesome job. This place made me realize the importance of self discipline, healthy diet, dedication In order to achieve your goals. This place is more than just a gym, it is a transformation center!!! I love this place and will definitely encourage you to try it out too!
Working out has never been a thing for me. I never wanted to go to the gym with friends (because the only machines I know how to work are the treadmill, stair master and elliptical), I have never really been a health nut but I always kept in the back of my mind that I should be physically active, not only to keep weight off but for my overall health and happiness. I was told about Achievement Fitness by a friend and decided to apply. The challenge started early January and I can honestly say its been one of the best things Ive done for myself. Since starting to work out I have more energy, self-confidence, and an overall positiveness. The workouts are tough starting off (especially since I did not work out one bit before) but after the second week, my body got used to waking up early and getting out the door to work out. The facility is clean, spacious and always has great music! I cant thank the coaches enough for correcting my form, the pep talks, words of encouragement, but most of all for helping me become a person who smiles more often. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a positive forward environment, without all those pesky workout machines.
Most awesome gym, my only gym! Helped save my life, and lose 20lbs in 6 weeks challenge. Plus its fitness like military only with physical therapists! In only 45 min a day! Coach Brett is that good! I highly recommend to anyone. Mid range fee, but worth every penny.
I can’t recommend this program enough. This program changed my life. I feel upbeat, energetic, think clearer, have better self esteem and oh yeah I lost 26 lbs in 6 weeks! The staff is knowledgeable and holds you accountable but is always there to support you and push you. The other members are all in the same position as you and it feels so great to be part of a community that feels like a family. I always feel so elated after workouts. Work stress melts away and I leave with a clear mind and a great weight off of my shoulders. If you’re ready to change your life than this is the program for you! The instructions are clear and simple and you just have to follow them and commit to the process, you will be happy that you did.
This place is amazing. It is fun and upbeat and everyone is there to help you. I joined the lose 20 in six week program and I was afraid i was going to be all alone there because I did not know anyone. You make friends real quick. No one there judges you it is one big family. You work hard but at your own pace and you get great results. I really would love to be a full time member to the gym but it is a little on the pricey side. I will definitely join when i can financially afford it.
Its an amazing program! The workouts are awesome and the staff and coaches are there to encourage, motivate and support you every step of the way. Ive worked out all my life (mostly cardio) and hardly did strength training. AF has taught me the proper way to lift weights and I feel stronger today then I ever did my entire life. I did the 6 week challenge to lose 20 pounds and eat clean and I dont regret it one bit. It requires your time and commitment but the results are astounding.
If you are in the area and looking to get your health back on track, I highly recommend this place. It is well designed for beginners and those out of shape. They have created a very safe and supportive place to start from.Honestly when they told me that the goal was to lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks I was skeptical. I figured that 13 lbs would be a lofty goal for that time frame. But I started anyway, because I wanted to prioritize my health, and the lbs started melting off. By the final weigh out I had lost 21.6 lbs!!!I cannot adequately express how happy I am with this program. I have exercised in the past and not lost weight, or dieted and lost weight but felt weak. With this program, I lost weight, look great, and am so much stronger than I was before!
I have nothing but great things to say about achievement fitness. I started off with my first 20lbs challenge and successfully completed it almost a year ago. I joined as a member after my first two challenges. I had a few injuries along the way and got off track. I joined a third challenge as a member because I knew they would help encourage me and get me back on track. The workouts are always changing and challenging so that your body doesn’t get used to the exercises. The coaches are incredible. They are always there to support you and guide you through the whole experience. I can’t thank coach Brett, Denise, Sue, Noelle, Michael and the entire achievement fitness family enough for all your help in this journey of mine.
This place is truly amazing, starting from the coaches to their staff and all the members. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and they help motivate you. Ive tried three other gyms and none compare, not even close. I am truly thankful. Achievement Fitness not only helped me to drop 22 lbs so far and 3 pant sizes, they have also helped me become stronger, healthier and overall feel amazing! Achievement Fitness Transformation Center has changed the way I look at working out. I took their Lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks challenge and I lost 24 pounds. All the coaches are amazing people you feel that you can approach them with out feeling shy. The coaches teach you the correct way to do the exercises so you dont get injured. The workouts are 45 minutes long. They are designed to get the maximum results in a short period of time. That is not all you get to learn how to eat healthy and create your own meals. I cant begin to tell you how much I love this place! I was such a skeptic and always thought that this place was too good to be true. Like a lot of people I thought it was a hoax. Boy was I wrong and thank goodness I gave it a chance. Best decision of my life! My first challenge I not only lost 23 lbs but I feel like a new person. 23 lbs feels like 50 with how great I feel and how my clothes fit. Im down 2 dress sizes in just 6 weeks ! What diet have you ever done that makes you go down this fast? And I also felt like these 6 weeks flew by so quickly with all the fun I was having. I loved the workouts and didnt have a hard time at all with the meal plan. Now not only I eat healthy but so does my family. Looking forward to my next challenge! Im an AF member for life!!

I heard about Achievement Fitness through a friend. Her and her husband both lost over 20 pounds in 6 weeks. I figured I would give it a try. I found that at AF they are very supportive. The coaches encourage you and are always there to answer any questions, they make sure you doing the exercises using the proper techniques. Everyone that goes to AF is amazing, nobody is judging you, or making you feel uncomfortable. Everyone is encouraging, and happy for you, and giving you high fives along the way. I had an amazing time at AF. I lost 20.9 pounds in 6 weeks and Im going to be starting another challenge in a few weeks and I cant wait. It real is a new lifestyle and a really good one. They teach you how to eat a healthy clean diet. I do recommend that if this is something you want to do that you commit to it and are ready to make a change, you won’t be disappointed and you will probably make some really good friends along the way.
Well I have now done 2 of the 6 week challenges there. I have lost a total of 49 lbs. This place is awesome and I couldnt recommend it more. This is not a place for someone who is in it half way. If you commit, this place will give you all the support and positive motivation you need to accomplish your goals. The atmosphere has helped me commit when previously I had difficulty doing so. I have been able to overcome both physical and mental setbacks. Brett and Denise are fantastic and they will work with you individually to make sure you accomplish what you can. It is a great atmosphere and lots of fun. I also highly recommend their protein. It is a little pricey but tastes really good.
