We had such a great experience renting costumes for the pirate night on our Caribbean cruise. They took great care of us, picking out multiple clothing pieces and accessories (rings, necklaces, feathers) to create something really unique. And we won the contest for best costumes! Highly recommended!

We had a great experience renting costumes here for the Renaissance Faire. The rental department staff were incredibly helpful and skilled at putting together costumes that looked great for both my girlfriend and I, and very reasonably priced as well. Pickup and return was quick, easy, and convenient. Well definitely be coming back next time we need costumes.

This place is amazing, with very helpful staff. Im heartbroken theyre closing because i just discovered this place 2 weeks ago. The costumes they sell in the main floor appear to be very good quality compared to costumes at the spirit store or party city. The costumes i got are all american made which is great. Its so nice to have decent quality costumes. I went into their rental area, and those costumes are vintage one of a kind!! Amazing 👏 inventory.

I had a good experience at Natasha’s Attic. I wanted a special costume to wear on my first time dressing up on Halloween and participating in a costume contest.Thanks to the staff at Natasha’s attic for helping me try out my Red Hiding Hood costume, suggesting as well as putting the whole outfit together with the required accessories. I won the contest and received a lot of compliments on the look.They have a wide variety of costumes to choose from. It can be on the pricier end but the collection is really good and size is a true fit. Do give them a try if you are looking for a costume for any occasion.

Today was the last day of business for this this store unfortunately.Before you know it, there will be only chain stores to buy costumes at, offering the same ol same ol stuff.The Macdonaldization of the local economy has taken root.

As soon as we walked in, the person at the counter said they were closed. But yet the door was wide open and I counted 6 people that I could see in the store still. Im wondering if it had anything to with the fact that we are Hispanic and the ppl that were still in the store appeared to all be Caucasian. Completely unprofessional and a very embarrassing experience to say the least. I will never go to this place ever again. And I wouldnt recommend it at all. (I say the person because I couldnt tell if they were male or female)

This place is ridiculously overpriced compared to anywhere else they sell stuff like this. Also we found the employee at the front to be very rude and pushy. You cant just go into this place and look around yourself. They wont leave you alone.

I cannot speak highly enough of this business. Their staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The selection is outstanding and they carry typically difficult to find items that i would normally have to travel to SF for. Just know they dont carry drug store items like hairspray, but they still have recommendations of what to buy and where

Went to get cheap tube of white greasepaint for a skull face getup for Edwardian Ball. The sales woman warned me that would make me look like a cheap Goth teen, and showed me professional blue based white theatrical make up that made my costume league better that was a hit at the ball. I know very little about make up, and women at the party were transfixed at my face that looked like real none or CSzI corpse skin.Now I shop there every year for the Edwardian Ball.

I have gone here for years. The place is small but they pack a lot it. I personally no longer use the ready made costumes, instead preferring to make my own - something the staff really like to engage in.... Tell them what you are trying to make and they will get all inventive to help you out. Furthermore, if you are looking to use latex or makeup, they will show you how to use it with 1-1 demos.As always, if you found this review useful please remember to like it. I came here with my friend to find a wig. The deed was done. This was the first place we stopped, we won. They have great prices on wigs and a good selection. They have a costume rental department with AMAZING pieces. This dude was getting some scary Gothic thing and it was terrifying, just what he wanted! The staff is super nice and accommodating.

A nice shop with really helpful staff. Quality and selection is a tad higher than the typical Halloween pop-up. You can find most of the stuff online but if its last minute, better go to the store and pay extra. Sizing and styles will also be limited the week before Halloween so plan ahead. The rental section is more interesting but they dont let you browse it so have an idea in mind. No baby or children options at the store. This is not a theater quality costume shop. Definitely Halloween style mass market stuff.

Great costume stuff. Lots and lots of options. Im not a costume expert but I sew and they have some higher end stuff for reasonable prices. And they have cheap stuff for medium prices but youre really paying for convenience and selection. I found a cheap hat that was mis-marked and the nice cashier honored the price without me having to say anything. I honestly had no idea and I was buying the hat for my 2 yr old. I would shop again.

This place is overpriced. the dresses they rent they claim are special one off pieces and thus charge extravagantly for them. you can find them easily on amazon for 1/3rd the price! This place is expensive. However, the customer service is top notch. I dont even expect someone to take a quick glance and say, that looks great but I think you might look better with such and such. With holiday rush, I was late, they squeezed me in after rentals were closed. Dont expect it but everytime I go in, I get special treatment and attention to detail that is fun and festive instead of stressful.

Great prices, amazing staff! When they didnt have an outfit in the right size for my twin girls Ren Faire costume, they altered a larger size right there in shop in less than 20 mintues. Being plus size, and very pregnant, they were still able to provide a very attractive outfit for me to rent for the Ren Faire. Rental prices were extremely resonable. Well be back for Halloween, the prices and selection cant be beat.

Ive been a customer since the owner worked out of her home by Eastridge.They never answer their phone!They have a huge selection of costumes, paints, wigs etc.Im not happy with my experience of not being able to try on the mask for any costume. I stressed that I wasnt spending $72.95 on a costume that I couldnt confirm how the mask fit on my face and head, because they have a zero return policy. They let me try two on and thank God they did, because they both fit horribly! Cat woman kept sliding up and covering my eyes and bat woman was so tight it was digging into my face.Who wants to buy a costume if you cant try on the mask?Not meeeee!
