Miguel was very professional and kept me updated throughout the repairs of my car and went above and beyond to repair my Chrysler 200. Quality of work was awesome and the service I got from Jessica and Julian were above board and highly appreciated. There was an electrical problem that later turned out not related to the work they have done but Jessica and Julian made sure that it got taken care of.That service beyond expectation was a relief as I am having challenges dealing with issues as I am undergoing chemo therapy. Highly recommended for quality of work and great service.

Came in because my hazard lights we stuck on and they helped me out. Even brought the car back and had the button adjusted so it wouldnt happen again. Would highly recommend them.

MY WIFE GOT IN A LITTLE FENDER BENDER. DID A LITTLE YELP SEARCHING AND FOUND THIS PLACE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE EXCELLENCE, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CURTEOUS. THEY MADE ARRANGEMENT FOR MY WIFE RENTAL WHILE THE CAR WAS BEING REPAIRS. ESTIMATE WAS TWO DAY BUT THEY DID IT LESS THAN THAT AND THE RESULT WAS AMAZING. MY WIFE WAS SUPPER HAPPY ABOUT IT!!! I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR ANY ONE THAT NEED BODY WORKS!!!

I had a great experience with this body shop. The staff are very professional, courteous. The young lady Jessica (?) at the front desk provided all the information that I needed to know. She took care of all the paperwork, insurance, car rental and even told who would be overseeing the work that was needed to my vehicle. Miguel who was taking charge of seeing that the repairs on my vehicle were completed properly. It took some time but with the Covid-19 going around, he was providing me dates on my vehicle. When he called me saying that the work was completed and ready for pick up. I arrived and inspected the vehicle and it looked great. This place is the best and Miguel is great. I highly recommend this body shop for all the issues with your vehicle. Both these two persons kept in contact with me during the time I waited for the car to be completed, they are TOPS  and this location is nothing but five stars in my book.  I did check a few other businesses that do this type of work, But it was not the same at least to me, People were very different, but that is not to say against them. But I remember this location told my insurance company this is the location I wanted and that was all it took.I  highly recommend this body shop, only because of people like Miguel and Jessica.  Five(5) Stars in my book. Had some damage to my car fixed. Very happy with the work

The catalytic converter was stolen from my Prius vehicle and the muffler/exhaust system was damaged. I called different shops and immediately Caliber Collision auto body shop in San Jose stood out with their tone of extraordinary customer service.They quickly resolved issues to expedite getting the needed repair part. They committed to an accelerated turnaround time. They arranged directly for towing my car to bypass the slower processes of the insurance company.They completed the repairs even sooner than their accelerated schedule. Then they sent an Uber ride to take me back to the shop.Finally, they returned my car to me having totally cleaned it inside and out, beyond just doing the specified repair. I was astonished at how CLEAN my car was!From beginning to end, the whole experience had a feel of extraordinary customer service! I trust that your experience with Caliber Collision auto body shop will be as great as mine was.

Provided a low/incomplete auto repair quote, then didnt complete all repairs. Got my car and repairs mixed up with another one and didnt tell me until theyd already had the car for a week. Never returned phone calls or emails when I inquired about updates. I wont be taking any vehicle here ever again if I can help it. Shortly after posting this review, I also found that Caliber Collision applied payments from my insurance company incorrectly, which means Im paying a $720 deductible instead of the $280 I should be.

They are very professional and kind! They kept me informed every step of the way, and let me know every change that was made. They made sure I knew my car was in good hands, And I would recommend them to anyone.

Miguel and Jessica went above and beyond to help me find a Catalytic Converter guard/shield after my catalytic converter was stolen off my Prius. The Guard/shield was not something my insurance was going to cover and it was not something Caliber Collision was going to install- still they researched where to get the part and who/where it could be installed. They even arranged my appointment times with the shop that would install it. This place was great.

Vanessa and team were very honest and flexible and showed me all details and explained the work being done! Did a great job on my bumper for my 2014 BMW 335i. No paint bubbles so far...Ill follow-up in the long term. Overall, recommend this location...cant speak to other Caliber locations.