I completed my 6 week challenge today with Achievement Fitness and could not be happier. Not only did I go into this challenge with the hopes of losing 20 lbs., but also to change my lifestyle and become stronger both physically and mentally. The program helped me to follow through with my goals, become healthier and use my body to its full potential. It means so much to me that I completed the 6 week challenge and I could not have done it without the entire staff and other members of Achievement Fitness. I used to feel uncomfortable in my body and ashamed of the way I looked and felt. I can honestly say that I feel proud and happy in my skin and love what AF has helped me do. I recommend going to AF to all my friends and family because it does work and they truly want to help you live a better life. I lost 21.6 pounds in 6 weeks! I am so happy I did this, it was definitely worth the hard work and dedication.
The instructors are awesome! They enjoy what they do. Coach Noelle is great. Super approachable and helpful, yet tough. Selina up front is super welcoming and helpful always. I swear she knows everyone’s name and there’s a lot of people that walk through the door. I had a very positive experience. Follow the instructions. Show up. Push yourself. You’ll be fine. Everyone else is there to get better too so it’s not intimidating. It is a team atmosphere.
This has been one of the best experiences Ive had in my journey of weight loss. The program gave me structure and something to strive for. It has held me accountable and has made me realize that it isnt so hard with effort! I have three kids, a husband and I work nights. Reasons that people would understand if I didnt make my goal. However, with achievement fitness checking in on facebook has made me shout it to the world what Im trying to accomplish and using my reasons as excuses is out the window! They give you times throughout the day to get yourself to a class, I added this to my personal schedule and now after 6 weeks it became my routine! They have given me a habit that I dont want to let go! They have given me all the tools, of an eating plan and workout routine to get me to my goal. I surpassed the 20lb goal and lost 22lbs in 6 weeks. I entered the program ready to make a change, but they gave me a mindset of not giving up, until the job is finished. I gained a positive environment where I can push myself, and be around a whole room full of people that are trying to do exactly what I am doing! Its completely inspiring and a welcoming experience!
Achievement Fitness is the place to go if you want to experience a healthier, happier way of living. I signed up for the weight loss challenge to loose 20 lbs. in 6 weeks on April 16, 2016. On May 28, 2016 I found out that I am 22.6 lbs. lighter. Not only did I meet my goal but I am working my way to becoming 100% healthier and stronger each passing day. The support from the staff and fellow members is irreplaceable. They have created such a welcoming place and are much more than coaches and friend they are family, my AF family. I have felt welcomed, cared for and supported through the entire challenge. I signed up to loose weight and feel better about myself, I accomplished both of those goals as well as made life long friendships with a community filled with encouragement, support and love.

Achievement fitness offers a great workout environment. People there are friendly and supportive. I feel great after joining and starting to make some positive changes in my life. They have plenty of classes during the morning and evenings so it is easy to find a class to attend. Over all I have enjoyed my experience, I have been working out there for 6 weeks and plan to continue doing so.
First of all, Achievement Fitness Transformation Center is not a gym. At least not in the way that most people think of a gym. It is exactly what it claims in its name - a transformation center. When you come to Achievement Fitness, you are transformed into a healthier, fitter, happier version of yourself. This doesnt happen overnight, but trust me, it happens. At first glance it may seem unlikely that so many of us to have such great results, but if you stick with the program, and FTDI (follow the d@m# instructions!), youll find yourself with your own success story to write about. The staff at AF doesnt offer miracles, just good coaching, solid nutrition advice, and a place that anyone, of any fitness level can feel comfortable coming to get in shape. The support and encouragement that you will receive, not just from the staff, but from the other members as well, sets this place above any gym Ive ever been to. I am six weeks and over 20 lbs into my own journey, and I cant imagine ending it anywhere else.
Just finished my second challenge. This place rocks. I needed to make big changes in my life and I just couldn’t seem to make it happen on my own. I needed the encouragement and support that Achievement Fitness demands of you. The way they’ve worked in the accountability is genius. I didn’t think that I would be able to meet that part of the challenge because I’m a very private person. However, it an important part of the whole process. Putting it all out there so you can’t pretend like everything is ok. The work outs are hard and that first week is excruciating. You don’t forget, but I am so much stronger now and I’m getting stronger. The coaches are the best. They are knowledgeable, friendly and always encouraging. The other challengers become your friends because you’re all in it together, whether you’re on your first or fourth challenge. This is now a life style change I plan to maintain because I always want to feel this good!
