Something is a miss with this outfit. I keep getting emails from a Jordan Williams stating that Randstad is helping to support two major logistics companies, one in San Jose and the other in Milpitas.These emails go on to state that there are multiple shifts as well as multiple positions available.It states to send your updated resume, best contact information and best time to be contacted.I have responded to this particular email ten times and called their best contact number five times leaving messages but not once did I get an email or call back. This is tantamount to spam mail and is just as anoying as spam.If an employment agency doesnt even reply to its own soliciting, what good are they.I understand that the pandemic we are in changes the game a little. But some response is the professional thing to do.I have worked through three other agencies. Manpower, Kelly and Pride Staff. Everytime theyve reached out to me regarding employment, with in a day or two I was working unless background checks took longer.I dont recommend a person use Randstad. Youd have better luck getting work through Labor Finders or People Ready.

BEST COMPANY WHEN LOOKING FOR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES! Within hours of reaching out to me we had started the process of reviewing my resume and setting up a time for a video call interview where I was asked what I was interested in as far as positions companies. They really make an effort to understand your needs and find you the perfect fit. I was presented with open positions on the first video call and by the next day had scheduled interviews and actually landed a position that same day. Jordan needs to get a clue. The jobs offered are the bottom of the barrel and if you have to constantly ask a person what their schedule is and what jobs they can do than you need to re-evaluate your own job. Stop lying about jobs an just be honest about what the work is. I hope the rest of the agents there arent as irresponsible, rude, careless and unprofessional as Jordan is.

Worst staffing agency i have been a part of on two separate occasions they have assured that would i be able to start an assignment with them. Come to find out on the day before i am supposed to start the client is not accepting anymore hires. I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND THIS OUT. They will not communicate with you and even calling them is a pain. Every time i call they hit me with my rep isnt here(lie), or they tell you they will call back and NEVER do. Jaime Rodriguez and Manuel Lemus will not look out for your interest and they WILL give you misleading information. On the second occasion i pass the background and drug test, the staffing agency told me i should be hearing back from them within a day because the client is hiring. It has almost been two weeks and i have not heard from them. I dont know what relationship these guys have with there clients but it seems like whenever they tell me they have a job for me they drop the ball. i would save your time because i wasted a lot of time a resources fumbling with these guys.

This is an updated review. This company helped me land a contract at a big company but that contract has expired. My original point of contact at Randstad left and the new person I have been assigned is not very helpful. I hardly get responses to emails and I end up playing a one sided game of phone tag.

I would say that Randstad was the most effective job agency that I had worked for. They found a job that is pretty good to me in terms of location, time, and wage. JiaoJiao Hine, Anthony Bizer and Huy Nguyen had helped me a lot during the time that I worked for Randstad. They always tried to help me with whatever issues I had with my job. They replied to me even on the weekend or evening. They were very warm, sweet and professional. They are just like my friends. Its kind of bored so I went to Randstad at 185 Park Ave, #191, San Jose CA to look for a day shift job. Here at Randstad, I met Jiao Jiao and Huy Nguyen. They are both very warmly welcome me. This made me feel so comfortable. Before I got here, I actually went to many other locations with different agencies but I havent seen any such a nice and professional recruiters like here. Jiao, a recruiter lady. She is beautiful both inside out. She gave me big impressions of all the time. She is my big supporter. She knows what I can do. She can see who I am that other agents havent ever been able to see me.Let me tell you why I said so. She offered me a great opportunity that I am used to dream for. Im happy with the job she offered. She put me in the right position with better pay rate. Many other agents just put me in an entry level and only paid me $10/hour and the max I earned was $15 /hour. This tell me that they couldnt see me, they could not read me so they could not put me to the right position or they dont want to put me in the right one?Jiao offer me a job called documents control. Its a big job with big responsibility, but big money. Remember, this is not an entry level. This is a professional job which I have to deal with engineers, meeting, computers and documents.... I have never had such an offer. I felt worried. However I wanted to try and it did not hurt to try, I thought. I took the job offered and prepared for the interview.Let me tell you how much She cared for me. She sent me all the hint and techniques as well as the skills of speaking at the interview and also how to dress up for my interview.... Any questions I concerned, she answered me right away. She made me feel like She was always by my side anytime I need her. She made me feel so confident before the interview, and during the interview. I passed the interview and got the job. And She is still here for me. She always asked: How is your work? Is everything ok with you there?The day I became a permanent employee, she drove all the way from San Jose to my work in Palo Alto ( around 40 miles go and back) at noon just to handed me a conversion cake to cheers with me! She made me feel so warm! The feeling of being cared, it is so great! So beautiful! I thought it was my sweet dream! But no, it was real! Real cake! Sweet cake, sweet people that I know!Thanks to her, I have a good job and got the approval for a home loan to buy a mobile home for my family. She made my dream come true. This is all I wish.
