We were not prepared for one of the most difficult moment of our lives. The passing of a love one has no manual. We had not spoken to anyone with Casa Funeral Service before this call. Within 30 minutes we had the two most sympathetic men to guide us through this part of our mom’s passing. Elias was the first to arrive. He gave his condolences and he then gently went through paperwork for the transportation of our mom. The paperwork took 5 minutes. Mark soon joined Elias. Mark gave his condolences. Elias explained the next step the removal. Elias also explained that we could or didn’t have to be present for the removal of our mom. I would love to thank him for giving our family the choice to not be there as they removed mom. We weren’t present in the room but waited outside the room. We were left with the memory of her in a peaceful sleep. Then there’s Sergio what an amazing man. He came to my home and went through the paperwork needed for the death certificate step by step with me. Sergio was there anytime I text him to answer any questions my siblings, nieces, my children or I had. He immediately replied with the answer putting us at ease. Sergio was always sympathetic, understanding and reassuring in the moment we needed someone to be. We will be grateful for Casa Funeral Service’s work ethic, money wasn’t what they were after they were there to help guide us through this dark moment.