Achievement fitness is a work out place that helped me to get the results that I wanted and in the time frame that I wanted. I was tired of going back and forth with my yo-yo diets and the way how my clothes began to fit me. I accepted a challenge to loose 20 lbs in 6 weeks. I won the challenge because of not only my commitment but also because of my trainers who gave their attention and their support during work outs. Today, I feel good and have re built the confidence that I had lost somewhere in my weight gain/loss battle. I recommend this place to everyone who is fighting with their weight. Achievement Fitness Centre has changed the way I look at fitness and health. I always thought cardio was thing, but no, I was enlightened that weights and strengthening was equally important. Losing weight is very tough, and doing it correctly is even more tough! The coaches here are extremely careful with each and everyone s form. They constantly correct you, motivate you and applaud you! You are never left alone in here, and every challenger or a member is excited to step in to the gym each and everyday! There is no negativity at all in here! With their fitness program and nutrition tips, weight loss has proven very successful to their clients.When you Follow the Damn Instructions, and listen to your coaches, miracles happen!!! I am so glad I found Achievement Fitness! I just completed my first challenge to lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks and I ended up losing 21.8 lbs!!! I am rolling over into the next challenge. I feel fit and healthy and I know it is a work in progress. Before joining, I was over weight and unmotivated even though I wanted to lose the weight. What I have learned is that this is a lifestyle change and way more than just losing weight. I have lost weight but also changed the way I eat, exercise and have made new friendships! These things will continue for the rest of my life. I have never cared for going to the gym but since I have started working out at Achievement Fitness, I look forward to going to the gym 6 days a week. I love the AF environment, everyone is so encouraging and positive! The coaches are amazing, the music is awesome and high energy and the workouts are intense. Achievement Fitness is the best program I ever been to. I started in January 5 2015, I have lost 32 pounds and I feel great. Yes, my goal as many was to loose weight but what I found a AF was more than just a gym, I found a family that shared their weaknesses and their successes. A family that helps, supports and never leave you behind. I did two challenges, and now Im a member of the gym. I feel great, but most of all I feel healthy. It is a step towards your health, many people is concern about money, and this could be a game just like the Master Card Commercial: Starbucks coffee $5; Pair of tennis shoes $40; New clothing outfit $60, Treadmill machine $350, Having great coaches teaching healthy habits, good conditioning, adequate exercise routines, and at some point being the inspiration for many priceless. I highly recommend Achievement Fitness for those determined to flip throw to the healthy side of the coin and start a new life style. As I stated in my video, this has been a blessing to me. I successfully completed the 6 week 20 lbs weight loss challenge. I lost 20.6 lbs and I have rolled over for the next challenge. It is the best discovery I have ever made. This place is like magic, there is positive energy and motivation everywhere. The AF staff is wonderful, kudos to the coaches, Aaron, Kaleo, Steve and Sue. They not only demonstrate the workout everyday but make sure that we are following the instructions and doing it the right way. The coaches are very sincere and full of energy and enthusiasm. I finished my 6 week challenge 6 days ago and I lost 21 pounds. I wasnt easy but they give you the tools and information you need to be successful. I never thought I would be saying that these past 6 weeks have flown by like they have. The 20lb in 6 week challenge at achievement fitness exceeded my expectations in SO many ways. From when I first requested the information for the program I was drawn to it. The Staff sets the done in a major way. Everyone that works there is informative, supportive, and motivating in different ways. No matter what your fitness background is there will be something new and something better that you will learn during this program! When they say that you will not be the same after you finish this program they mean it! Not only just physically, but mentally as well. I am looking back now at how I felt on the first weigh in not realizing the amount of guidance and support I would receive by the staff and other members, and not realizing how much i would need it to succeed. I am proud to say I am a part of this family and this experience and I recommend the WHOLE experience to anybody that asks me . Thank you for everything AFTC!
Achievement Fitness was a great experience. Met a number of amazing people and we kept on pushing each other harder and harder. AF has definitely affected my life for the better and gotten me out of the rut. I plan on continuing the change until I get to my goal.
First off let me say that Achievement Fitness definitely deserves more than 5⭐️. I dont think there is any amount of stars that could explain what AF did for me and is continuing to do for me. I originally joined AF as a member on April 2, 2016. Within a week I decided I wanted to do the challenge that began on April 18, 2016. Im happy to say that I loss 23.3lbs in 6 weeks! From the first day I walked into AF I felt like I mattered, I was important. ALL of the coaches and staff are beyond amazing and without a doubt are there to guide everyone to a healthier lifestyle. Before I got started working out they evaluated me to see if I had any restrictions, which I did. I was given a purple and yellow band so all the coaches would know I had restrictions in certain areas. Once u get in there and start working out everyone, including the coaches brings so much positive energy. High fives are a must. I have become addicted to AF. If u are in need of a healthier lifestyle...look no further! Achievement fitness is ur place!!!!
In a word, Awesome. I took the the challenge of reducing 20 lbs in 6 weeks and was able to reduce 22.7 lb. Brett, Aaron, Victor and Denise keep you motivated! This is a great kick starter for anyone who wants to start working out and lose weight.Its hard for anybody to stick to a diet pattern and workout. The motivation and guidance that you get from the coaches is just amazing. I have to thank the people who worked out with me equally. I couldnt have made it through this 6 weeks without them. The diet plan that they have is just amazing. I felt sore, weak and tired some days. I wanted to eat many things. But i was able to stick to the diet only because of the motivation and the support from the coaches and the members.
I just finished my first challenge the lose 20 lbs in 6weeks. I was scared at first because I had not exercised in a long time but thanks to the coaches Steve and Aron for the great support. I loved how they motivate you not to give up and they are always there to help. I am very proud of myself that I was able to lose 21.4 lbs in the first challenge and I am ready to take on the second challenge. Thanks to Achievement fitness for the support of not giving up.
Achievement fitness is more than a gym, its a family. A family who supports you, pushes you to your limits, and doesnt take no or I cant as an answer! I have been with the AF family for 5 months now and I couldnt be happier! I took part in my second challenge recently and although it was difficult, with the support of all the coaches, staff and fellow challengers, I was able to lose 13lbs making my total weight loss 33lbs. I highly recommend Achievement Fitness! Your life will forever change and you will make amazing friends in the process!
I just completed the 20lbs in 6 week challenge and lost a total of 30.6lbs!!!. I have tried other weight loss programs in the past like weight watchers and lost 20lbs in four months, but I hit a Plateau and gave up. At this gym they give you a meal plan and you also get to work out and as long as you follow the plan the weight will fall off. The atmosphere inside the gym is really positive. The coach and other people working out with you are willing to help you with each exercise. I encourage everyone to give this place a try. I am sure that once you do your life will be change for the better
Achievement Fitness is AMAZING!!I was skeptical in the beginning but I told myself that I will put in the work and give it an honest try, really whats the worst that can happen..OMG I am so happy that I did this!!6 weeks later 21.8 pounds lighter best 500 ever spent!! Well I rolled it over into challenge number 2!When I began this fitness challenge I couldnt do a push-up, sit up, and barely could hold a plank for a few seconds. I have come so far in just 6 weeks, my body does not feel like Jelly anymore!I love coming in every morning the environment is so happy, supportive, fun and positive! But dont let that fool you, the coaches will still hand your derriere to you!Love this place!!
