Well policed pick up and drop off system.

This drop off point can be very busy at times. Most people dont seem to know how to load/unload but if you know where you are going, getting in/out shouldnt take you much time...

Its a shuttle stop at the airport, what do you expect?To be fair, its wide and has some covering for the rain. More seats would be nice. I feel comfortable here when Im waiting to be picked up and its late.

If you travel mostly in the continental USA, get CLEAR or TSA precheck, skip the lines. And usually they have agents offering 1month free to try CLEAR. Save you up to 20min in line.

This location can not be accessed from the West side and Google maps will attempt to route you to the other side of the divider. Instead of entering through the terminal B, turn left once you get to terminal A and follow signs that will take you to terminal B departures
