I called from Texas and needed a recorded document ASAP. First, I spoke to Gloria who was very nice and told me that I would need to speak to Customer Service. She said that she was forwarding me to Elizabeth. Elizabeth and I spoke for a few minutes and I gave her the information I had so she could find what I needed. She asked me for my email and within minutes I had the document that I so desperately needed. When I asked how I could pay her she said it was a part of their Customer Service. Elizabeth then went the extra mile when I requested more information. I had it within minutes, as well. My whole office was very impressed when I produced the information we needed so quickly.
