Ariel and his team did a phenomenal job for our room + bathroom addition project!He dealt with scope change (room addition became room + bathroom addition), architect change (the architect I had hired was no good, Ariels architect saved the day) peacefully, calmly and always put our satisfaction in the first place.During construction, whenever we ran into an issue Ariel dealt it with safely and urgently. Our gas pipes around the house were really old and rusted and they broke down during demo. This was a surprise, but Ariel sent a plumber within an hour to help install a safe temporary solution that kept delivering gas to our house so we could get heat in the house at night.His team is very nice, most speak English. They kept the living room and other living areas super clean even during construction. They work with extreme care (we had a countertop Bar marble stone from an existing room sticking out 1 foot in the new construction room. I cant believe that they were able to build a whole room around without ever so much as scratching the marble stone).Ariel earned our trust and delivered a hassle free experience for a room construction. I would definitely hire him and his team again without any concerns!

We did a kitchen remodeling project several years ago, and it took over a year to complete the kitchen 90%. At that point, I promised myself Id never do a home remodeling project ever again.Fast forward, I had to redo the shower because the shower pan was leaking. I contacted several builders, and everyone offered to remodel the bathroom entirely but Century Bay Builders was the only one that said they would redo the shower only to help me save some money.Shayna was my project manager, and finished the project on time and on budget. Her crew was super polite, very meticulous and detailed - the worked pleased my Type A husband, and showed up 8 to 5 every day, including weekends to get the job done.The shower is beautiful, and I will no longer be afraid of remodeling again now that I know Century Builders.

Im extremely lucky I found century bay builders. I will be forever grateful to my friend that recommended about century bay builders and specially to Jordan the project manager, his wife Shayna that guide and help us with the design and his entire team for our remodeled home.We love it!!! The work was extensive as it included remodeling the entire house plus the addition of 700 sq ft.The project included demo of the entire house down to the studs, removing the floor, and removing and/or moving walls. The remodel included the addition of a fourth bedroom including a new foundation for the addition, a new kitchen, two remodeled bathrooms, addition of a storage closet, addition of a pantry in the kitchen, installation of new floor, insulation in the house and garage, all new electrical and plumbing, and re-stucco of the exterior wall including new paint. Jordan basically gave us a brand new home!Since this was my first major remodel, I was very worried especially with all the horror stories Ive heard from other people about their experiences with remodeling. The first time I met Jordan, however, I knew he was the one I would chose to fix our home. I told Jordan my budget and what I wanted to have done. During that conversation, he actually toned down my requests (I admit that I went a bit overboard) by offering ways to reduce cost but still get what I wanted. He was very honest and candid which I absolutely appreciated and that helped me also to get a decision and move forward with him (I took 7 different estimates).Jordan gave me a 6 month timeline to complete the project but he finished a little over one month ahead of schedule! Jordan was absolutely great to work with. He was always pleasant to speak with and was so responsive to my phone calls or text - he always responded right away. His crew was also awesome! They were all very polite, experienced in their field, and worked hard. My neighbors consistently commented on how his crew was polite, there by 8a, didnt leave until around 6p, and they always cleaned up before they left. My favorites were the tile and electrical crew. They did such an awesome job with all the tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms and Also was awesome with the electrical especially the lighting! I am so impressed with the quality of work that was done to our home!I would highly recommendcentury bay builders to those looking to remodel their home. I had a very positive experience working with Shayna and Jordan and the entire team of Century Bay Builders. I worked with Shayna and Jordan before to remodel a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in a rental property that I own, so it was easy choice once i was looking to remodel my own house. (i still had another 5 bids from other contractors as it was pretty big project)what i really like about this company is that they managed to stay true to their word and followed the time frame and budget they set for this project. This time we had pretty big project that included 700 sqft addition (master bedroom), entire house floors, remodeling of 2 bathroom and a kitchen.Shayna recommended local vendors to get our finished material and helped us get discounted prices and the most important thing was that she guided us thru the entire shopping (thanks god!)Jordan, our project manager, was on top of everything! he did an amazing job from start to finish. Ariel from Century builders did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen. We interviewed many contractors before the start of the job and feel so fortunate we had chosen to work with Ariel and his team. They are absolutely stellar. He listened carefully about our wants and needs and offered great suggestions combining professionalism and vision. After the estimation, he came in with a guaranteed price, which is very reasonable compared to others. As he had promised, there was no surprise to the fixed charge. Even the minor unexpected issues did show up, they were taken care of cheerfully, we are very thankful for that. Ariel was detail-oriented and he really cares about doing things the right way. I appreciate how Ariel and his team took care of everything from the 3D design, pulling the permits from the city, making sure the projects on schedule, and keep us updated on the progress. He even went shopping for the materials together with us. All his patience and expertise made that painful process a breeze, very exciting and enjoyable. There was very good communication throughout the process, he was very quick in answering any questions we have. They were very organized and cleaned up the mess daily. We couldnt be happier with the end result, will definitely work with them again. We would highly recommend them for any home renovation project.

