I worked for awhile as a contractor for one of their clients and hated every moment of it. Suffice to say theres something seriously mental about the Indian culture and mentality when the supervisor in charge doesnt do anything all day except to watch over your shoulder and make condescending remarks about do you know what is 1+1, do you understand anything about programming when he himself takes 3 hour lunch breaks at home.I was the only one getting anything productive done, but thats perceived as a threat to his hierarchy and did everything to criticize people as being the one in charge. In short, its the micromanagement supervisor from hell that doesnt know or do anything but has to feel like hes in charge of your every move and takes credit for everything.And of course being an Indian sweatshop they hardly pay any fair wages for the skillset in this economy.
