Very agitated owner with no ability to address the problem for which was sought. Check and pipes leading to vents for asbestos deterioration and sample the piping wrap for the same. Total waste of money because Frank Valerga becomes easily agitated and says unbelievable things to the client, no filter. Look elsewhere specifically if you ask a question of him because he becomes very angry and yells at the client. VERY bad experience!
