In short: If you have a simple project or you dont care how much money youre spending, LC Networks *might* do a good job. If you have something more complex, dont be surprised if this company becomes condescending and insulting while wasting your time.I contacted LC Networks in July, hoping that they could provide a networking solution for an unorthodox situation of getting security cameras and wireless coverage across two residential buildings. Sales Engineer Austin Le came out to meet me on July 24th. He was very cooperate and seemed to know what he was doing. I described my project to Austin Le in great detail, which took more than an hour, and he seemed to understand and be confident that he could get me a design and quote.I waited for 7 weeks with no response. Eventually I phoned and talked with Scott Nguyen, Senior Sales Engineer. Scott claimed to own the company and refused to answer my questions on why Austin never responded to me.Scott said that if I wanted to continue to work with them, he would have to come over and have me describe the project details all over again. I thought this was extremely unprofessional -- my time is valuable and I shouldnt have to describe the project details a second time because of internal issues within the company. Nevertheless, Scott insisted this was the only way and so I reluctantly made room in my schedule to meet with him.The meeting with Scott was horrible. I started out by trying to explain exactly what I typed in the paragraph above, but Scott interrupted me. He said If you are going to complain that I am wasting your time, then stop talking about Austin and the past because then you are now wasting both your time and my time. Forget about Austin, you are dealing with me now.

LC Networks does all my data work. Their techs are punctual, knowledgable and pay attention to detail and work in silence you dont even realize theyre there. Upon completion of the job the lead tech will explain to you what was done and walk you through a spot check. I love how they honor their work and will come out next day to investigate the issue.If youre looking for quality work this is your company.

Excellent service, professional and completed on time.Update on 5/28. We had another Job with LC, as usually went great. We did discover one minor issue after they left. When I pointed this out for them, they jumped on it and scheduled time the next day to fix.There can always be a minor issue with any job. What is important is how well they handle those glitches, and LC Networks is super professional. Highly recommend

This company is nothing but professional. I had them wire a house I just purchased, fiber between all floors and cat6a throughout for waps and cameras. They explained what they were going to do and did exactly that. Even cleaning up after themselves and made it look like they werent even there when they were done! Yes, theyre pricey, but you get what you pay for and they do dam good work. I would gladly hire them for future projects. I cant say enough positive things about this company and team.

Their single mode optic fiber splicing did not pass certification. Undid the work (cut the cable again into two) and refunded the money.