After going through their lose 20 in 6 program a couple of years ago, I was invited to do an alumni challenge to lose 15lbs in 5 weeks. Being that over the last year and a half I have been a little inattentive to my physical well being I figured I could definitely use to lose a few pounds. The program is much more streamlined and seems to be more organized than it was way back when. During the 5 weeks I was able to get back into the swing of the program and enjoy a loss of over 15lbs. I fully recommend the program if you have over 20 lbs to lose. Its not easy, you will sweat, feel some pain and change your eating habit but you will drop the LBS.
Achievement fitness changed my life. When o first started at AF doing the lose 20 in 6 challenge I was suffering from anxiety and depression. I was morbidly obese at 335 and was entirely inactive. Now that I have completed 3 whole challenged and lost about 80lbs Imfeeling amazing, Im looking amazing, and best of all my whole life has gotten better. I recently completed my second 20 pounds in 6 weeks challenge with Achievement Fitness. The whole experience has been amazing. Everyone from the coaches to the other participants were incredibly supportive and helpful. I am feeling confident, happy with myself and have energy to keep up with my kids.
I loved Achievement Fitness 6 week 20 pound challenge. In the beginning I was so nervous and scared with starting something new and something Ive never done before. But with the great coaches and other challengers around that quickly changed with in a matter of minutes. #aff loosing 20 in 6 not easy. You have to push yourself out of your comfort zone. But its something Ill never regret. Planning out meals and making sure you always have extra veggies in the house is key. Doing this challenge is life changing. If you want to lose weight, be healthy and can follow instructions, then this is the place for you. I lost 26.9 pounds in 6 weeks and it cost me $0. There are no hidden agendas, fees, etc. You are eating real food and lots of it, 6 times a day and all they ask is that you bring a positive attitude and work out 5 times a week for 45 minutes. I am so grateful I found this place and I have become a member. The owners, staff and people are great and encouraging. If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired and are ready for change then this is your place.

This is not your normal gym. Its a gym that actually shows results! I did my first challenge there and couldnt be happier! The staff is nice and the coaches actually train you! If youve been trying to lose weight you owe it to yourself to check this place out. It will change your lifestyle.
AF îs the best workout place i have been. The Coaches are Amazing they keep us motivated and hard work to achieve our goal. Since I start the challenge to lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks my life has change in good . My knee pain disappeared, I eat healthy and I did not feel bloated, I have more energy, my mood is always happy and no depression anymore, I finally sleep throu the night well and I feel rested. We have so much fun in the class and I made wonderful friends . Now I continue after the challenge daily to keep myself healthy.

This is not like other gyms you may have/are part of. The people that make up the Achievement Fitness Family (AFF) are really like a family. Everyone here has a great attitude and willingness to help motivate each other to achieve their fitness goals whether its part of a fitness challenge or just as a regular member. Even some of the coaches are previous alumni of the program and understand what it takes. Everyone is genuinely interested in your success. I have never looked forward to working out more than when I was a part of AFF. I have my own personal struggles with being healthy. But this program has been the only consistent method for getting fit and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I love this place!
I had never heard of this place until I heard about it on facebook. What caught my eye was the lose 20 in 6 weeks challenge. I wanted results, but didnt have a lot of patience, so I thought I would apply and see if I got accepted and I did. Its an amazing place. The coaches are awesome, whom have also completed the challenge. There is a lot of hard work involved in the challengers part, but the methods that they put in place work. I lost over 20 pounds in the 6 weeks. There were times that I doubted that I could do it, but no one else did. All the members and other challengers were and still are encouraging. And these changes that they put in place have helped me to get away from sugar and crappy food and keep on this journey of being healthy and choosing to make the right decisions in what I put into my body. I definitely making Achievement Fitness my home.
IT WORKS! I lost 21.2 pounds in 6 weeks. No, it was not easy, but if I can do it (working full time at a demanding job, being a mom of a 5 and a 1-year-old, starting a side business and while selling our house), then you can do it too! I have never been able to keep up with any fitness plan, or gym until I found Achievement Fitness.The coaches are incredible. What I loved the most is that they care so much about your success and well being. We started the challenge with a movement assessment to make sure the coaches and we were aware of any restrictions. Each exercise during the challenge had options for each restriction. I started the challenge with 2 restrictions (no squatting with weights and no overhead weights), finished with NO restrictions!The ONE thing that I had doubts about was checking into Facebook every day I went to the gym and changing my profile and banner pictures. I thought my friends would find it annoying. However, it was the complete opposite! It was an excellent support system. My family and friends knew exactly what the goal was, my progress (because I would share it) and they too help me stay on track. For example, at a party, I was very close to cheating on my diet, and my friend came to my rescue and told me how amazing motivation I was for her, how she too was making changes and how great I looked. I put that piece of bread back; it was certainly not worth it.I absolutely love the atmosphere of the transformation center: great music, awesome coaches, incredible people that are always supporting you without judgment. There are no intimidating machines or heavy equipment; only weights and TRX - which makes it even more incredible because I always thought that I needed every single machine in the gym to transform my body.In reality, I only needed a healthy eating guidelines, a routine that fit my restrictions, daily motivation and the incentive to keep me going every day. This place is more than just a gym, it is a transformation centre, the people here are very welcoming and supportive. Greetings, This is my review of Achievement Fitness. I found Af (achievement fitness) by browsing Facebook and while in need of a weight loss solution we connected. I found the staff very friendly and helpful in my quest. When you first sign-up you are set up with a exercise program and a eating routine. Stick with it! It helps. The program has gotten me off of fast and I am no longer a soda drinker. Weight loss is a hard thing to do and Af helped me structure my eating for the future. I saw a friend go thru a similar program that inspired me, but the location was too far away. Wishing that there was a program closer to home, I was thrilled when I saw the Facebook post in Campbell (still a 45 minute commute). While attending the orientation I was able to work out the logistics of making it work for me and my schedule, then made the step to join the program. I am so glad that I did! I have dieted in the past, but knew that getting physically fit was something much more important that just losing weight. Achievement Fitness has provided me with the instructions and the tools to learn how to properly work out and properly feed my body while doing so. It has been life changing for me. The coaches are amazing, and the best part, they have all been through the program themselves! I am thrilled to have completed my first challenge and to be going on to my second and then a third. Joining the Achievement Fitness Transformation Center Challenge of “Losing 20 pounds in 6-Weeks” is the best decision I have ever made. I was in the worst shape of my life, unemployed and just down on life. After doing this challenge I feel the best I have felt in years. In 6 weeks I lost 24.2 pounds and have changed my eating habits dramatically. If I can do this program, anyone can do it. I LOVED eating, I considered myself a Food-A-Holic. The AF program is amazing. The workout classes are fun and challenging. You are working out with others striving for the same thing. There is no judgment at all, which I find refreshing. Everyone is very helpful and we all encourage and push each other to go harder. And the coaches, best coaches EVER. They are there to run the class but also help us with form when doing an exercise and are big motivators when you don’t think you can do one more lift or one more situp. I can’t say enough about AF. Once you join, you become part of a family, the AF family. I am so glad I joined and will continue to be part of this amazing family.
