Love the reasonable cost to travel and journey of all the trips just so perfect. Now they have hard time to start the travel site due to the Covid-19. I do believe they will come back strong than ever and we will start to book the trip from them again.

Ive enjoyed my tours with this company and hope to do many more in the future! Though they primarily cater to Chinese-speaking clientele, their tours are always in English as well. We have fond memories of the tours themselves and the people we travelled with.

My family just had a 6-day round-trip tour with them between seattle and San Francisco. The experience was unpleasant in many aspects. The trip agenda is poorly designed. there are 6-8hr highway time per day and the time assigned to interesting natural attractions (crater lake and red wood state park) is much less than some boring urban attractions (Fool wharf and Chinatown), 40-60min vs 2-3hr. More importantly, the tour guide, who is also the driver, is far from competency. He talked very little about the attractions and gave almost no introduction of the point of interests, except when advertising the wine on our way to a wine tasting event. He didn’t even know the hotel booking information well such that he told us our hotel fee has covered the next-Day breakfast one day which turned out to be wrong and cost us $36 unexpectedly. He was not very helpful either in meeting the medical needs of other tour member. Moreover, a training tour guide was on our tour and drove the bus for the official tour guide sometimes. This training guide had many dangerous behaviors when driving the bus, such as having both of his hands off the steering wheel and two eyes away from the front to look for things in his bag while driving. He also had one of his leg crouching on the seat and both ears blocked by ear plugs and musics while speeding. I would recommend no one to take tour with them!

I booked two short trips around Calgary and want to cancel in 24 hours after booking. They refused any refund, depending on a self-claimed rule. The rule definitely is not legal. Im seeking help from small amount court. Dont use their service! Post their rule in the photo!

The price is reasonable. The reservation process was instant, customer service was friendly and helpful, they guided well me during my whole trip and cared for every single detail. The best 24 hours service ever! The ride was smooth and very informative, I will definitely recommend it and would do it again!!!!

Very bad.My father caught gout happened unexpectedly 12 days before the trip. He did not try to cancel it but move to a later date. They still want to charge $200.Then want you want? If my father force himself to go with crutch at the date, slow down the whole group?Not mentioned that we are returning customer!~

Booked a trip to Canada. After the itinerary was issued, they called back to say the trip was cancelled simply due to insufficient members attending. I had to reschedule my whole trip.Remember that there is no guarantee from them to keep the contract. They are just broker to local agency and any issue may occur in the local agency.

I would give zero star if I can...Its a cheating website. Told me there is two programs being cancelled because of the weather after I paid.I waited two weeks and no refund. Told me I should call and email myself to get my money back. Otherwise they dont know their should refund.I emailed them, they said they need to apply for refund, still no result after 2 days waiting.Thanks for Lulutrip, my travel ruined after I came back because of you. Never choose it, totally cheating. If you dont have these two programs, dont put it on web to attract the customers. You need one second to take my money from my card, but one month to refund your mistakes. Shame of you. Its America, you are still doing these Chinese way...Haha..

Never trust them!My friends order from them, but wasted 2 days cause the activities they posted on web is not available. Excuse me? This is serious cheating. And Lulu doesnt even want to apologize or pay back to the ticket and hotel and money my friends wasted on Lulu.Lulu trip, you did good job on making money. Hope you can keep moving on to trick more people with your dirty ways.

Dishonest company, leave a review on their site with 1 star. but their website post it to 3 star automatically. Tour is also different from tour advertisement. Worst travel experience ever, Tour guide on his cell phone all the time and did nothing but collecting the tips, No introduction of any point of interest. Filed a complaint on their website but nothing happened. Stay AWAY from this company !

