I came here for couples therapy and was on a very tight budget. luckily i was able to be apart of their low income program and they were quick to get us in and help us out. my therapist kaile was very easy to talk to and put a lot of things into perspective.

An acquaintance had recommended this place to me. Unfortunately, I found my experience with Process Therapy Institute to be very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone that I care about, or anyone for that matter. My biggest regret is that I wish I had done my research before coming here.

I highly recommend this place. I have sought therapy multiple times and have called many places that either didnt get back to me or had months of waiting time. This place got back to me right away and were so friendly, understanding, and helpful, which is very appreciated when youre looking for help.

I can’t say enough about Don Hadlock as a therapist. I was skeptical that therapy could really help me because past experience was pretty much a disappointment. But my friend who had seen him for years in Los Gatos recommended him and he has made such a difference in my life.

This place is really bad, they do not give you correct receipt, they do not give the information which insurance company need. You can not get reimbursement from insurance company. They just do not want to pay tax.
