Horrible work culture. Paid way below industry norm. They want spend the minimum about needed for labor. Do not care about their employees. Unsafe environment. No appreciation of the accomplishment or hard work. They watch live feed nest cameras to spy on you.

Operation director has no previous experience and no professional. He watched live on camera then catching you for a warning if you are used cellphone for something.If you forgot something like hats or gloves on the shelf, He would tell you that next time don’t put underwear in there.Work hard and heavy task but pay less.It seemed to be we work in the communist countries like China or Vietnam.

This company is very funny, I have a friend who worked for this company in two years. They gave him a pair of shoes when on his first day at work, and they took off his shoes on the last day. He must go home barefoot. It just seemed to happen in a savage backward country. Very funny.