I came across Achievement Fitness through a friend of mine who had done the 6 week 20 pound challenge. In all honesty Im not a big believer in these types of programs but because a friend did it and was successful I thought to myself I have nothing to lose. Well!! After 6 weeks not only did I lose my 20lbs but learned so much much at the same time!!!! The coaches, the directors and the participants are some of the nicest encouraging people I have ever met. Their was always someone their to answer my questions, put me on the right path and continue to encourage me. Theirs not enough words to explain how much I have learned these past 6 weeks and am so thankful for everyone at achievement fitness. I liked it so much that I will be back for my second challenge!! I took the 6 week weight loss challenge to push myself to overcome my disabilities and to get back to living a healthy life. My challenge may have ended, but I am now a VIP member and will never go to any other gym. Coach Brett and Denise are amazing at what they do and will help you every step of the way. The members are all my friends and we support one another via Facebook groups and Instagram posts - we help one another back up if anyone falls - figuratively and physically. Not only do you get to work out at a fun and supportive place, you get food and nutritional support by meal plans, too! I dont know any other gym that can offer that! If I can overcome mobility issues, arthritis and Crohns Disease at AFTC and thrive, then so can you! Stop by and give it a shot...you will NOT be disappointed!
Everyone is afraid of change and breaking bad habits. Well, breaking bad habits and routine and changing for the better is what Achievement Fitness does best. You dont need to be afraid of doing it alone, because theyre are plenty of people in the same boat. You will definitely build relationships, and become great friends with the group you workout with. In addition, dont feel like it is impossible to do the workout, they modify to your needs, and you also build up your stamina and strength as you progress. You will surprise yourself with what you accomplish if you stay positive and FTDI!I did the 6 weeks 20lbs challenge, and it was the craziest time of my life at this gym. You get the feel of a personal trainer, but with bootcamp/circuit training style. The staff and trainers at AF are super awesome. They are there for you to reach your goals, but also easy to talk to and make friends with. Thank you AF staff for pushing me to achieve my 22.9lbs loss.
Tl;Dr: this is an expensive bootcamp (think fitforlife or other chains) that offers pretty cookie cutter services which work great if youre within the cookie cutter parameters and not at all if you dont. For that kind of money youre can hire a personal trainer and not share their attention with 20 other people.I got super excited about signing up but it turns out that its pretty expensive so I wanted to do some more research. It took some digging and eventually I found some warning reviews about how people were monitored via social media, were forced to leave 5 star reviews (which explained why it was hard to find more nuanced reviews, all of them seemed to be either 5 star and with no useful information or 1 star and pretty angry) and even getting charged $100 to refund their money even with a doctors note or if life got in the way and had to take care of it and couldnt make it to a session. IDK if theyve changed this but apparently they dont offer vegetarian options for the meal plans so that also apparently can disqualify you? Not an issue for me personally but seemed kinda weird. They also sell you their health shakes which are pretty generic and if I understood correctly you HAVE to eat these or your disqualified.Overall it seems like an expensive version of similar boot camps and they offer a system can help but only if you fall within certain parameters and doesnt work at all if you dont fit all those parameters. For $500 thats like 5-10 one hour sessions 1 on 1 or like 3 one on one sessions and a membership to some expensive club with tons of amenities and classes at all hours

I took the lose 20 pounds in 6 week challenge. I took this challenge to get in shape have more energy and have better health. Thats exactly what I got and more I learned with the help of the coaches hot to properly do sit ups., push ups, burpees and many moregood exercise. Every one is verysupportive and you feel right at home. The eating plan is very healthy and strict but it doesnt mean you cant be creative with your meals. Achievement fitness is the best place for you to start your new happy healthy life. I lost 23 pounds in 6 week s and so can any body that want to and is willing to put in the effort and dedication. I couldn’t be more in love with achievement fitness center. After finishing two challenges and dropping a total of 49 lbs, my life has completely change. I’ve learned how to portion food, kick ass in the gym, and mostly love myself. I wouldn’t be so successful without the amazing workouts and inspiring and dedicated coaches. I joined 6weeks/20lbs challenge 6 weeks ago motivated to loose weight. At that time I was completely out of shape due to lack of exercise. At the beginning it was very hard for me to go thru the daily classes but the group setting and encouragement from coaches helped me to do my best every day. I really appreciate Coach Steve, Coach Aaron and Coach Kaleo for continuously helping me do it the right way. I lost 20.4 lbs at the end of 6 weeks and I was super excited. I recommend this place if you serious about loosing weight :)
I joined AF six weeks ago after seeing my little sisters weight loss success! She completed two six-week challenges, with a total weight loss of about 39lbs!!!!At first I was skeptical, but after seeing how motivated my sister was and how much she loved it, it propelled me to join! And boy, Im so happy that I did! Best decision of my life! I was able to lose 24.1 lbs in my first challenge and have now rolled over to the second challenge.AF not only has a fail proof method comprised of work out routines and eating right - go figure! So long as you FTDI (follow the damn instructions), there is no way you can fail!AF supports you every step of he way! Brett and Denise are very fortunate to have an awesome staff. The trainers are phenomenal and are wholeheartedly invested in your success! This program is exactly what I needed to kickstart my healthy habits. Achievement Fitness’ plan is easy to follow and the workouts are intense, in a great way. You feel so energized when you walk out of there, like everyone is on your team. The weight just melted off. I lost 22.5 lbs and I feel great. I highly recommend Achievement Fitness to anyone who is looking for something that really works without a ton of effort except FTDI (Follow the Damn Instructions!)
