I was employed through Aerotek from September 2019 to December 2019. I needed to get my w-2 form to file my taxes and they refused to mail me my form, claiming I could receive it in my bank statements ( I did not.) I called them many times and after the 4th time of trying to reach out, I didnt get any response. I left messages and emails and still nothing. They are very unprofessional and unreliable. Save yourself the headache, and look into a more RELIABLE staffing agency.

Avoid this company! Apply to the company directly!The same company and same position will pay almost double the wage hourly with benefits. As a temp agency this company will take half of your salary as a contractor. Doesnt make sense at all.

These people will not answer any phone or form of communication. They were late on my final check due to an error by serveral weeks. Beyond ridiculous. If youre working from home, you are absolutely expected to answer your phone and emails. the jobs are fine, but dont expect them to answer you back, theyre too busy scratching their ases

This was my first experience with Aerotek and its been nothing but smooth sailing so far. I found out a high school friend of mine Gabriela was a recruiter for the company. I really appreciate the time and effort she put in to help find a role that would not only cater to my strengths, but a position that I could also learn and benefit from. Ive enjoyed my time working with Aerotek and would definitely recommend them to a friend or family.

What a waste of my day.I spent half an hour in the lobby waiting to be interviewed.At the internship recruiter convinced me that she is interested to find me position and she wanted my resume.Next I spend some time tailoring my resume and crafting cover letter only to be completely ghosted.Unprofessional and straight up flake!

Great place to start your next career move after college. I was introduced to Alex Haro by a friend who knew I had just graduted and was looking for a job. Alex did a great job connecting me with Aerotek and introduced me to my recruiter Callie. As expected, a meeting to get to know my skills and to later setup an interview for a potential job placement. The entire process was fast and Alex and Callie did a great job on being there to answer my questions. It took a bit of the edge of having to do a job search yourself and jumping from interview to interview without much feedback.

My Account Manager with Aerotek is Denette Perez. She has assisted me with filling many of my temporary positions. She and her team are responsive, diligent and creative in filling my open positions. I can definitely recommend her to anyone looking for temporary staffing.

Ive had a positive experience with Aerotek San Jose and Id recommend giving it a try.I was hired for an engineering role through Aerotek (Contract-to-hire). My recruiter, Gabriela, was very professional and obliging throughout the interview and hiring processes. She also showed interest in helping me with different opportunities that fit my qualifications!Another good thing is that I always got a quick response with any questions I had.The hiring process is the usual, I had two phone interviews and an onsite interview with the hiring manager.All information and details about the position are available online, since onboarding is done on aeroteks platform, which only takes about 1-2h.

Areotek is one of the best agency help you out to find jobs. I have experience with them more than 10 years. People who work there are very helpful and supportive. I should thank Alex who is the one in San Jose office and found me a job that I like and I never forget his kindness. Absolutist agency. If you do not have SEVERAL solid connections good luck getting assistance from this agency. It is not my fault my former employers were insanely stressed out people independent of my performance. I never bothered to ask them for a reference as they were unapproachable. A job seeker with true connections will not need help from any temp agency as they have their solid connections. Very close minded and did not help at all. Save your time.Not having several connections does not equate a leper undeserving of employment much less when it is entry level positions on the bargain. Employment is a BASIC need it should not be a luxury.

IMHO you dont want to work with this agency.It is like having to listen to little kids give you a lecture. They talk down to you. They will say arrive 15 minutes early, research the company, print out your resume, have questions ready. They dont just say these things but all the time talking to you like you are a child that needs to be disciplined. They talk to you like you are a little stupid, person and you need a reprimand. I think that this agency is where people go if they cannot get a job at fast food restaurant. If they put you in job then they will call you every month and say they need to talk to you and then will lecture you about working hard, and making that extra effort, and you should show up for meetings early, all the time talking to you like they need to kick you.Someone should monitor what they say but maybe there are no adults there to watch over the place.I do not like this agency to work for or to hire from.

Got most of my jobs from Aerotek. Im sure they have good and bad recruiters. They help you find work thats best suited for you .

I had a terrible experience with Aerotek. They offered me a position and continued to post pone contract signing for 3 whole weeks, while assuring me that everything was absolutely fine and I had nothing to worry about. I resigned from my position since I was offered a new one. After 3 weeks I was told the position was no longer available. This happened the first week of December, but my recruiter Rita, said that she would wait until the next year to help me look for a new position. They put me in a terrible financial position, left me out of work, and took zero responsibility. I dont recommend Aerotek.

My husband worked at Aerotek for years and had great success. So after being at my previous company for 27 years I decided to apply with Aerotek. My recruiter Moniqa interviewed me and within 3 weeks I had a job. I was met at my job on the first day to make sure everything went smoothly with a Starbucks coffee.Moniqa was careful to align my experience with the company that was looking for someone with my expertise and now 23+ months later I have learned so much at my new job. Aerotek cares about you in the beginning but after a year they dont follow up like they did in the beginning.I think the turnover at Aerotek may have something to do with that.

Found me a job right away and not just any job an unbelievably great job with unbelievably great pay more than Ive ever made become Landon was my recruiter and even responded to email at 10pm and 5am odd hours unbelievable

She goes above and beyond for me, she’s very very attentive, kind, understanding, flexible, she’s always one step ahead of me answering questions before I even ask. You can definitely tell she is a person who loves her job and is amazing at it. Im very appreciative of her and all her hard work.

They forgot to actually integrate me into the system when I first became an employee. Today is the second Friday Ive worked for this company (because the job I got is processing me through their background check). Today I finally recieved an email that is granting me access to their employee web page. I was supposed to recieve this email before the first Friday I was employed. I go into my email only to discover that their are no instructions pointing me to in a derection to where I could input my hours. I start to explore the website and low and behold, I dont have permission to access the part of the website I need access to in order to input my hours! I didnt get payed my first or second week in a row. If I was in dire straits I would be absolutely screwed due to the incompetent nature of this establishment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They Tell you they have a job available for you and to come in for an interview but at the end of the interview tell you they will call you if anything comes up. Waste of time. Never again

Waste of time. Worst company Ive ever worked with. Bad service. Promise alot and never fall through. Manager frankie tried getting chesty/brave over the phone(telephone tuff guy/ phone warrior) very unprofessional. I was falsely accused =terminated. I then proved the company was lying & fired me under false pretenses. Aerotek did not fight for my job in any way. Instead blamed me. Said it was my fault because I called the client. I talked to my foreman from the job who said that the company were liars & he also recently had an issue with them but was no longer with aerotek but with the company full time. So wasnt as easy to get rid of him. Aerotek knew they were in the wrong. & made empty promises to get me a job with the same pay within a matter of days. Needless to say. They didnt. Never again.

Helped me for one week. One day the lady gave me a call, left me a voicemail, I called back 20 mins later multiple times, left her a voicemail. Also emailed her and she went ghost on me. Waste of invested time to interview here and apply to jobs through here.

Worst agency and complete waste of time . They require you to go to their office and interview with them. NO other recruiter requires this . Then they will not respond to you for months . I had Aerotek recruiter do this to me . I blankly refused to give my resume to the next Aerotek recruiter .
