Christine is the best electrologist in the Bay Area hands down. Like someone else said, it’s a bit of a waitlist to see her, but I would hop on it ASAP! Her work is top notch and she does it with such precision. Electrolysis is known to be painful, but I truly felt minimum pain in her hands.She did such an amazing job on my face and truly helped me feel beautiful again after years of struggling with insecurity. She makes you feel super comfortable and the time passed so quickly because of her. I am so sad that I’m leaving the area because she truly is the best and has such a warm spirit. Also, not only is her space beautiful and clean, but she adheres to COVID safety protocols as well, which gives me a peace of mind.I will truly miss you Christine! Any client of hers is so lucky to have her!

I have struggled with unwanted hair for years and I spent an incredible amount of time everyday plucking those darn hairs. I had tried shaving, plucking, laser hair removal, etc. but nothing helped and I got very tired of the consistency required (hours everyday) to keep those hairs gone. Then one day I found SoulShine Electrolysis and Christine and my whole world changed.There was a bit of a waitlist to get in to see Christine but it was WELL worth the wait and I’d do it again. Christine is a professional, knowledgeable, and quick electrologist…not to mention she is hilarious and welcoming of all. She knows what she is doing and gets things done.She even supported me in my true crime and paranormal obsessions as we would listen to those podcasts during our sessions together. :)Her office is warm and inviting and her table is super comfy. As someone with anxiety around services like this, Christine made me feel important and individualized in the way she tailored my treatments.I will miss Christine as I start my new chapter of life outside of the Bay Area.

I’m sure I’ve wasted days (months? years?) of my life plucking, shaving, and desperately trying to hide unwanted hairs, so I am feeling incredibly grateful to have found Christine at Soulshine Electrolysis.This has been my first electrolysis experience and I thought it would be awkward and painful, but it’s actually the total opposite of that. Christine is so warm and caring (and funny!) and puts you right at ease. She makes you feel like you’re her most important client and I can tell she truly cares. We play a fun podcast and she gets to work with speed and precision - it’s clear that she’s a total pro and knows how to achieve great results with minimal discomfort. Her space is really pretty and super clean, too. The best!!

Christine is an amazing electrologist, and I highly recommend her! My teenage daughter and I have been going to Christine for electrolysis, and we both are extremely happy with the results. Christine is very knowledgeable about her field and cares deeply about giving you the results you desire. My daughter and I have different types of hair, and Christine finds the best way to give us both excellent results. Even when faced with challenging hair types or pore structures, Christine finds a way around issues through the tools, techniques, and technology she utilizes. She also makes sure that you are as comfortable as possible during the treatment; she employs different methods to minimize your pain. Plus, her amiable and warm personality also makes the session enjoyable for both myself and my teenager. Christine is clean in her work, and her office is pleasant, serene, and immaculate. As far as scheduling goes, Christine is flexible and accommodating. I have been to another electrologist before, and I can confidently say that Christine is a truly outstanding electrologist!! My daughter and I are thrilled that we found Christine, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an electrologist.

Christine is the best electrologist in the Bay Area!! I have been to a few and she is x10,000 better than the rest! Great at what she does, kind, wonderful conversation and a consummate professional.

I love coming here. Christine does incredible work. The results were noticeable after the very first electrolysis treatment. She makes every visit cozy and makes you feel welcome. She knows what shes doing and it shows in the work she does. Highly recommend coming here. Best place in the bay area.

Update: After the first treatment, I went home checked in full light. Wrote review and texted her. She asked me to come back. I wanted all gone so she performed thermolysis instead of blend as its faster. Took 9 minutes.I went for Blend and Christine said she will perform it.She said it takes 18 seconds to take out one hair with blend. So within 15 minutes she should have done at least 40 (I give concession to set up ).But she only took out 4 prominent hair.I asked her to do specific area. She COMPLETELY IGNORED that and kept doing where there is no need. After 15 minutes could take out only 4-5 hair. I asked her about it and she just shrugged. said she would need another 15 minutes. If you cant do it in first how are you going to do it in next 15 minutes? I kept telling her even though area has significant thick hair and she ignored.All the area that needs treatment is still full of hair and Im out of money. Where did she poke and try to take the hair out where there are no hair!

The best decision I made for hair removal on my face. Christine was very informative, welcoming, and cautious in treating my skin type. I’m black - golden brown complexion ;o) and susceptible to keloids. Christine took much care in performing test spots to see how my skin reacted to treatment, keeping notes after every session. She provided strict instructions for cleanliness, daily sun protection, exfoliation, hydration (drink lots of water!) and the use of PFB to help with correcting my skin tone where I had precipitated scarring (hyper pigmentation ) from my constant tweezing and waxing of jawline and chin hairs. After my one year treatment, the skin around my chin, jawline, and upper lip looks great (even tone) I didn’t develop any keloids, and most of the hair is gone. I had taken a 3 month break and returned to get two more stubborn chin hairs electrified! I’m happy to share that I have not seen them again and the only reason for tweezers now is to keep my eyebrow arches in check! Thank you SoulShine Electrolysis for keeping me prickle free!
