No just no. Had a claim against one of their customers that was 100% at fault which they did admit but in making the situation right they gave bad information gave me a horrible rep Amanda Hernandez who first conversation said great things but then flip flopped in the next conversation. Was extremely upset was lied to and I did send her a courtesy email to let her know my initial dealings with the collision repair that they suggested didnt go well and did not do what I was told they would do. She has since decided to not respond to that email nor has she returned any other phone calls. Avoid avoid avoid.

I was referred to Liberty. I had to leave a voicemail message & I never heard from anyone so Im going to move on to another insurance carrier for now for sure. I just cant believe the broker fees &all the nonsense fees that these insurance companies are charging just 2make money off human beings! Unbelievable!I did locate an insurance agent in town that does not charge broker fees!!!! Wow!

I filed a claim one year ago, and it has not been resolved until one year later. I don’t know what your company’s employees are doing every day, but I can be sure that you will not be able to resolve a simple traffic accident claim within a year. I hope the manager of your company can see this comment and contact me, thank you

Overall no questions were left unanswered. I was able to make a very convenient and affordable plan depending on my needs. I left happy and very comfortable with my new insurance company 👌

This company is a Huge FRAUD & SCAM of a business. Very sad. They do not pay or take responsibility. A large work truck of a company (Blackwell Engineering) they insure crashed into my convertible & they REFUSE to pay in an effort to save money. Corporate Greed. After telling my story it turns out im just one of many scams & frauds......

Switch to Nationwide and save $200. Just got sick of Liberty Mutual (LM) TV commercials claiming new insurers save money while my premiums go up. My Home Owners Policy premium (been a LM customer for a decade+) went up 14.5% while coverage increased 0.35% and the LM agent thought that was a deal. So I switched and saved.

Agent have to make an appointment to meet you. Its an empty office.
