Came home to find them parked in the numbered parking space I pay rent on— not just in my space, double-parked in TWO spaces. There was parking available on the street (curbside) and in Guest parking. Have photos. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Pick a different vendor if you dont want to offend your tenants.

Tried calling local San Jose office for technical support questions regarding their Levant handicap stairlift that rolled to corporate answering service and no call back maybe because of COVID-19? No customer service = not interested & would buy elsewhere!

The worst elevator company. Really bad service.

The elevators look great. At the building I am in, they seem to have frequent mechanical issues. Strange noises, about 60 or 70% operational time, sometimes just idling at a floor with the door open.

Elevator was broken in senior living facility yesterday and supposedly fixed 6 hours later. Broke again today, 5 hours after call, where are they??? Poor, poor, poor service!! I drove 700 miles to visit my 93 year old mother for two days, and the elevator is broken both days.
