Teen Therapy Center was a good fit for my child. Our therapist, Deborah, worked with my child and gave him the tools needed deal with anxiety attacks. It wonderful to see him blossom and be able to go out with buddies to the movies, concerts, bike rides, or even with his family on a plane.

As Head of School at a private school in Los Gatos, we have worked with a number of different counselors at Teen Therapy Center and recommend them regularly. I have been thoroughly impressed by the quality of their clinicians. They are able to provide great one-on-one counseling, group therapy, family therapy, and in-home coaching (which can be hard to find!)The therapists collaborate effectively with me and our teaching team (when a release of information is provided, of course) to ensure their clients needs are being met, which can make therapy and school more effective! This is a top-notch therapy group with caring and skilled practitioners.

This place is not good for therapy by any means. I am 20 and was previously in a therapeutic boarding school because I have really struggled with a lot of trauma and was not able to control my emotions properly. After I left, I stayed away from therapy for a while until I convinced myself it could be helpful. I was also recently diagnosed with a chorionic illness so managing my feelings around that was also necessary. However, my symptoms are very unpredictable and can range from paralyzing pain & vision loss to sore muscles and nausea so I physically can’t make it in on some days. I had Megan Curry who informed me that she was not licensed yet which didn’t bother me one bit at first. I went every week until my symptoms started worsening. I was unable to make it to a few appointments so I asked if I could switch to every other week until things get easier for me. She did not like this and became very rude to me saying “I need therapy once a week or I would have to find another therapist” this is what ruined it for me. I tried to continue once a week but she did not seem interested in what I said at all. She then just stopped rescheduling with me. I have never meet a more unprofessional therapist than her. I have tried this place in the past as well and also didn’t get proper treatment. DONT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT THEM TO GET HELP. I now don’t trust therapy anymore and that’s coming from someone who always trusts the process of things.

Lindsay and her team of therapists are amazing. I have been taking my daughter her for a couple of year now. She has progressed so well.

I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Teen Therapy Center of Silicon Valley for approximately 4 years. As the head of a private school in town, they have successfully supported many of our students. I have been thoroughly impressed by the caliber of their clinicians and recommend them often to struggling teens and their families. I also appreciate that they can confidently support a wide variety of mental health challenges in both individual, group and in-home coaching settings. The therapists are also incredibly eager to collaborate with me and my staff (when a release of information is provided, of course) to ensure their clients needs are being met.The staff at TTC truly follow the it takes a village mentality and I have witnessed the efficacy of their work time and time again. I know that families I send there are in excellent hands.

This place ruined my experience of counciling. I was very sceptical about going in the first place but I finally decided to. They managed to make everything going on in my life so much worse and I would not recommend anyone go there.

My child felt more worse about herself after each session. The appointments are offered by interns at the rate of Dr. who owns this place. I will not recommend this place to any teen.
