I bought a house and asked These people to cancel my Renters insurance and proRate my refund.I had to call them FOUR TIMES. They just lied repeatedly. I ended up calling State Farm cooperate and they stated, Quezadas staff did not enter the cancellation and such. The forth time I called this office, they lied again and made statements like; how do you know you spoke with me before...(your accent), and we never said that. why would we keep your money?(because you are lazy and untrustworthy).I brought to their attention, that I have talked to corporate and its the information they gave me, so corporate is lying to me?, not this office on my 4th call to them.Took 2+ months and 4 call(+1 to corporate) to get my refund. You guys are terrible

False information been provided and Beatriz will deflect the situation.She will also ask you to read the policy verbatim even though they provide confirmation of coverage prior to an incident occurring. I wouldn’t trust Ayushi nor Beatriz for their expertise on complex situations. Beware, you’re better off not having an agent.