Worst travel agency with unfair terms in the agreement! We live in east coast and booked a trip leaving from Salt Lake City to Yellowstone. Unfortunately our area was hit by storm last night so that many flights were cancelled/rescheduled. We missed all the connections and theres no way to get to SLC within 24 hours. I even asked the airlines if its possible to get to other cities around SLC the I can drive 4-5 hours at night to catch the trip, but theres none! I called the agency right after I found out the delay but was told they couldnt reschedule my trip not to mention refund. Is it a good attitude to retain a customer? How much is the unrecoverable cost incurred to make you keep the total fund of $860? I dont see any fairness in the terms I would say. No one would predict there would be a storm 7 days before the trip starts. Can they be reasonable and considerate when solving the dispute with customers? Whats worse is that they say they have a customer care department to take care of all the complaints but no one from that department has talked to me so far! Its always the order management team replying my call/email. Its the most ridiculous experience I have to say. Just want to remind everyone to pay attention to these terms when you book the trip cause you never know what will happen within 7 days of your trip. And they just dont care anything except the money!!!

Vicky, the worst tour guide Ever.I wish I could give them 0 stars. I booked a trip to Horseshoe Bend and Lower Antelope Canyon from Las Vegas for July 3, 2017. At first, I booked a trip for me and a friend. Booking was easy. We later found out that 2 of our friends are going to be in Vegas for the same weekend, so we decided to buy tickets for both of them for the same trip. And we did. And it was really weird that the tour said Meals (included), but in the end charged $10 for meals. Also, theres a mandatory $10 tips for the driver and tour guide. I dont mind giving tips and I always do when I go for bus tours, but its weird that its mandatory.(what if I dont like the service?). Anyway, so we booked 2 tours 2 people each. I tried to make the booking by calling them so that we all could be on the same bus. But the person on the phone told me I should just book it online and add in the comments section that we want to be paired up by providing the order number for the tour booked before, but the company apparently did not even look at the comments(which was later confirmed). So we did all that, got a confirmation email asking 4 of us to be at the Circus Circus Hotel at 4:45 am. So, on the day of the tour, we were there at 4:30 am, all ready for the tour.Now comes the interesting part, the tour guide is a Chinese lady, Vicky. Probably the rudest person I have ever met in my life. She had a sheet in her hand with names of all people on the bus and this sheet had only 2 out of 4 of us. Obviously, there was some confusion and any sane person would want to figure it out. But this female, she did not even want to talk to us, shes like are you getting on the bus? I am leaving. Its not my problem that you people are not on the list. This really ticked me off in the wrong way. I called the company, globerouter and they were very patient in listening to me and wanted to settle this. So, the lady on the phone asked me to put the guide on the call, but Vicky here did not want to talk to her. She said, I will not talk to them on your phone, ask them to call me. I dont talk to anyone like that on someone elses phone. I was like really? and she proceeded to leave. I am not someone who wants to pick a fight with someone, but this lady was really mean and rude. So, i just got in the bus and she did not let me get completely inside. So I stood at the door and told her the bus isnt leaving till this is sorted. She started yelling at me and my friends. This is not how a guide should behave with their customers. The driver on the other hand was really calm and understanding. She asked him to kick us out and close the bus door. But he said he wont do that, because thats not how things are done. Her yelling continued and she threatened us to call the cops. Well, I was fine with that, because I wasnt doing anything wrong here. I tried to talk calmly with the driver and he was ready to accommodate us, but there was 1 seat short, which I understand, it was a holiday weekend and the bus was full. Which is actually the companys fault for overbooking the bus. So, after all this, it was almost 5:30 am and I demanded a refund from Lulutrip which they did later on. But I think, had we not created a scene there, we wouldnt have gotten anything and we wouldve lost our money. We never wanted any of this, we just wanted a good trip since we had travelled all the way from Vermont to Vegas.I have been on many bus tours but this was probably the worst of all, especially because of the tour guide Vicky. Had she been calm and understanding, things wouldve sorted out soon and patiently.

I booked my trip in USA with lulutrip. I enjoyed my trip very much and the customer service hotline was very helpful with very quick replies. My trip advisor Oscar gave me a lot of tips about where and when should i go.Overall, i have a pretty good experience with lulutrip.

