I loved my experience with Mr. Thanh Ho! He was so kind! I just had my fingerprinting live scan done and he was so informative. I got it done at another place and it got rejected twice and he was so kind to inform me of the reason for why it possibly got rejected.He definitely knows what he’s doing! He even made sure to check my fingers and confirm the steps he needed to take to get my prints done right! He took his time and didn’t rush through my appointment. He carefully did the prints for each of my fingers, rechecked them, and even redid some when he wasn’t satisfied with them. I definitely appreciate the experience I had with him since my last one was definitely not as great as this.

He was very friendly, clean and fast but it was too expensive . I got shocked $72 for lice scan !!I have googled it now and it seems that normal rate is $22 . I should have asked about the price first .

I came here yesterday to get a Livescan. I didnt get the owners name but he was extremely kind. Not to mention, the place was cleaned well with air purifiers and UV cleaning lights.The livescan process was really quick, it was done in less than 15 minutes. It was a pleasant experience. If you need to get a livescan or fingerprinted, this is the place to go!

I had an amazing experience! I had to get my fingerprints scanned and I just walked in, no appointment, and they took care of me right away. Everybody was very polite and everything was done in less than 10 minutes. Amazing service!

I am surprised this place got such high reviews. I wish I went to the Santa Clara location, but unfortunately they did not have the fingerprint card and I was instructed to go here.If you want a similar process to the going to the DMV or dentist, then come here.Very rude and unprofessional. I walked in and he didnt even say hi or greet me. Just barked orders at me. He was visibly aggravated. At what, who knows? Maybe he hates his job.He immediately told me to give him the form and show him the email. Once he confirmed what he needed he told me to go into the room and proceeded to tell me that he would need to charge me for a second fingerprint card to ensure I would pass. I asked him why cant we do it right the first time and what is the percentage of fingerprints failing? Isnt that your job to ensure fingerprints pass?I felt there was a bit of manipulation since I needed these fingerprints in a timely matter in order to get my work visa for Australia.Also, they do not mail out your fingerprints for you. Which I think is flawed in their process. You receive your fingerprints and now need to go to a UPS to mail it out yourself?

I had to get fingerprinted for a job (within 24 hrs) and the sheriffs department doesn’t do same day. We were told about Total Live Scan & Fingerprinting. I called @10 am and was there by 11:30! The entire process was quick, easy, and painless! Tom was nice and texted me appointment confirmation, address, & where to park. I even got a text to let me know that I was cleared! Overall a very easy quick process and I would use them again for my fingerprinting needs!

If you are a lawyer and had to comply with fingerprinting requirement, this is the place to go in San Jose. Avoid those UPS stores, they charge less but they do not have training to address different situation. Service here is fast and reliable. After 5 days I verified with the agency and my fingerprints were accepted by the DOJ and FBI.

Great place. Friendly, polite, accommodating, respectful. I was especially impressed by the gentleman who made my fingerprints. He used a gentle and effective handling technique during the finger printing process and I felt very relaxed and comfortable.

So my father had to do a live scan for his contractors license and we decided to go to ups since they do live scans there, we get to ups and they told my father they couldnt do it because his ID was very old was damaged on the back side of it and we went to 3 different ups stores they were extremely lazy to just type in the information saying the same thing about my fathers ID We called total live scan and fingerprinting and this guy was friendly, very professional he did it with fast and didnt hit us with stupid excuses we did pay a little more but hey you get what you pay for he also did two passes on the fingerprinting to make sure they dont get rejected.
