Horrible service since October I’ve been trying to get a billing issue resolved. They double billed my family for the same car and have yet to give a refund or even follow up with me. Customer service here is horrendous joe is never in the office and his assistant can not follow up. Allstate is a great company joe is not. Save yourself the headache and get a better agent.