My initial intentions was to lose 20lbs in six weeks however after the 2nd week into the challenge and once I passed my withdrawals of drinking 6-8 cans of Diet Coke daily and from eating all the junk food that I consumed over the years... I realized that a lifestyle change was in progress and that I already won in that aspect.The coaches are very involved with your progress from start to finish and believe me... you will burn off serious calories during each workout.This program is not for the faint of heart, for those sensitive to the truth and for those that think by just enrolling in the program that the 20lbs will come off easily.Just like in everyday life. Its what you put into it and how much you want it.To date... and a week after the completion of my challenge. I am a much better person both inside and out.I still continue to cook my meals... workout faithfully... and its due to all the support from the AFTC family and of course me... cause i wanted and needed the change.BTW. I just completed the 20 pounds in 6 weeks, the staff is very nice and supportive, they are always around to help and give advice. This gym makes you feel really comfortable and is a great place to go to if you are serious about losing weight.
8 weeks ago today was the day after my 48th Birthday. I was on the wrong side of 300lb weight-wise and worried about how much bigger I could get. I applied for the lose20in6weeks program. It didn’t start for another 2 weeks, but I had seen the success my wife had and began to make better eating decisions immediately. With today’s weigh-in, I have lost just shy of 30lbs all together.Although it was not easy, I rarely felt hungry. Sticking to the plan by eating every 3 hours kept hunger at bay. The variety of exercise classes kept my mind (and I assume my body) engaged. I find myself able to do more exercises than I thought possible just 6 weeks ago. I am also amazed that I want to do go to the Gym each day. It has been rarely a chore. I am looking forward to rolling over and starting the next round.A huge shoutout to the coaches at AFTC, (and my lovely home coach) who are encouraging while always correcting and making sure you are getting the most out of the program.

I was very nervous about the intensity of the workouts due to knee replacement surgery plus being out of shape and overweight. AF has changed my life. The staff and coaches have an amazing way of customizing the program just for you while in a group setting. The atmosphere is fun, welcoming and judgement free.I completed my 1st 6-week/lose 20 pound challenge and lost 20 in 4 weeks and ended down 27 in 6 weeks. It feels great! The Achievement Fitness Transformation Center has helped me significantly transform in just 6 weeks. I lost a whopping 26.3lbs and I feel great. I cant tell how much AFTC helped me get back on track of my life. I was diagnosed diabetes a couple months ago at the age of 32. I felt like I could just work out myself and lose the weight since I was relatively young. Fast forward a couple months, I was not getting the results I wanted. At the time me and my wife was also planning for a baby, so I was desperate to find a reliable gym that can help me transform into a healthier, more energetic father. I was really hesitant at first about the lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks challenge that AFTC offered, but I had no other option and just gave it a go. It was the best decision of my life, period. AFTC gave me the knowledge of working out and eating right to succeed in the challenge. Of course its not a walk in the park. You need to stay determined and disciplined throughout the whole challenge, and every step of the way the coaches and staff will motivate you and help you to succeed. at the end of 6 weeks, I lost a total of 21.5 pounds which Im very proud of. I can now lift heavier weights, my body just feels much stronger at the core, and I just feel great overall. Ive decided to get the gym membership to continue on and make this my life style now. If youre reading this and feel like youre out of shape and need a positive impact in your life, do not hesitate. I guarantee it will change your life. Go AFTC!!!
Last year I tore my achilles tendon. While recuperating I made myself a promise to get rid of the unwanted poundage that I was carrying around on my body. That is when I came across Achievement Fitness. I was accepted into the challenge..but I had some trepidation if I could do all that was necessary to be successful. I still used a cane for balance. I did not know if I could get on the floor and do the exercises. Well..with some modifications I completed all my workouts. I gained strength and flexibility and halfway thru the challenge I no longer needed my cane. I found the meal plan easy to follow and was never hungry. I was never one to plan my meals ahead and would find myself in situations of eating whatever was convenient. Once I developed the tools of meal planning..my habits changed and the weight fell off me.I lost 22+ lbs in the 20lb/6 week weight loss challenge at Achievement Fitness. It was one of the best decisions I made in my life. I gave myself the most precious gift of loving myself. Oh yeah..I am sixty four years old.So if you are thinking..could I do this? ..if I can do it..you can do it. Take a deep breath and put one foot in front of the other. Be prepared for a fabulous journey.
The team in this place helps you reach your goals. It is straightforward and clear. It is not easy because weight loss is not easy but if you’re willing to make drastic changes in your habits to improve your life then this will work for you. About the free challenge note that depending on your current weight you may need to do more than one 6-week session because you have to reach the target goal. So if you need to loose more than 20lbs then you will have to complete more than one challenge. This program involves daily exercise and a strict food regimen during those 6 weeks. I saw people reach the 20lbs and some who didn’t. It depends on your strict adherence to the plan and also on your body/situation. But still if you follow it you will loose weight and gain fitness, learn how to eat better and have an active life.I joined this challenge with my wife at the end of February 2017. We were both unhappy with our weight and were looking for options, including going to a dietician. But then my wife heard about this program and I was all in because I knew we needed the discipline and accountability that a program like this provides. When we went to the orientation the plan matched my expectations which were diet modification and exercise. So we signed up and got started. We went 6 times a week to the gym, which is a fun, challenging and changing workout with two or more trainers, which includes cardio and weight lifting. They teach you everything and make sure you’re doing it correctly. Later during the challenge my wife got shin splints so they worked around that and gave her options so she would not get hurt but still could get the benefits of exercise. All of the trainers are spectacular people who themselves have good through the challenge to loose weight, so they know what you’re going through. Around week four and dropping about 12lbs our weight stabilized so we had to do a few changes. At then end I did loose 21.4lbs after doing the Tilapia and Asparagus diet for about 5 days and my wife lost almost 18lbs. Apart from the scale reading we also noticed it in our clothes fitting loosely now, our face and belly, and our energy during the day. Now that we have completed it my wife will continue to get her exercise at that gym, I will continue with my goal of muscle gain, we have changed many eating habits and are happy following a healthy and active lifestyle.
