You can keep calling their number, they will just pick up your call and send you to voice mail. Their customer response time is around 4 hours just to listen to your problem. They dont value their word either, they will say you something just to sign you up. Once you are locked in, you can never get hold of them again. Their agents are really warm when you are new customer, for existing customer you can literally pull out your hairs, but they will not even bother to reply. It was my biggest mistake to be in business with them. I will recommend everyone to save your time, money and most importantly yourself by choosing some other insurance and some other agent. If you are stuck like I am, just pay the money and get rid of their tangles so that you dont have to deal with such people again.
