Great customer service, but needs improvement of the work that they do

My experience was 100 % outstanding with this company and service . The previous shop ruined all my original wires and had them all cut up and shoved inside the dash. I went to Valencia customs in San Jose hoping for something better. I got more then I asked for . The service is professional and looks pretty much as if the car came with the new head unit . Beautifully installed looks exactly how I imagined . Excellent service Gilbert and Carlos are the best ..

Amazing work. I wanted seat covers for all three rows of my Honda Odyssey. I wasnt sure how would it come out. But Gilbert assured me that itll be good. Im happy that it was as good as I expected.Id lots of choices to chose from. Material quality and installation is of good quality.Gilbert has excellent customer service skills and he answered all my queries patiently. Pretty fair pricing.Valencia has pretty good collection of parts as well. Im happy to discover this place.

Great job done in my Ford pick up. My leather seats were all ripped, and the owner and workers managed to make the look like new, with the new seat covers. Great place and atmosphere.

These guys are really unprofessional, and was a big waste of time. I came in to get some stitching done and when they said it was going to be ready it wasnt, so they said it was going to be finished two days later, and when I came in it still wasnt ready. So I got frustrated because they were just wasting my time, and when I asked for my refund they tried to scam me out of my money,,, never coming back, and never recommending this place to anyone..

Not even 1 star.. Made an appointment for the next day. And when i showed up. Sent me to another location.. And this place was hella sketchy, hole in the wall..! And when he finished the job, dude said that next time come to him he would have changed me 20 bucks for the job. When valencias charge me $ 120.oo.

We went and bought dash mat on Thursday, was told it would be done Friday called to see if we could come in Sunday and was told monday..

The things you ordered never right and they never call to tall you is ready,.

Very badly attended, the p3ndejo that he is attending gives very bad service 😡 how he looks at the people he treats them today I went to buy a set of wheels and he treated me very reluctantly and better not buy anything hdtpm

I ordered some things and they tell me that in 3 days they had them and it took me a week for them to open up for me and when they arrived they werent what I had asked for
