As a small business owner without an IT Department its sometimes difficult to find qualified help on the odd occasion when one needs tech support. I had a difficult situation arise the other day (thought I lost my data from my RAID array after a reset) and called Arash of Ophtek for some advice. His calm and thorough approach was perfect and the advice greatly appreciated. He graciously advised me how to proceed and I was able to quickly resolve the problem the next day. If youre looking for great IT support give these guys a call; they are well worth it. Oh, and he periodically runs informational webinars for small business IT issues. Theyre excellent to keep you on top of current issues like backups, security, etc.
