I had originally received an estimate a year ago and was finally ready to schedule the install. They let me know the prices had changed for materials during that time, but they still honored the original quote. Guys showed up on time, acted professional, and finished in about 3 hours. I have a two story 1800sq ft home for reference. Im happy with the job and the guys were easy to work with.

They came out and discussed my ideas and options in detail. The quote included all specifications and a complete drawing showing exactly what was to be done. The work crew was exactly on time, well equipped, and did a perfect job including some small details that could have easily been overlooked. Their people were very professional. I have waited until it rained and everything works as expected. I am a retired contractor and would highly recommend them.

Hemet had rain this winter and water was standing around my house.Called both Rainbow Gutters and Pacific RainGutters for a quote to install gutters and downspouts.Only Pacific Raingutters responded. Tyler Smith came out to provide a free quote. Tyler was very knowledgeable about getting water away from the foundation. Tyler provided ideas besides gutters and downspouts to help us with our problem and provided a free quote on gutters to work with our cement tile roof overhang.The downspouts were installed one week after we told Tyler we would purchase them. The downspouts were immediately put to the test with 1 ½ of rain.We didn’t like how the downspouts were draining. We called Pacific RainGutters and asked to have someone take a look at them. Within the week Tyler Smith came back and spent almost 3 hours evaluating the roof and gutters. Tyler taught us a lot about our roof and how water flows off it. He did order some minor repairs on the gutters. The same professional crew came out and made the minor adjustments. The gutters now work satisfactorily.Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They did not tear up the yard nor leave trash anywhere. They had respect for our property and for us as customers. They provided a timely, courteous service when everyone in town was looking for the same product.Wish all business/contractors were like Pacific RainGutters. These guys back up their excellent product. You can trust them as a business.
