My husband and I were overall satisfied with RE/MAX - The Murray Team. We found that signing all documents online was at time a little overwhelming for us. We were sometimes unsure of what we were signing. The Murray Team was always very patient and helpful when we had to call with our questions. The only issue we had is that there was not enough communication between us the seller and the listing agent. A phone call periodically to reassure us that everything was going on schedule would have been welcomed. A text would be another way to reach out. There was some confusion regarding one of the appliances. We were told to take the refrigerator, but on the walk through the selling agent was under the impression that it would remain in the house. We were lucky to be able to purchase one to be shipped to our new home on time for our move. We give RE/MAX - The Murray Team a good grade.

Very Professional. The drone photos, 3D photos of our home were very nice. Chris has a team of services he works with and orders the pest control, photos and documents to sign via doc u sign., etc. This makes it very easy Our home sold in a week.Chris told us to wait until we absolutely signed to move, which was difficult give the time frame with the buyers and were happy we did as a friend moved before her escrow closed and her buyer backed out 12 hrs before close of escrow.. So wait for it.

My husband and I have more than 20 years of real estate experience, including owning 2 offices in 2 different cities. When we needed to sell our home we decided to go with the Murray team, rather than choose among our many real estate friends. The Murray team was difficult to communicate with, when they responded to our calls, it was always in text. Our home was listed lower than we expected, knowing the market at the time, but were assured their “marketing strategy “ would bring us multiple offers at a higher price. When a single offer appears, it was low. We countered the offer and the sale was accepted. Imagine our surprise when the appraisal came in low. We called the appraiser and was told the price they were given to “target” was the original low offer price. We were forced to accept it because at that point, we already had a new home, out of state, in escrow. They were arrogant in their defenses of our concerns and not responsive to them. Very poor service, all around.

Working with Chris and his wife, Andrea was such an awesome experience for my wife and I.From their advice on staging the home and their great pictures. To a price which he said would get the home into a bidding war. Sure enough a bidding war ensued with numerous people trying to buy the house.I was concerned with people coming into our house so he had it set up so that only realtors were able to come in with a client who were qualified to purchase.I cant say enough positive things about Chris, Andrea and his team. I actually asked Chris to find a top notch realtor in the state that we moved to. He found her and we were off looking at homes.I had a co-worker call me and I gave him Chriss office number and this co worker sold his home in Chino.If.your looking to buy or sell... dont hesitate to call Chris or Andrea.

My Probate listing was fairly complicated, plus the market was very crowded, but The Murray Team at Inland Empire Sold / ReMax came through with flying colors!I was the Administrator on a Probate property in a gated, 55+ community in Hemet, CA which required the realtor to work with my California Attorney and present the accepted offer to the Probate judge. All while I lived out of state. I selected Chris and Andrea simply because of their track record as a top selling ReMax Brokerage. If anybody could sell this house I thought they could. We had one in-person meeting in the Spring of 2018 at the property. We finally were able to list it in the Spring 2019 due to the probate process. I electronically signed the listing agreement and mailed them the keys. They sprang into action, rekeying the doors, hiring a carpet cleaning company (with my approval), and brought in their photographer to produce excellent images, a 3-D walk-through, as well as the overhead dollhouse image of the actual property. The listing and targeted marketing campaign was up in a week on Google, Facebook, and multiple other internet and social media sites. I received regular feedback emails with charts on advertising views, clicks, and inquiries. They also set up electronic communications which alerted me of each showing (date and time), with realtor and prospective buyer feedback. We quickly accepted an offer, the judge approved it, and we were off and running in escrow with inspections happening and documents being electronically signed, all with me being out of state. Providing no explanation at all that buyer cancelled the contract just days before close. Disappointed but undeterred we decided, based on previous feedback, to upgrade the house a bit and relaunch the campaign. This was a very smart move because just days after the relaunch we had multiple good offers that nearly doubled our remodel investment. We went to escrow within days and flew through the closing in a record three weeks! The Murray team--Chris, Andrea, and Dominique--went above and beyond the call as they became my advocates and eyes and ears for the property I was selling from out of state. When I decided to sell my house I compared three different realtors. The first seemed too lacking in experience so I focused on Chris Murray of Remax and Vogler Feigen. Chris Murray was well prepared and had answers to all my questions. I made a comment something like, “It’s easier to come down from a high price than it is to come up from a low price.” Chris politely tried to explain that this idea was wrong but unfortunately some people (like me) have to learn the hard way. I asked Chris about his evaluation of the market value of my of my home and his estimate turned out to be within $3,000 of the eventual selling price. I was non-committal and told Chris that I wanted to hear from some more realtors.I met Sonya Feigen and Aprile Meza shortly afterwards. Both are highly experienced agents. Sonya confidently stated that my house was worth $20,000 more than what Chris Murray told me it was worth. Aprile Meza agreed with Sonya. I did mention what Chris had said but they replied that Chris just wanted to sell the house quickly and if I was willing to wait a little longer I could make a lot more money. Well, I swallowed their pitch and for almost four months there were no offers to buy. I had to listen to to one lame excuse after another about why it was necessary to lower the asking price. After six months I ended up getting a lousy deal.I make no claim for the readers’ sympathy. I was warned and I made a bad choice. Chris Murray held no grudge against me for choosing another realtor.