This is the first time I had to take a car to the body shop I took it in at the last minute he told me about how long it was going to take they did their job theyre supposed to do and even more they washed it and even vacuum the inside their estimate was a reasonable estimate and I highly recommend them🌝

Well Im prince John and I love this place is just wish I knew if they are professionals on the chassis frame for if they are Ill be happy that they give my ford ranger the property estimate for this lady to pay fix it because she crashed me at foothill community cologe i just want her to pay a top majestic fine price because I deserve my ford ranger to be fixed properly I know I spoke with Daniel and the manager and they said earlier that theyll give me an estimate I just want to be safe on the highest quality service I may get from these caliber collision coverage I read they give lifetime warranty or just the warranty for sure Im just hoping theyll be certified to inspect my collision this wonderful lady basically did not want to crash my truck I was parked in the parking lot and she was cool about it I helped her out to not get her insurance up she sighed and I did to saying that she will pay for fixing my truck and to inspect the truck completely for any inconvenience harm done to my wheels or furthermore because I told her that I took class 102 and 103 at evergreen Valley Community College and that in the books and the master teachers there said earlier that in a collision damage needs to be inspected thoroughly inside and out because it has been proven that damages not thought of exist just to have it checked out by professionals and I know its true I told her this and she said earlier yeah ill pay out of pocket I said earlier Ill take it to ford she said earlier no no there gonna over charge well I said earlier hey this is no lie some times well this one mechanic told me yeah motor craft part clutch for my truck and I said yeah duh then he says its done and he tells me oh I put on a foreign clutch I am angry and Im gonna send the better business Bureau on him its not right I go to school I dont have the time when I do Ill do him like he did me. I just hope this lady gets the idea that she has to know she cant just do me like that so please America America please shed thy grace on me to oh god essential of my soul sincerely John Solomon Martinez the visited for well you know victory. Satisfied with all the work done with the car

Horrible auto shop on repairs and unprofessional customer service. I am keeping my car and myself out of the place. They have no clue how to deal with a car and mostly a customer. It is sad in how they treat there customers and they still have a business. My car was repair 2 times and yet they can not repair the car.

Wanted to give a better review because they people are very nice but unfortunately, after NUMEROUS problems with them, I gave up!! I took my pretty much brand new (only 1 year old) Jeep in to get the front bumper repaired as someone had backed into me. First problem: I get a call at 5pm stating my Jeep is ready to be picked up. I inform her I am at work until 6pm and can make it by 6:30pm. I was told they close at 5:30pm and I could get my car on Monday but my rental wont be covered for the weekend because the work is complete. Who gives someone a half hour notice to pick up a vehicle?! After 2+ hours on the phone with insurance, I get authorized for the weekend. So, Monday (BEFORE WORK) I go drop off my rental and get a ride to the shop only to find out MY ENTIRE BUMPER IS MISSING!!! NO CALL, NOTHING!! Im told there were faulty clips and my bumper wont stay on. So, I have to go back to the rental car place and get the rental once again!! This made me late for work and pissed me off! 2nd problem: I get a call that my Jeep is ready. They need the rental back ASAP (as it was nearly a week and a half at this point) so I show up the following day BEFORE WORK AGAIN, HUGE scratch down my drivers side door and into the wheel well cover! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I say, THAT was NOT there when I dropped my car off!! The mechanic, Wilfred agrees it wasnt and they try to buff it out, Nope, I still see it!! and I was told the cover needed to be replaced as it was textured. ok, fine, I have to go to work! LATE AGAIN!! 3rd problem: That Thurs, I get the call my car is ready. I say ARE YOU SURE?! yes. I take off work (LOST WAGES) and go get my car. I dont have time to look it over as I closed my office and had to get back. I assumed everything was ok. NEVER ASSUME!! I come out to my car the next morning to take my son to school and go to work and the wheel well cover COMES OFF!! So, I go straight to the shop where Im told it was faulty clips (NO, they were using aftermarket parts that didnt fit properly!!) They remove the piece and tell me its just cosmetic and I can drive my car like that!! (MY NEW JEEP SHOULDNT LOOK LIKE THIS!!) I am told Wilfred was going to pick up a part at another location and will come to me to install it. Around 2pm, I hadnt heard anything so I called. She (Vanessa; the owner) says Can you swing by so we can install the part real fast? I said No, Im at work she sounded irritated and said I guess well drop everything and come to you then (That was what I was told was going to be done!) Soon Elias shows up to install the part and I show him all the chips & gouges in my bumper that wasnt fixed when I dropped my car off!! He says he will fix it but I dont need anymore headaches from this shop! He was great and installed the parts super fast!! As I stated, the staff is very nice however, these issues are NOT ACCEPTABLE!! Especially since they charged the insurance upward of $1000!! + rental car costs!! EXTREMELY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!! I WILL NEVER BRING MY VEHICLE HERE AGAIN!! EVER!!