He had great ideas, we went through multiple materials and layouts to find the right match. He stayed very conscious of my budget and kept me up to date with every phase of the project. Definitely by the far the best communication Ive ever had with a contractor.His crew was timely and reliable and I was always informed on when they would be working. We hit all the project milestones and I think we even finished just a bit early.The bathroom looks beautiful, it came out so well I had to take multiple pics of it myself to show off. We planned to renovate our kitchen and living room. After conducting interviews with five companies, we decided to go with Century Bay Builders, even though their bid was not the cheapest, but we were very impressed by the project manager, Ariel, who came to our house for a walk through and generated a very detailed quote in timely manner. Ariel was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and honest that made feel trustworthy. He was the main reason that we chose Century Bay Builders over other four contractors.  Throughout the project, Ariel was very much engaged with us every step of the way. He always responded to our requests/questions very quickly even during his vacation time. Sometimes he came over to our house and spent lengthy amount of time discussing with us about our plan, and was quite flexible, considerate and accommodating when we wanted to make certain changes that were different from what was written in the contract.  We were also very pleased with the workers, who was overseeing the renovation. They very experienced in the remodeling business, and always came up with a good ands creative plan whenever we were facing some unexpected issues. The project was quite significant, it included vaulting the ceiling, opening a new skylight, reframing a window, making a new bay windows, completely gutting the old kitchen and installing a new one including a very large island, building a new fire place and wall in the living room, and putting new tiles and hardwood floor throughout the house. Ariel has been super responsive via phone/email/text, even late in the evening or early in the morning. Craftmanship at Century Bay builders is superb. We were very pleased with outcome of the renovation, and had already asked them to be responsible for a new project: master bedroom addition, etc. We cant wait to work them again and look forward to another high-quality project. Overall we were very happy with the way the kitchen and living room turned out, so we wanted to take a few minutes to acknowledge Ariel, and the workers at Century Bay builders for amazing work !

We did a complete remodel of our house with Century Bay builders, including new kitchen (opening up a wall), 2 bathrooms, flooring, lighting, new doors, opening new windows, painting, etc. Ariel was the project manager assigned to us. Great personality, tons of creative ideas, leads you through the process of cost and quality tradeoffs every step of the way. You quickly realize you didnt sign a contract but entered a partnership whose main goal is to make your home beautifull at most cost effective way. Good network of suppliers with some hefty savings for you when you purchase highest quality finishing materials. I am so glad we decided to work with Ariel and century Bay Builders highly recommended!

We discovered that the toilet on the second floor had leaked and created water damage on the ceiling of the room below. Tried to get insurance to cover it, but they wouldnt. I called a contractor I had used before, but he wasnt available and referred me to Ariel and Century Bay. By this point, it had been 3 weeks of not being able to use that bathroom and we were desperate to get it fixed.Ariel came out, examined what needed to be done, and helped us figure out a way to repair the damage without completely redoing the floor of the bathroom or replacing all the wood. He had his crew out two days later and they finished the job in a little over a day. Everything looks, and works, like new!The crew was very respectful and there wasnt a trace of dirt anywhere when they left. Ariel is a pleasure to work with! I would absolutely call him again if we had another repair/remodeling job to do.