Over the years I have lost and gained weight many times. I typically never eat properly and embrace fad diets such as low carb diets and I work out but it is always doing 30 minutes on the elliptical and then basic weight machines. Ever since I tore my ACL, I have been struggling to figure out a routine and program that worked.Last June we spent a week in Yosemite and when I struggled to make it to the top of Vernal falls, I committed to make a change so that this year I would be able to complete Yosemite falls.I found Achievement fitness through a google search after a friend of mine completed a similar challenge in another city.Initially I was concerned that it was a little too pump it up for me but after going through the orientation and seeing how they utilize colored bands to help with injuries and they gave me modifications for my knee, I was excited to see the final product.The workouts are truly amazing and a great way to strengthen your entire body. The way they coordinate exercises and slightly change things makes you feel like your entire body is stronger after each week.While many people could do a similar program, it is the trainers that make the difference. I take the 7:30am classes daily and both Steve and Noelle are former challengers who now teach. They are both very good at what they do but they also are encouraging and friends the day you meet them. Aaron does a great job of managing the facility and after 6 weeks of following the rules, I am down almost 30 lbs which blows away all my expectations.I plan on continuing this fitness program long term and recommend this 100%.5/26 - just want to update everyone that I did a 2nd challenge and have lost a total of 53 now and moving into a 3rd challenge. This even reinforces my 5 star rating! Please join us if you want to change your lifestyle to a more healthy one.
My name is tj Honesto and I have just completed my 2nd challenge. Achievement fitness for me has been life changing, my 1st challenge I lost 27.5 lbs in 6 weeks and was at my lightest weight in a long time. Once that challenge was over I never went back to achievement fitness and sure enough within a year I gained all the weight back and some extra! I regret not going back but about 5 weeks ago I get an email saying 5 week alumni challenge and I signed up right away! 5 weeks later I lost 25.6 and Im back on track. I am now signed up for a membership and do not plan on leaving this gym! Thanks to all the trainers for being so helpful and motivating! Truly a blessing finding this place! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to change there life!
What a terribly de-motivating experience the 6 week lose 20lb challenge was for me at Achievement Fitness. The cookie cutter approach that is used is not a smart business strategy to use when everyones capabilities are varied. I left their gym feeling unmotivated and physically in capable of continuing because the workouts were too rigorous for my capability at the time. In all my 31 years of doing business as an African American woman in the San Jose area I have never experienced such absolutely poor customer service when I came in for a scheduled appointment with one of the owners. I waited more than 1.5 hours for her to show which she did not and that is after multiple calls to obtain the appointment. Then when I followed up I was talked over on the phone and essentially hung up on. Shame on you Denise and Brett. Please get some customer service training and learn to not raise your voice to customers. Hopefully my $400 will go towards some anger management and internal customer service etiquette training. Oh and your husband Brett says he has no idea how to do a basic refund; wow really an Owner of an establishment cant do a basic transaction? Yikes! Help him out with that Denise. Perhaps that can alleviate some of your stress. #DoBetterAchievementFitness
So 6 weeks ago I saw a fB advertisement for losing 20lbs in 6 weeks for free. The free part really intrigued me. So I decided to give it a try. The exercise program is really fun, the mix of personal and team orientated exercises really appeals to me, the food list is very manageable, being able to adjust to your own eating styles. The AF protein has an amazing flavour and I will continue to use that in my daily eating plan. I feel healthy and extremely happy as I complete challenge 1 this morning. I went into this challenge promising my Husband that I’d get the money back, proving to myself and him that the money is just a short term investment... I was actually very wrong, it actually has turned into a long term investment, because, this morning I achieved my first goal of losing 20lb in 6 weeks with a final weigh out at 22.9lb weight loss... Long term changes for short term investment... so worth it.I am so grateful first and foremost for the support of my family and friends over the past 6 weeks... this is been a topic of conversation everyday, thank you being patient with me. I have added to my family with the great friends I have made at Achievement Fitness and am so thankful for my Coaches Steven James G, Michael McCrae and Aaron Firth, they help me modify exercises to protect and strengthen my knees, lift heavy stuff and push myself more than I knew I could... I loved exercising at 5.30am every morning and will continuing that tradition for as long as I can. Brett A. Riesenhuber. Updated review 12/14/17 - Just finished my 3rd challenge, and down a total of 76lbs. Love this place. Great coaches, great atmosphere, and great people you meet with the same goal. This is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change and it has been wonderful. My life has changed in so many positive ways, and I am grateful to AFTC for changing my life.Update on my first review: I just finished my second 6 week challenge. I have lost a total of 52.8 lbs!!! I am beyond thankful for my coaches at achievement fitness who constantly encourage you and push you to do better. I have found a second family with this staff and with my 430am workout crew. This program has changed my life, and I am truly grateful.My journey with AFTC and my AFF has just begun.First review: Saw so many success stories that I decided to give it a shot. After the orientation I was all in. I just completed my first 6 week challenge and lost over 26 pounds. Now Im hooked. The coaches are encouraging, helpful, knowledgable, and want to see you succeed as much as you do. I cant wait to start my next challenge and continue my journey with the AFT family!