Very bad experience, the trip was very unpleasant. They changed to motel instead of their advertised hotel one night, without notifying ppl. The tourist guides dont provide help at all. And the train is terrible, nothing close to what they described.

I dont know where these bad reviews came from and wonder if its from Lulutrips competitors...Lulutrip trip advisor team has been so professional and helpful! My parents were traveling in Europe and the bus they were on broke down and they rang Lulutrip 24/7 helpdesk immediately. Someone picked up the phone very quickly and tried to contact the supplier straight away. The tour guide was also very good in trying his best to comfort the travellers as the fault of the vehicle is beyond his control too.Online booking was easy to use and due to the good customer service, we will use definitely Lulutrip again!

I would have given them a zero star if I had the choice. We just came back from a trip to Europe. The itinerary that we were given was wrong. The tour failed to take us to three places that were listed in the itinerary. Instead, we were taken to two obscure towns out of nowhere. When I complained after our return, they showed me the information that was not in the itinerary or posted on Lulutrip website. I again pointed it out that whatever the information or excuse they have offered (or their local agent offered to them) is not stated in my itinerary or posted on Lulutrip website, and there is no way that I would find it out. Then, silence, and I have not heard from them ever since. If you want to avoid unwanted surprises or bad vacation experiences, please find another travel agent.

Please dont report the group to Luluxing! We cancelled our trip due to COVID-19 and they promised to refund us 75% of the payment. It has been 3 months and we still have not received the refund, and they did not respond to our emails and calls! Wuliang merchants! Because of the refund of the epidemic, Luluxing promised a refund of 75%. It has been several months since now. They have not refunded, and the phone does not answer the mail. Booked a five-day itinerary in California, four words-terrible. Lulu trip cooperated with a local travel agency called Seagull Holiday. I have made a bad review in the seagull holiday google review, but since lulu trip will not tell you that the seagull holiday travel agency they are working with is a garbage company, I feel obliged to warn me of any ideas here on lulu trip Friends of the California area and Yellowstones itinerary. Lulus own service is still good, and communication with the agent is relatively smooth. If you want to travel on the east of Lulu trip, my opinion may not apply to you. I can only tell you responsible here, dont travel with lulu trip Dingmeixi (California area & Yellowstone & Las Vegas).To sum up briefly, this California trip is very confusing.Get up at 6 oclock or even earlier every day, just because the travel agency only arranges a bus to pick up passengers at various hotels to save money. Unfortunately, we were picked up in the first batch every day, and then finally returned to the hotel.Meals are not included in the itinerary. But at least you have to bring us to the place to eat? ? Let us call uber for dinner? Are you funny? If I call uber myself, would n’t it be better if I travel by myself? What do you want your travel agency to do? ?The travel agency forces you to pay a tip of eight yuan per person per day. If you only participated in a half-day event, sorry, you still have to pay 8 yuan.The level of the tour guide is uneven. Our first tour guide seems to be about 20 years old. Both Mandarin and English are potholes and very fluent. But he is still kind to us and will take us to dinner. The other two tour guide lectures were good, but they did not take us to dinner.

I just played with the tour group of the road, and I came to the United States for the first time in the United States for the first time. I also used the road for the first time. The customer service is really patient and guide me step by step. After completing the order, I fixed the flight myself, and the customer service reminded me especially, otherwise I almost missed one day. Dont buy any travel package from the website or the company. Very irresponsible and unprofessional. They failed to buy the sightseeing tickets for us due to their fault and didnt notify me until the day we visited the place. We were wasting our time there without getting the ticket. They refund unreasonable tiny amount to us using their own calculation, much less than I paid. Called many times but no solution at all. I bought a ticket for the game, and told us on the day of the tour. I was fooled into saying that I would refund the money within two days. As a result, it was delayed for a month, and the refund was much less than what I originally paid, and the exchange rate loss was also borne by me. . Dont use it! ! !
