Representatives straight out misrepresented their services. Only half the matches I contracted for were delivered within 2+ years and these matches were far from the criteria we had agreed upon. One man was even still married! I was told they were committed to providing all the matches contracted for,, no matter how long it took, which turned out to be untrue. There’s a lot more to the story, but I would advise you to not throw your money away and get EVERYTHING they tell you in writing if you do make the mistake of signing up with this company.

If it wasn’t for Match Makers I would still be alone trying to figure out alternative ways to meet a good decent man without relying on the “bar scene “ which I personally feel is not the best way. Since COVID dating has been difficult. I do feel safer using this service for dating because they do a background check on all clients. So far I have not felt a connection with the dates I have had but they review each experience with me and the last date was good. I am sure the next one will be even better.

I have had a very good experience with West Coast Matchmakers. They understand what is important to me and to their clients. In contrast to other organizations that seem to be hibernating during the trying times of 2020/2021, West Coast is making good things happen!

Working with Sabrina has been a great experience. Shes impressively patient and professional. Shes also very methodical. When she presents a match, she also says why its a good one and backs up her argument with data based on the interview responses, both written and spoken, from both parties. And Ive always felt I was presented with an appropriate and desirable match. Equally importantly, she sends me regular updates about her progress towards finding matches. All in all, I feel Im in good hands.

I felt completely worked over after meeting for my interview. It was high pressure, and given only selective information. Pricing didnt come up until after they had taken all of my information, including a background check. You are required to sign a contract, but I was assured I had 72 hours to cancel. What they dont tell you is you have to mail in your cancelation and that you will be charged immediately and reimbursed over two weeks later. I did cancel, sending all the information within the 72 hour window. When I followed up on my refund, the company claimed to have never received my letter, and blamed me for not insuring it. I have filed a complaint about this company. Do your research before calling. They have been highlighted on the news for their fraudulent practices. Beware!!!!

First off - the positive reviews on google are all fake. If you notice, that positive review is the only review/contribution for each of those users. Look up Silicon Valley Matchmakers (same company, along with East Bay Matchmakers, Monterey Bay Matchmakers, etc..Look at their websites, they all use the same template) on yelp and the better business bureaus website to see more accurate and honest descriptions of their service.Very unhappy with the service. I signed up back with Westcoast Matchmakers back in March. Its now October and Ive only been on 3 dates. They set me up with the first one rather quickly and he was fine, but it wasnt a love connection. Since then, I have had to contact them to get any other dates. The promise of a match every 4-6 weeks is bogus. And the last two dates were a disaster, they were not at all my type and nothing close to what I said I wanted. The girl in the office does a great job of making you feel seen, talking you into the service, promising to get to know you on an individual level, and that they have tons of men waiting to meet someone just like you. But its not true. They just match you up with whoever they have available in your area, no matter if you are compatible or not.Then just keep cashing in. At least for dating apps/sites, when you pay you are paying for access to a platform. But I dont know what Im paying for. Ive had better luck on free dating apps. Keep your money.

Found this company through a quick google search and decided to give them a try. Overall they have great customer service and handle the process professionally. This would be a place I would recommend for people looking to meet others

I honestly don’t want to give this review but the money paid is too much cost for a professional like me. What the said during joining was like a charm but what happen is very very disappointing. At joining they told me a 3 days change policy but they never pick my call. And whatever promise is fake. I wasted my 1 month salary ☹️

You say you have a team of matchmakers? What 1 for every 2 million people? Thats what you call a team? This place is a joke, with a rude unprofessional staff member for the 3rd largest city in California. Im surprised no one has turned you into the Better business bureau. $300 to introduce you to someone you could meet at the grocery store, through a friend or at a nice bar? The owner of this company thinks everyone is beyond stupid. Whoevers writing positive reviews is someone the owner is friends with. Happens all the time