UPDATE: Challenge #2: I just completed my 2nd challenge and lost another 23.5 lbs in 6 weeks. Im now down a whopping 43.7 lbs in 12 weeks. The coaches and members of the gym are great motivation and keep you accountable. I have learned so much about myself during these last 12 weeks. My diet has changed for the better, I love working out, and I just overall feel stronger and healthier. My first challenge was for my son. This challenge was for me and I will continue on this journey with the entire AFF.Challenge #1: I have wanted to lose weight for years and I do well on my own for a short period of time. After that I lose all motivation and move back into old habits again. As my son gets older and keeping up with him gets more difficult, I decided that I needed some guidance and help with my weight loss. I was never the type that cared to go to gyms. I felt out of place and very uncomfortable so I searched for personal trainers. I found Achievement Fitness and went in to inquire about the program. Denise was amazing at explaining the program and expectations to me. When Denise asked me if I was ready to make a life change and why, all I could think about was my son. He was the main reason that I joined Achievement Fitness. I completed my first 6 week challenge on October 21, 2017. It was challenging to get my body accustomed to getting up every morning to work out, actually working out, and eating the right foods but it was a challenge I am so happy that I took on. Now, I am up and at the gym every morning training with a great team. I feel stronger, I have more energy, I love the clean eating, and most important, Im keeping up with my son and staying healthy. Brett and Denise both said that Achievement Fitness isnt just a gym. We are family. I would definitely have to agree! Achievement Fitness is definitely my family. I have everyones support, encouragement, and motivation to push harder and to do my best to achieve my goals each and everyday.
Completed my lst six week challenge at A F with success. I was skeptical about joining a group workout but soon learned that the A F family was friendly and motivational. Completed two 6 weeks transformation, my results in 12 weeks: total loss of 44 pounds, 3.5 inches lost on waist, went from XL to L size, got rid of my knee pains & hip flexibility issues, feel stronger and energized physically and mentally. Really exceptional experience at Achievement Fitness Transformation Center!To begin with, I had spent hundreds of dollars over past few years at all possible fitness solutions in market out there: running club, cross-fit, yoga, gyms etc. My weight continued to increase while I felt drained and exhausted with strenuous exercises and having no focus on diet. Last few months I got to a point where I started getting health issues as my work schedule got busier and I continued to ignore my fitness. Came to know about AFTC through googling and thought to give it a try. Even though 20 lbs. in 6 weeks sounded impossible at the beginning, I decided to give it a try since I liked the accountability and diet talk in Brett’s discussion. Felt like guy knew the science of fitness and had an excellent program to offer if you commit to be accountable. I signed up, classes are very energetic and challenging for everyone’s fitness levels. Coaches Steve, Michael, Megan, Aaron (mornings) are all very knowledgeable and would continue to push or encourage you throughout the workout. Despite large class, you’ll receive their personal attention on every exercise you do. Diet plan is quiet scientific and works without making you hungry. Key to success to me was being accountable and FTDI as Brett says. I also continuously dialed into my body and made adjustments every week with research: asked coaches, go to face book group, read the instruction bible etc.I would recommend AFTC to anyone looking for complete health and lifestyle transformation. Finally from my prospective, remember at AFTC, it is not about the total weight loss you get in 6-12-18 weeks, your results may vary but it is about integrating fitness as a habit for life-time. I don’t know any other place which is making fitness a habit in such a smooth way into one’s daily life with no disruption. Thank you AFTC!
I can not say enough Great things about AFF and my experience. The coaches are Awesome! My personal favorites are Steve, Michael & Meghan (coaches in training) and Aaron.This challenge has changed Not only My Life...but also How I view food, how I work out (I actually ❤️ it) and how to put MYSELF 1st. Im not going to lie...it takes time to Meal prep, to get use to eating in the Green zone and eating/taking protein shakes 6x a day. YOU will adapt, especially if you want to lose the weight and tone as much as most of us do.I have known Brett and Denise for several years and had considered multiple times joining one of their challenges. They never pressured me. There was Always a Good reason or two or three (or so I told myself) Why I couldnt commit at the time.One day I was with some friends at a BBQ and my friend mentioned she had just signed up for this Weight loss challenge and it began in a couple weeks. I asked her about it and found out it was the AFF 20lb 6 week Challenge.I went home that evening and could not stop thinking about it. The next day I phoned my sister and asked if she would be interested in joining with me? To my pleasant surprise she was excited to hear more so we signed up for a Orientation class. We were nervous; however, we both decided to sign up for the next challenge Together.Fast forward 6 weeks...I just completed the Biggest and Best Challenge of my life. I lost a total of 22.4lbs and I dont know how many inches(wish I had taken before and after measurements).My clothes are fitting better, actually too big. Ive been able to fit into clothes I never thought Id wear again.The BEST part of this challenge...My sister and I have grown so much closer and this could Not make me happier❣️Not a day goes by that were not either working out together, talking on the phone or just texting. THANK YOU AFF, INCLUDING THE FRONT DESK STAFF AND COACHES!!I decided to purchase an additional month of working out at the gym. I will continue drinking my AFF protein shakes and Following the Damn Instructions (FTDI) as often as possible. This Challenge IS Attainable and in Your reach!I look forward to enhancing my current relationships and in making many more friends and acquaintances at AFF. I just completed my 3rd 20lb in 6 week challenge at AF and it was by far my toughest challenge. However, I managed to pull througj and lost 23.6 lbs!!! Thats an overall weigth loss of 69.3 lbs in 18 weeks! I couldnt habe done it without the rockstar staff, coaches and online support guiding you every step of the way. It would be hard not to follow along with this program. 2017 has been one of the best years for me to date. I wanted to be healthier and I am. I wanted to be fit and I am. AF got me out of my comfort zone and made me push harder than I could ever push myself. Orientation got me pumped to get started and now Im just pumped to start every day (5-6 days a week) working out to meet my goals. Some people might think its difficult to start a workout regimen and diet but its as easy as cake once you make it a routine. Now Im in control after finishing three 6-week challenges with a total weight loss of 69.3 lbs. Soon Ill be entering my 4th and final 6-week challenge to lose my last 20 lbs. But Its not about the weight loss or your change in appearance but how your quality of life improves. Im very thankful to be part of the Achievement Fitness movement. You guys ROCK!!! Im proud of anyone who steps up and decides to join the program to make a positive change in their life.
