I dont write reviews often but I just felt compelled to write one for Presto Pest Control. Because I cant say enough good things and thanks about Jim, the owner. We had a severe infestation of rodents and ground squirrels during COVID last summer. Left a message for Jim in the morning and got an appointment in the afternoon. He spent more than an hour and half walking around inside and outside of the 4 buildings at church to check if there were any entry points for those critters. Jim sent me the service report that evening. The report is very detailed with pictures. It suggested that using volunteers from church to perform exclusion works. He even sent me the links to purchase ground squirrel bait stations and baits, bait stations and bait and traps for rats to save money for the church. He even donated some ground squirrel bait stations and bait. One Saturday morning, Jim instructed 7 volunteers to set the bait stations around the church and make sure we fixed/blocked all the gaps/holes to the building. Also, to set the traps inside the buildings and sub-areas for rats. Got final invoice, its no charges!! Serving God supposed be free!! Thank you, Jim. Can not say THANK YOU enough.Nemo..

Jim was absolutely amazing!! He was able to quickly help us identify what to do with our fly issues and the insects on our fruit tree. He provided us with helpful DIY suggestions that saved us some money. Thank you Jim!!

Jim Rossi, with Presto Pest Control provides excellent service and is a very knowledgeable professional who explains the product and the frequency of the service very well. He is laser focused on making sure his company provides superior service and has state of the art on line communications that allow the property manager to be informed 24/7 about the status of the success of the rodent infestation and the remedy.

Jim and Presto are amazing! The service level, dedication and honesty are above the industry norm! The value added to having them service our overall HOA property is without question the best Ive seen and have lived here for over 25 years! He is prompt and reliable. His service website is a great for additional information and he is always available to answer any questions or give you solutions. The best call I ever made for pest control was to Jim/Presto and that was last May and have no regrets for having him service our HOA!

I called Jim in a panic last spring, because a billion little bugs were crawling all over my property and into the house. Even he had never seen such a bad infestation. It took a few weeks to fully exterminate them, but thanks to Jims expertise and diligence, the situation was under control. He was able to trace it back to a mound of mulch, and worked with an entomologist to identify the insects; mostly lygus bugs. I have relied on him this past year to help control the bugs around the house. Beware carpenter ants eat through wood! Jim is friendly, knowledgeable, and perfectly reliable. Frankly, he saved us..

I have called Jim from Presto for routine maintenance and emergency matters.I manage 9 large HOAs and Jim has helped me at most my properties. Presto is responsive and proactive at keeping our properties in the best of shape!

It is my first time working with Presto Pest Control and for sure I will work with them in the future if I need.The guy Jim who helped me to clean my house pests was super nice and patient. I had suffered with the ants around my house and it was Jim that helped me to figure out the problem and got those ants killed and they did not come back again.Also this company came on time bi-monthly without my reminder, they carefully did the pest control work and followed up with my proactively.I have never written any review feedback but this time I did for this company!

Share reviewThe shelter in place has really put the focus on all of the projects at the house that need to taken care of. We kept hearing noises coming from the attic at night but wasnt sure what it was. The noises stopped and we figured that the problem went away only to realize thatit had returned. Then we found rodent droppings under the sink which was totally gross, we realized that it was rats making their way into our kitchen.We knew then that we had to get rid of them and right away! We called a few pest control companies but they couldnt get someone out to remove the ratsuntil later in the week. We decided to give Presto a try hoping they would be fast.I called them and they had someone come out to our home within an 1 hour. I didnt mind paying for the inspection fee because it was deducted fromthe total cost of the service. They pointed out all of the places around the house that the rats were able to access into the home. They provided mewith a quote to repair them and begin to trap the rats in the attic. We didnt realize that the bird seed that we had in the backyard was a feeding source for the rats until it was pointed out to us. It was recommended that we also install bait around the house since we had a creek and open field next door. I was hesitant because I have little ones and animals not wanting them to be exposed to chemicals. They explained the rat poison they useis multi-feeding which is less toxic and that everything was approved for use in California.Im so glad we had chosen Presto because our rat problem is gone! We found one dead rat under a log in the backyard but it was explained there weremore rats dead because all the bait was gone indicating there were a lot. We no longer hear any noises in the attic and we make sure that the bird feeder does not spill the seed onto the ground. They solved our problem so fast and explained everything that they would be doing ahead of time. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their problem gone for good and fast.Amy

Jim was absolutely amazing. Was super professional and listened to all my issues first and came up with a plan of action for the problem.. jim came to my family owned restaurant for a small cockroach issue and for other basic preventions .ive had almost 10 different companies come over the last 5 years and none of them did what Jim did in one visit. Most dont care to even listen to what types of issues im having.. they spray some stuff in general areas and leave. NOT JIM!! Its been 6 months and I have NOT seen a single roach let alone any ants or other bugs!!. He was thorough and went thru every corner of my store. He set up rodent boxes outside without even having to ask just for an extra level of protection. He sprayed the bug spray like everyone else but with 10x detail. Then he comes out with these injection needle type things and litterally went thru every little place roaches could be..I dont often write reviews but someone who takes his work with that much dedication and pride deserves a review. Thank you JIM and Presto for solving a decade long problem. I look forward to working with you for years to come. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. A++
