I came to this shop for alignment from a friends referral. Although there are some miscommunication at the beginning regarding camber shims availability for my Lotus but An (store manager) has sorted out and get the custom alignment to the specs I requested for my Lotus done smoothly.5 stars for customer service and 5 stars for alignment work. I highly recommend exotic car owners, especially Lotus, to give this shop a try for alignment. They have done a spectacular job.

This is the spot for any type of headlight work. Theyve worked on 5 different cars of mine and Ive never had any major problem. Their work is also guaranteed so if any problem does arise, you can usually come back and get it fixed. Customer service is excellent, and they have a comfortable lounge to wait in. Would HIGHLY recommend.

New location on South 10th Street is larger and cleaner and better reflects the quality of the work performed here. Xtreme HID helped me with my older 1987 Rolls Royce upgrading the radio, adding a back up camera and updating interior and front lights to LED.

I don’t recommend this shop - I called for spoiler installation on the phone he gave me a quote for $150, which is very expensive because the spoiler is already installed on the car just need two more screws, and when I went to the shop and saw me driving a costly car he said he wants $250 for installation

I have been dealing with John and his team now for over 6 years. They are always respectfull of there customers and do not try to sell anything you do not want. You bring in your vehicle and tell them what you are looking for and they will tell you what options are available with pictures showing what the product looks like before you purchase. If there is a problem with item they address it immediately. I will not go to anybody else. Their prices are very reasonably priced for the amount of time required to do your specific job.

Friend went in to get his headlight fixed. Staff were friendly and prompt. Less than an hour, got everything sorted out.

This place use to be the best. Now service is bad. I went there last wednesday for a light service and they try to ripe me off. Telling me that my lights where burned conectors and cable and ballast. And i need a bypass on my factory hid. Wich was false. My equipment was just unplugged. And they want me to charge $270 dlllrs for nothing. Just to ripe me off. Did i mention that i been bringing all my cars here??? This is the 4th car i bring. And i been paying $1000 of dollars to jonhy the owner for service. Unfortunately his workers try to ripe me off for something that was unneccesary. Too bad for this bussines! The big celebritys you have in your pics may have all the money and may not care for paying and not making sure there services where done properly. But im a average guy that dont make that much money like the celebritys in your pictures. But still it was not professionally at all! Very dissapointed. Never ever comming back again. Loosing a customer and telling people arround what happen with this loyal customer! Very bad customer service!

Showed up to this place that had the best Google review. As soon as I walked up, there was a customer complaining about his lights not working properly, usually not a good sign. John was helping him and offered to replace his lights and refund him the ones that he purchased. Fantastic customer service! On to my vehicle which has to have the bumper removed just to access the headlights. John said it would take a couple hours and gave me an excellent price on the labor to do so. In about 45 min my car was done and looks beautiful! 5 star review from me and I will be going back for all my headlight needs. All work comes with a warranty! Thanks again XtremeHID.

Over the past 12-15 months Ive had John and his team members at Xtreme HID work on my truck, and I can honestly say they are the best!! Not only is John an honest straight up owner, but hes also a promise and then over deliver kind of guy. On top of all that his guys (Ive interacted with 3 out of the 6?) seem to be professional, straight up and hard working as well. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially to any car owners who are smart enough to realizes that the total cost of a project isnt just the up front hourly rate or price quote, you also have factor total cost. If you hire the cheapest guy who does average or low quality work, you will end up paying more in the long run vs. just paying a little more up front, but getting it right the first time, by a shop that stands behind all their work.

This is a great group and Ive come back a few times to get stuff done here. Ive had my head lights and fog lights changed out and theyve put in an alarm system on my tacoma. Even brought my brothers car in and had the lights done on his. Its been a few years and a bulb went out. I dropped by he swapped it out in about 10 minutes. Clean job nice service.

My husband had the headlights and foglights on his F150 and my Yukon changed here. So when I was having problems with the rear taillight of my 2015 GMC Yukon, I came to them for help. The taillight costs around $700 to replace. But after sending them the link of what others have been doing to fix the intermittent light problems that the GMC Yukon (2015-present) have been having, they fixed it! They have a nice lounge where you can wait. The owner is quite accommodating and helpful. I truly appreciate their service!

Went in for a oem headlight repair. Diagnose was a bad ballast but ended up with a $287 bill. They did not repair my ballast, they just installed a new HID system on top of the bad one (Which has different color and intensity than the other side). Youll come out with working lights but dont expect them to look for the best option for you.

Rip offs. They tried to charge me 800$ for only labor to install halos. I got a deal somewhere else 750$ parts and labor. Ridiculous

I bought 100 dollars worth of lights for my car and one of the parking hid bulbs didnt fit so I asked for help and the worker broke my bulb socket so I said something to the owner and he didnt want to at least fix it he was saying its only 5 dollar socket if we broke it we would fix it but he wouldnt own up to it at the end I had to go fix the socket for $30 its the principle of customer service why would I lie about my socket being broken
